Veteran Log First Testosterone Cycle and Beginner Training Log

True! I noticed the the progression in your log too, guess that's how it's suppost to go!
I'm hoping to have my template nailed by summertime and was going to close this one cleanly after I get bloodtests and start a new one for the summer cycle with the template right out of the gate.

I've been working on a little program that iterates through all posts in my log thread and all the ones that aren't message replies it assumes are log entires not comments and saves to a second file. I need to add to it so it gets the date to add as a heading, like 'Entry 6, 6th sept' and then add a table of contents at the top with these dates and the title I have the entry. Then save it as a webpage/html file and a PDF, stick it somewhere then put a link in my signature to Month 1, Month q, Month 3 and if a newbie clicked it they could read all entries from that month. The entries in that new file link back to Evo and have the reply buttons still and if you click them you're back on ago replying to that entry on the real forum.
That's why I want a new log for each cycle, to try and keep the data useful. This current one is retatrutide and testosterone only and a first log, so I think when it's done and I've done all the blood tests and everything it's kind of complete and will be useful for me to refer back to too, as I know all the variables that need to be accounted for and there's not a bunch of compounds muddying the waters.



That is really nice atcually, I didn't realise that was the reason but it's a good idea and I'll copy that too when I have a stack to report - could start doing that with my supplements, that's one thing I don't log very well.

I always wonder if it's the first place they tried and think thats just normal or if they're at the end of a long and painful journey through the bowels of awful non-Evo scam sites and forums like I was.

When I have some more bandwidth I'd like to template up some of my newbie replies that were useful too, and podcast episode lists. I don't have experience with almost anything steriod related but I'm on this same path of research, trial and error too and the podcast was so core to my research that I have a pretty good idea of what they've covered so what I'm trying to do now is to link them to the podcast episodes about their exact questions so Stevesmi and Mobster are answering their questions not me.

Not sure if you already work from notes or made template for this but your instructions to newbies with diet stuff and peptide dosing questions are gold. You have a few topics I'd say you're an underground expert in and that's high value shit imho.

You're definitely gold yourself and one of the brain childs on here that has so much knowledge to spew about seemingly anything and it adds to all the other knowledge getting put out on EVO over and above diet/peptide/gear talk which you'll catch up on in no time with your brain and over time. You've been an amazing contribution and open, honest, and willing since you arrived here. I'm pumped for your podcast you have so much life you've lived they'll have to pick and choose to keep it under an hour!

I've been chipping away at writing a little program that checks the few guys like yourself, @ballin2504 and @2Thick who have their logs on Anabolix or one of the other family forums because I don't get notifications when you post new entires and I feel bad about missing so many of them. I basically manually click the link the forum signature when I see your comment replies.

Got an update for you atcually, I'm pretty sure it was you who asked me if I had a kitchen in my van on my first week here and things are heating up up in that department... I recently got given 6 batteries from industrial UPSs and turns out two of the old guys that volunteer on the steamship with me were autoelectricians before retirement and offered to help install them. I already had the wires and shit needed to hook them up to the alternator so soon I might have an outrageous amount of power.

Most people have one or two of these but since I just got 6 for free, like five grand worth of batteries easy, I'll give two away and have four in parallel which will take load of any one given battery (I learnt that from vaping 😂) so will not only have massive capacity but also not drain anywhere near as fast.

I also had some things in boxes that I'd been slowly buying up before my income was pre-spent on eggs, whey and steriods like a new cast iron double burner element and a large LPG bottle for it, and a cabinet to put it in, that's the base of the 'pile of shit' you sometimes see next to my bed in my photos.

Also keep seeing 'mini bar fridges' for free around for some reason so I can likely get one of those to store retatrutide and and stuff in and be able to power it. Most people buy really expensive low power fridges or electric cooler boxes, some yoi can hardle fit a bottle of milk in which was my primary interest at the time, but retatrutide put a stop to that lifetype habit seemingly overnight.

And most importantly I'll be able to setup my god damn computers again and use Linux and a keyboard like a normal person.

Fans of my content length are in for a treat, so far everything I've done on Evo has been from my phone, however on a normal keyboard I can type over a hundred words per minute and I've got some thoughts saved up to share 😁

I take it you have an inverter already? I’ve got a couple good ones I picked from old bucket trucks. My RV has the generator removed so I’m toying with the idea of batteries and perhaps some solar as well, but I am no electrician.

