IGF-1 dosing for growth

I’m looking to get some growth into my physique. I got a hold of some igf-1 but I want to make sure I am using it right. A buddy said that I should run it at a max of 50mcg per day. He said to take it before my first meal. Would this work for me? I’m 155lbs and 24 years old. I train 4-5x a week and not seeing much improvement so need all the help I can get!
 
It’s not going to work the way you want it to. What you really need to do is track your food. As meticulously as possible. Plan what you’re going to eat, meal prep it, always every day meet your goal. Even if you are forcing it down. Weigh yourself daily and chart your growth. If you don’t grow, eat more. Add another small meal daily until your weight chart starts climbing. Then stay there. If you can’t make this work, forcing it with a drug like that isn’t going to get you what you want. It’s like a genie in a lamp that plays tricks on you. Your wish is granted but “you didn’t want it like that”.

Mind you that growth occurs while you are sleeping, so if you aren’t getting good sleep you need to get that sorted out before anything else. Then you’ll have the basics down, and you’ll be maybe ready to use some things to take you beyond a level you could realistically achieve.

I’m assuming a lot here, because you haven’t said anything about your background. Have you followed any of the logs posted here? There’s some seriously big guys logging in this forum, I haven’t noticed any of them using igf, I believe that’s something you get into when you’ve taken everything else to its limit.

Do you have experience with PEDs? What’s your gym experience? I didn’t start really lifting weights until I was 40 years old. There’s every type of person logging on here. Maybe you will start one?

This is not a drug for the inexperienced. You can really fuck tourself up if you’re not careful. Unless your very short your a pretty small dude with not much muscle. You’re also pretty young. Focus on diet and training and you will grow. Start a log on here so we can help you.

I like 25mcg pre training and 25mcg post training with a protein shake start there.
 
Take it 50 mcg after your training is over. It will work really good.
 
I would start at 25 micro and then work your way up. That's the way I would run it.
 
Split the dose morning and evening, especially if you work out in the afternoon, that's the way you should run.
 
I would consider stacking some GW with it. It gives it some good balance. It's actually if you want to recomp
