Hi bros, just came on here to give an update on some progress and what’s been happening.
Background:
- 30yrs old, starting weight was 68kg(left pic in the pics attached), moved up to 73kg(left pic with yellow shorts), current weight is 80kg(right pic in the mirror)
- this is all within 1 year
- recently added

Previous cycles:
- First cycle was Test E/Dbol
- 2nd cycle which I ended about two months ago which was pure shit gear that I used, test C/dbol
current cycle new supplier 2 weeks in

TestC 400mg PW - running for total 16 weeks
- Winstrol 35mg ED - running for total 6 weeks currently in week 2
- Tren E 100mg PW will be going somewhere between 150-200mg MAX starting next week- running for total 10 weeks

Support supplements:
-
Milk thistle 400mg ED
- Zinc 25mg ED
- Omega 3 2000mg ED
- P-5-P 100mg ED
- Magnesium glycinate 300mg ED
- Arimidex on hand if needed

Meals: this is not detailed but more less what I would have
- before gym on a carb cycling day I would have two rice cakes with a thin layer of peanut butter, banana and a pre workout. On non carb cycling days I will have 40-50g oats, mixed with a spoon of peanut butter, banana and some raisins
- post gym: 150ml egg whites, 3 whole eggs
- meal 3: rice, chicken, veggies
- meal 4: 180g chicken, mixed veggies or with an avocado
- meal 5: 180g chicken, sweet potatoes mixed in
- meal 6: whey protein
- snack is usually about 100g fat free yoghurt with strawberries sliced up and a cup of tea.

Mental and overrall feelings/side effects:
Overall I feel great, no sides of anything as of yet but then again it’s too soon. Mentally I feel great! Pumps and strengths have gone up within 2 weeks!

Questions:
1. Do you think I need any other support supplements?
2. Is Tren E 10 weeks enough?
3. Anything I should change?

I think you need n2guard and cardarine for the trenbolone sides both.
2. Is Tren E 10 weeks enough?
Enough but I'd go with shorter pin times imo.
3. Anything I should change?
Yes training is key and we dont see it.

Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Or use an app like myfitness pal or cronometer. Very easy.

10 weeks on tren is good if you can deal with the sides, your will get huge changes in that time.

I would definitely add tudca, nac!
Coq10 and citrus bergamot together will give you a 1+1=3 benifit for your cholesterol too.

- cardio I am doing twice a week, walking, I don't do any running intensive cardio and every Sunday I do a 3.5km hike. This is an easy routine for me because my fiance is into hiking
- weights I can't give a detailed outline because I dont really go heavy but here are some changes

If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Or use an app like myfitness pal or cronometer. Very easy.

How long actually training and how long before using PEDs?
I started training in March 2023.. but actually really taking it extremely serious and consistently, weighing macros etc from this year.. prior to March 2023 I probably trained for one full year in 2019 but the stopped, relapsed on quite a few substances and got my life back together in 2023. God is great, always brother.
 
10 weeks on tren is good if you can deal with the sides, your will get huge changes in that time.

I would definitely add tudca, nac!
Coq10 and citrus bergamot together will give you a 1+1=3 benifit for your cholesterol too.

Thanks bro appreciate it! I am keeping it at 100mg for now, I know in my log I said I will go to 150-200mg but 9/10 chance I stay on 100mg for the full 10 weeks. Im in no rush or expect to look like an IFPP pro after this cycle so 100mg it is for now brother.I will definitely look into some tudca and coQ10
 
Hi bros, just came on here to give an update on some progress and what’s been happening.
Background:
- 30yrs old, starting weight was 68kg(left pic in the pics attached), moved up to 73kg(left pic with yellow shorts), current weight is 80kg(right pic in the mirror)
- this is all within 1 year
- recently added

Previous cycles:
- First cycle was Test E/Dbol
- 2nd cycle which I ended about two months ago which was pure shit gear that I used, test C/dbol
current cycle new supplier 2 weeks in

TestC 400mg PW - running for total 16 weeks
- Winstrol 35mg ED - running for total 6 weeks currently in week 2
- Tren E 100mg PW will be going somewhere between 150-200mg MAX starting next week- running for total 10 weeks

Support supplements:
-
Milk thistle 400mg ED
- Zinc 25mg ED
- Omega 3 2000mg ED
- P-5-P 100mg ED
- Magnesium glycinate 300mg ED
- Arimidex on hand if needed

Meals: this is not detailed but more less what I would have
- before gym on a carb cycling day I would have two rice cakes with a thin layer of peanut butter, banana and a pre workout. On non carb cycling days I will have 40-50g oats, mixed with a spoon of peanut butter, banana and some raisins
- post gym: 150ml egg whites, 3 whole eggs
- meal 3: rice, chicken, veggies
- meal 4: 180g chicken, mixed veggies or with an avocado
- meal 5: 180g chicken, sweet potatoes mixed in
- meal 6: whey protein
- snack is usually about 100g fat free yoghurt with strawberries sliced up and a cup of tea.

Mental and overrall feelings/side effects:
Overall I feel great, no sides of anything as of yet but then again it’s too soon. Mentally I feel great! Pumps and strengths have gone up within 2 weeks!

Questions:
1. Do you think I need any other support supplements?
2. Is Tren E 10 weeks enough?
3. Anything I should change?

- cardio I am doing twice a week, walking, I don't do any running intensive cardio and every Sunday I do a 3.5km hike. This is an easy routine for me because my fiance is into hiking
- weights I can't give a detailed outline because I dont really go heavy but here are some changes

What do you usually have for a snack on a cut? currently im doing some rice cakes with peanut butter, cup of tea no sugar.. fat free youghurt with blueberries.
fruit, raw nuts, plain popcorn (although not a great idea for your teeth)

LOL :P it's not for shitting, its for digestive health. You need to take probiotics daily minimum with psyllium husk.

walking is fine, but you need to do pre post training cardio 10min minimum. Call it warm up and cool down.
The training, you need to log training so we can see your momentum, doesn't have to be heavy but sets and weights are important.