Yeah I'm not an electrician either 😂 you have an RV? If you're thinking about DIY shit there's this awesome (and hot) Canadian chick on YouTube who is onto her forth van build and videoed the whole thing each time and tried different styles and materials so pretty much has four different takes on any given subject. I've been going through her insulation videos lately. As far as trial and error and extracting lesson learnt for next time she's a pro. Went from knowing zero to where she is now just with forums and videos and trying things herself... and Canadian winters are a lot more serious than NZ anything so I trust what she says as she's still alive.

I think I'm going to try coat in inside of mine with RIPO to halt rust further, line it by glueing old carpet from the ship to the roof, getting polystyrene from dumpers even though I think that shit is evil about 5cm thick then re-enclosing the wooden side panels of plywood it used to have by the looks of it. And hopefully that helps. Spring is rapidly approaching and currently it'skterly a metal box, I'll cook in here soon if I don't work on it.

I have a shitty 300W inverter and a better but currently broken one that I need to get one of the old guys to fix for me, and I have a battery box that I bought for my van that got stolen that's still in its box, might be able to use that and daisy chain the others to it. The adapters and shit for the alternator hookup are designed for the box, this thing.

I am pretty good at cheap dates, and one effective one is I have this little projector that was $200, I talk to them about TV shows and shit while driving to this abandoned carpark in town that has a nicely painted wall and I get them to load whatever they watch (generally reality TV dating shows) onto their Netflix on their phone (not yet encountered one that doesn't have Netflix) and plug their phone into the projector, get the beanbag down and open the side door and blast the projector onto the wall and they love it. Haven't yet made it through an entire episode yet 😁

I haven't tried karaoke since I got sober 😂 have you? When I get this battery system online I'll try add karaoke - could just use the projector and load spotify with the lyrics on, that already does it karaoke style. I have a USN star projector thing I bought for my son but couldn't send due to covid that's basically a disco ball, it even changes colour based on the music

If you could fashion screen doors behind you cargo doors, with maybe a fan built in, you could keep the temp down

Nah, I also have a car on blocks in my front yard.

It's been kinda playing on my mind though.

It's a 1997 Toyota Estima and I spent all winter lying in it, can't stand up but it's pretty roomy for an SUV. I was planning on giving it to a tourist but it's probably more of a burden to them now.

I could sell it to a wrecker for $500 probably and use that money to buy more of my summer stack up.

Lately charities have been putting flyers I under the window wipers and someone left a bag of towels at it.

Very nice of them but I don't like this attention, especially because I'm over the other side of the park now. It's registered in my name but the registration expired.

The police won't do anything because I'm also a registered homeless person (long story) and they don't want to be seen to be "targeting the homeless".

What a fucking great country this is. $500 would be 20 x 10ml EQ ampules and 3 blood tests.

Spring also started creeping in a bit. It's been raining overnight and still but I can feel spring coming finally.

People are out doing shit.

There's a halfpipe about 30 meters from my van and there were skateboarders when I returned from the gym at 1am last night.

I love that shit. It's cardio season.

I found this girl on reddit who runs monthly "darkwave night skate" meet ups where she gets her giant N.W.A style 1980s ghetto-blaster and blasts darkwave music and leads 30 goth looking rollerskaters and skateboarders through the city on a big loop.

Used a 20kg plate on the floor again, but bailed on the bench behind after one set and went all the way down, I can keep my chest out or up stay straight.

Definitely getting better, I'll take another form video soon

And did 10kg x 12 which was manageable but noticeably more difficult, I do see what they're saying about stability but I'm gonna stick with the bar for now and try push up the volume as per the Monster-approved plan.

Ah fuck, I didn't even think of that, that's a very good point.. I don't know how to get around that actually. But the weather is getting better and my friend ready cut a whole bit out and welded in it to replace one bit but I can't work on it whole it's raining and it hasent stopped raining for like 4 months haha. I wouldn't have done it anyway tbh.

I moved to the other side of thr Park because I was right on the beach which was great for some things, and its hard not to be happy waking up to the sound of waves and surfer girls giggling every morning but I parked there for a year in the camper van that got stolen and it was completely fucked from the sand 😅 so I know what you mean.

Is that why they call it thr rust belt? Coz it's sandy? I have this rock salt from some place near Utah I think it was, suppost to be more pure than sea shit, I always wondered how that would affect things. I've never seen any salt based natural landscapes apart from the sea.

If you could fashion screen doors behind you cargo doors, with maybe a fan built in, you could keep the temp down

Oh wow she's got tons more content now. I like fat lazy chicks personally but Hanna Hussein is so pretty and such a cool chick. I knew about her prior to her joining YouTube because she helped my workmate in Australia when she started growing a beard. A really guinely great person and it's badass she's talking about that shit, especially the details like the stack in the video you posted, she's up against some fucking dark forces. I did see the first video she ever did but that was all there was for ages. I'll go check all her updates out. There's a similar Australian chick I think you'd like but I can't for the life of me remember her name. Nah, I also have a car on blocks in my front yard.

It's been kinda playing on my mind though.

It's a 1997 Toyota Estima and I spent all winter lying in it, can't stand up but it's pretty roomy for an SUV. I was planning on giving it to a tourist but it's probably more of a burden to them now.

I could sell it to a wrecker for $500 probably and use that money to buy more of my summer stack up.

Lately charities have been putting flyers I under the window wipers and someone left a bag of towels at it.

Very nice of them but I don't like this attention, especially because I'm over the other side of the park now. It's registered in my name but the registration expired.

The police won't do anything because I'm also a registered homeless person (long story) and they don't want to be seen to be "targeting the homeless".

What a fucking great country this is. $500 would be 20 x 10ml EQ ampules and 3 blood tests.

Spring also started creeping in a bit. It's been raining overnight and still but I can feel spring coming finally.

People are out doing shit.

There's a halfpipe about 30 meters from my van and there were skateboarders when I returned from the gym at 1am last night.

I love that shit. It's cardio season.

Big effort today, hitting that 109 kg leg press PB after all that cardio shows hardcore.
The squat form work and full range depth are paying off fast, the quads are clearly responding.

Good move dropping calf raises when fried, better to keep quality high. The stairmaster and leg extensions together will thicken your legs up if you stay consistent.
 
Oh wow she's got tons more content now. I like fat lazy chicks personally but Hanna Hussein is so pretty and such a cool chick. I knew about her prior to her joining YouTube because she helped my workmate in Australia when she started growing a beard. A really guinely great person and it's badass she's talking about that shit, especially the details like the stack in the video you posted, she's up against some fucking dark forces. I don't think you're on enough gear to really do two huge heavy leg days every 4 days. So if once a week is all you can muster that's fine bro. You'll come back recovered and stronger each time almost guaranteed.

Yeah that's definitely the case bro. I was getting away with it when I was natural because that's basically all I was doing apart form the PT session. Something about leg training just felt so primal and good and it was the first thing I had memorised a routine for so required no thinking or planning, just walked into the gym and started. I spent the first half of this year in bed in a shitty SUV withdrawing from methadone due to the aggressive taper I did.

But sometimes after being awake lying there for a few days with only going out for a few walks I'd get up at 3am and go do that hacksquat and leg press session and blast heavy metal music throughout the gym. There's a fancy sound system but they bought it from Ali Express and didn't go out of their way to protect it, I just got the dodgy Chinese app off their Alibaba page and then could control the gym sound system. When there was nobody there it was safe to put some heavy shit on and push some heavy shit. Then I'd be able to sleep and sometimes slept for 30 hours. I'm glad that's over.

I'll try and clear it up without chipping into your morning with too many words:
  • I currently have a large Ford Transit van, which I only got a few weeks prior to joining Evo, it was completely empty, that's where I post from and live
  • Four years ago while still employed I bought a nice camper van and started vanlife, quit working and drove it to Wellington, I'm originally from Christchurch in the South Island
  • About six months later the camper van got stolen, making me not pretend homeless but atcually living on the street homeless
  • Decided that was not gonna work with my drunkenness and it being winter, moved in with a girl from Tinder I met the week prior. She owned a 2nd hand record store and let me stay out the back in exchange for manning her store in the mornings, which was fun and the arrangement was cool for a while
  • My inability to fuck due to low testosterone increasingly became an issue. I went out for a packet of cigarettes, so to speak.
  • I fiddled around with some old accounts in Australia and had enough to buy a shitty 1996 Toyota Estima, an SUV already converted to live in off a Mexican couple who just finished their working holiday visa. Can't stand up in it but whatever, I'm short and it was cool. It was good to be alone again and read books and this is when I did an aggressive methadone taper and was bedridden most of the first half of this year until I got the PT and that bridged the six months until Evo and testosterone and swinging from feeling really bad to where I am now, feeling amazingly good.
  • Got the big Ford Transit but it was still winter and raining all the time, hard to work on it. Getting a few Spring days lately
  • I'm getting increasingly worried that I now have a fucked deregistered car on the other side of the park.
  • I think up idea to sell it to a wrecker so I don't need to tow it or deal with it anymore, and to spend the money on steriods and blood-testing.

I'm someone who finds backs squatting easier with some weight on the bar. From memory of your previous video (or photo?) you've got good flexibility and can hit full depth alright. I reckon it's worth adding some weight but just do it slowly.

The tone and delivery is so natural, you can't fake stuff like that, even with a team of speech writers. I don't think I'll ever achieve your level, being able to pick up chicks over the radio and shit, but I like to aim high.

Yeah it was destroyed by an earthquake in 2011, but I moved away when I was 15 to Auckland (the biggest city) and moved to Australia earlier that year where I lived for ten years.

I tried moving back to be near my family but it was not the place I knew, the spirit/soul of it as dead. I would have thought rebuilding would have been cool eventually, but I can barely believe it was New Zealand at all.

There's a halfpipe about 50 meters from where I park, I intend to get some serious cardio in there this summer. There's two professional roller derby teams and since we're soo progressive it's a mixed gender sport here. Really keeps your ego in check being beaten up by a girl in front of everyone.

I'm someone who finds backs squatting easier with some weight on the bar. From memory of your previous video (or photo?) you've got good flexibility and can hit full depth alright. I reckon it's worth adding some weight but just do it slowly.

I know bro! This has never happened before. It's like a switch flicked. The diet change and fasted cardio (hour walk to get methadone 😆) really are the main things I think but I walked a lot my whole life, it's a thing my family does that I just continued but combined with the diet it's killer.

  • I currently have a large Ford Transit van, which I only got a few weeks prior to joining Evo, it was completely empty, that's where I post from and live
  • Four years ago while still employed I bought a nice camper van and started vanlife, quit working and drove it to Wellington, I'm originally from Christchurch in the South Island
  • About six months later the camper van got stolen, making me not pretend homeless but atcually living on the street homeless
  • Decided that was not gonna work with my drunkenness and it being winter, moved in with a girl from Tinder I met the week prior. She owned a 2nd hand record store and let me stay out the back in exchange for manning her store in the mornings, which was fun and the arrangement was cool for a while
  • My inability to fuck due to low testosterone increasingly became an issue. I went out for a packet of cigarettes, so to speak.
  • I fiddled around with some old accounts in Australia and had enough to buy a shitty 1996 Toyota Estima, an SUV already converted to live in off a Mexican couple who just finished their working holiday visa. Can't stand up in it but whatever, I'm short and it was cool. Day 47: Carbs, Girls, Steam Ships

I missed posting an update yesterday for the first time in ages. I can't power my computers at the moment and been using my phone for everything which sucks. I spent the day finishing my guide to the New Zealand Needle Exchange Program for the NZ sources sub forum on which was difficult on the phone and I couldn't face writing a log entry, and I haven't done much else.

My Antabuse script expired yesterday so today I didn't get dosed at the pharmacy. I atcually don't know much about it apart from it being liver toxic and the countless stories I've heard in 12-step meetings of people attempting to drink through it. My own father has a pretty good one of his own from when he quit drinking in the 80s.

I just wouldn't have started it if I wanted to keep drinking, like I avoided methadone for a decade because it would screw up my herion tolerance then I'd to spend more and that was a line that represented more than I can handle. I was a director at a big-four finance company at the time, and was already spending everything. At the time it seemed smart to not take methadone and keep my tolerance in check 😂

Antabuse was part of the hospital detox program and I'm glad I did it, but I should have stopped after a few months. I never think about either alcohol or antabuse, I go to the pharmacy every morning and they hand me a pill with one hand and liquid methadone with the other and I wash the Antabuse down with the methadone and that's it.

But lately I've been occupying my time researching and planning for my first stacked cycle this rapidly approaching summertime and am going to include an oral which made me start thinking about my liver. It would be foolish to take a livertoxic steriod on top of liver toxic prescription meds too.

Other preparations are to cease nicotine completely which will take some strain off my heart. I'm on month five of the NZ governments six month patch and gum program and tomorrow will go into the pharmacy and get 7mg patches for the last stretch.

I also plan to quit caffine/coffee for three months at the suggestion of @toddthelineman which I'm now fully on board with. I made a pros and cons list last Sunday sipping a long black espresso in one of Wellington's alternative cafes and knew I'd never be able to cut it out of my life.

Coffee survived the pros and cons list, not a single girlfriend has made it through one of those before. I decided I did not want to quit, it's greater than health in this case. Cafes are where I catch up with my parents and sister, where I meet business associates, where I meet Tinder dates the first time to make them feel safer, where I would go to read books if I had any money.

But I'm not doing any of that at the moment and in the case of the Todd's three month suggestion the pros outweigh the cons.

I've never attempted this before, I've had caffeine every day since on was 12, execpt for first two days in Japan in 2005 before I found out green tea is loaded with the shit and the two days I was in a coma in 2021.

Green tea gets you wired to Japanese specifications, they drink a whole 2L bottle every day at work. These are the people who invented methamphetimine and they know how to get wired.

On the second day in Japan I got a migraine for the first and only time and I'm worried about that happening again so I'm going to taper with caffine pills after I finish the last of my instant coffee which will be not far away.

Sticking with the program has worked with nicotine and that was a far more powerful addition.

I took a rest day yesterday due to getting no sleep the night before, and 5 hours the night before that. It was pouring with rain and galeforce winds working on the ship today and I was already wet and cold from the 5km walk there. Should really ask someone for a jumpstart so I can drive again.

The boiler engineer wasn't there who I was planning on helping in the boiler room and a new South American girl started volunteering today so I found her a locker and helped her pick overalls and caught her full on ogling me.

I was distracted (by Evo and plugging my phone in to listen to more Evo) and could feel her looking at me but I persisted with the phone..

I don't think this has ever happened with a stranger before outside of my imagination. I have to at least make eye contact and smile and talk to them...

After what seemed like two minutes I could still feel her looking at me still and when I finally looked over I caught her off guard, she was fully eye-raping me, biting her lip and everything... she got startled and embarrassed, it was awesome.

So Im starting to see there is clear benefits to showering every day... just kidding, she must have sensed the testosterone.

People are friendlier to me in general too and I know it's not just me because I've always tried to have these friendly interactions with strangers, say hi when out walking, look people in the eye and smile, etc.. with you know, maybe a 70% success rate maybe but now it's wild, this couple with two Rottweilers were so keen to continue one of these interactions they followed me up the road until they'd made sure I heard their commentary on recent weather pattern changes.

I cannot lose focus now though, I'm not going to spend time with any new woman until half way through my cycle in summertime, else I might fuck this all up.

The nice old lady who feeds us carbs on the ship didn't like my walking in the rain and insisted she drive me home, robbing me of 7.5k steps but very nice of her, totals looked like this:

But as the effects of the rice started wearing off and I thought about all that happened today I got a surge of energy and drive returned. Stayed at the gym until 1am. There was a girl who did leg stiff with cables for the whole two hours and two giant Maori guys that looked like Johnah Lomu and clearly played Rugby and they were fucking strong. I no longer wish I had the gym to myself, it's cool being around these people who are grinding at the gym at midnight 💪

I have been researching and planning out my summer cycle pretty much exclusively the last few weeks. I've listened to every podcast episode related to the compounds I'm interested in, even ones about stacks I'm not interested in that contain one I am, don't make the mistake of thinking there won't be information of use in them.

There have been some big question marks, the biggest being not knowing where to get legitimate equipoise and turinabol. I got some good news today and this is no longer an issue.

The ball is back in my court where I want it, so it's up to me to make the next move. I've got just over two and a half months to save up the stack and have a plan to achieve it.

I can't cheap out on gear, I need legit gear and willing to pay the normal price for it I just need to get one thing every week until I have it all. I have figured out a workable plan and now the souring issue is gone. This self-trt thing would fall apart quick if we couldn't get clean testosterone.

I'm very pleased with this development and that was motivation enough to put my clothes back on and go to the gym.

Thankfully what I mentioned and the gym stuff is the entirerity of what I have going on haha. I'm sure most people could solve all this in a lunch hour. The lady I mention a lot who is so skilled at leeching she got the the government to pay for her van build is returning to town today, I'm gonna hit her up for help with this :)

Moving in with the Tinder chick was a mistake but my 20 years in the corporate world did not prepare me for street life 😅 I got back to where I parked my van and found it gone and say down on the road where it used to be parked while it dawned on me that I'm atcually fucking homeless.

I'm not from this city, else I would have just gone and burdened my parents again 😁 but it's also not quite as crazy as it sounds. She had like a house and child and shit, I never went there just slept at her record store and drank 6 litres of cask wine a day until I went to detox. That's why I only helped until lunchtime, my customer service skills deteriorated after the first cask of wine.

But also I'm more of a serial monogamist, I just really like woman but when I got on methadone my test started crashing and I got physical problems from that. I also could get way off base with this, maybe jts the methadone itself, but then why has injecting testosterone fixed it all so quick? I'm second guessing myself becuse I tried to get the testosterone results from the clinic and asked what the results were and the guy said "ah, it was 32"... and it didn't improve from there but he said "i dunno the numbers man the reference range went up to 29 and you're 32, you're a super producer!". This is what free healthcare gets you bro. My mind was racing, I BET you what they do is measure you against other men on the methadone program! I can't believe he'd say that out loud, I felt embarrassed but he was the one talking, it was weird.

When girls want to fuck and you don't it really chips away at their self esteem, I couldn't handle it any longer. But I have to say there's upsides too. I've had theee hardons this year and haven't had to do anything about it since last year. That's frees up some time for other pursuits.

But I like spending time with them too. Like go walking or fire juggling on the beach or I don't know, just miss hanging out with them. I'm gonna start my first stacked cycle soon, and half way through that I'm gonna start letting them hang out with me again 😀

Hahah you'd think so right but I tried that in Reston, Virginia at a night club and initially it was gold but we'd get stuck in very strange loops like "how can it be winter there, it's summer duh!" when they broached the topic to begin with. Then their girlfriends would chime in and I'd just stand there why they argued about this... it was.. I dunno man. It happened at the course I was on too, which was bored TSA agents and other scum who didn't want to be there talking amongst themselves. They don't listen and I pushed the theory, if they'd make a statement I'd escalate. One agent of some type wearing a fucking PISTOL on his hip like a cowboy or some shit asked me the most ridiculous thing, and I looked him in the eye and said "this is why you never win any wars" and waited... and he just carried on. They don't listen. They're not talking to each other. They're just.. there.

But then I've had American friends my whole life and none of them were like this. It's a very confusing place. My first trip when I was 17 to San Francisco nd Nevada was better, work sent me to a conference but I got too drunk and then had to read a review in the newspaper so I could report back on how it was. Good by all accounts 😁

It's a 1997 Toyota Estima and I spent all winter lying in it, can't stand up but it's pretty roomy for an SUV. I was planning on giving it to a tourist but it's probably more of a burden to them now.

Lately charities have been putting flyers I under the window wipers and someone left a bag of towels at it.

Very nice of them but I don't like this attention, especially because I'm over the other side of the park now. It's registered in my name but the registration expired.

Thankfully what I mentioned and the gym stuff is the entirerity of what I have going on haha. I'm sure most people could solve all this in a lunch hour. The lady I mention a lot who is so skilled at leeching she got the the government to pay for her van build is returning to town today, I'm gonna hit her up for help with this :)

Moving in with the Tinder chick was a mistake but my 20 years in the corporate world did not prepare me for street life 😅 I got back to where I parked my van and found it gone and say down on the road where it used to be parked while it dawned on me that I'm atcually fucking homeless.

I'm not from this city, else I would have just gone and burdened my parents again 😁 but it's also not quite as crazy as it sounds. She had like a house and child and shit, I never went there just slept at her record store and drank 6 litres of cask wine a day until I went to detox. That's why I only helped until lunchtime, my customer service skills deteriorated after the first cask of wine.

But also I'm more of a serial monogamist, I just really like woman but when I got on methadone my test started crashing and I got physical problems from that. I also could get way off base with this, maybe jts the methadone itself, but then why has injecting testosterone fixed it all so quick? I'm second guessing myself becuse I tried to get the testosterone results from the clinic and asked what the results were and the guy said "ah, it was 32"... and it didn't improve from there but he said "i dunno the numbers man the reference range went up to 29 and you're 32, you're a super producer!". This is what free healthcare gets you bro. My mind was racing, I BET you what they do is measure you against other men on the methadone program! I can't believe he'd say that out loud, I felt embarrassed but he was the one talking, it was weird.

When girls want to fuck and you don't it really chips away at their self esteem, I couldn't handle it any longer. But I have to say there's upsides too. I've had theee hardons this year and haven't had to do anything about it since last year. That's frees up some time for other pursuits.

But I like spending time with them too. Like go walking or fire juggling on the beach or I don't know, just miss hanging out with them. I'm gonna start my first stacked cycle soon, and half way through that I'm gonna start letting them hang out with me again 😀

Cracked a new bottle of testosterone, friend returned to park, weight dropping steady, muscles growing.

That will be the 4th erection I've had this year, but the first time I atcually did anything about it since the 28th of December last year, a few hours prior to going out for a packet of cigarettes when I had to obligation shag my last girlfriend so she didn't start thinking I might run away.

My vanbum friend returned from staying with her family out of town due to her broken down van today, the one who got the government to pay for her van build.

Hers is European, hard to get parts for, expensive. Technically a truck and classified as such by the powers that be. More expense. Fuck that. I bought my Ford Transit off her son.

She's an absolute master of thr social welfare system and I'm secretly really pleased she's back. There's kinda strength in numbers and the two of us have huge vans and lined up together I don't think it looks like a good target.

I bought her a Lumibat when I bought one. It's a batton with a blinding strobe torch on it. You blind them with the torch then whack them over the head with it or use the time to get in the front and go.

And I made up with the bum from the big gym.

They're both Maori and like, shes in my van so I'm with her and, that seemed to open this guy up.. I lived in Australia for so long I forgot what all this shit means but we're all bums at the park now 😂

  • How to get access to the city mission food bank: you go into the dole office and get a letter of some type (wrote it down) about how they wobt guve tou any more dole mkney for food or some shit, i think this is a measure to stop people abusing it. Then go to the city mission to the food bank entrance and they give you a sheet of items and you tick off what you want.
  • They also have free washing machines there. I have not used one for like six weeks so that'd probably be a good idea.
  • Every Sunday a mobile washing machine van comes to the community centre near the beach and vanbum girl wants to meet there. I think she's using me as a reminder... the nerve. A failing strategy in any case, but maybe one day we will make it there.
  • We can get "shower tokens" which are basically free entry to the local public swimming pool once a day to shower, they have communal hot tubs and saunas and lap pools and probably other stuff. I used to pay $9 each time to go to the hot tub in winter so that's cool. I do want to swim more.
  • Few grey area things I better check the legal status of before I encourage them.
Vanbum lady is doing some side accounting today but we're gonna go hit up the Hare Krishna's for dinner in town tomorrow night so I can get more picks and 25g tips.

My Dad recons the Krishnas are all sexual degenerates and he really doesn't like them, but I've got my coin ready for when they try and give me that book again haha.

She said I've changed a lot since I saw her last, maybe 3 weeks ago, I did write about it in my log but couldn't find it to get the date.

She helped herself to a feel of my arm.

Came across a new log I hadn't seen today and was inspired by his back & biceps day entry to try copy it myself. Row exercises are something I don't have much experience with.

I think I said this same thing last week and did the cardio rowing machine to wake up. The memories are coming back, Lev suggested I do face-pulls and I leant those.

There's an atcual standalone 'Nautilus Row' machine at the new gym, as well as one of the giant Nautilus multi-stations.

Other guys routine was:

I tried the barbell Rows from a video I found, using the lower safety rails on the squat rack but only did 12 with thr bar, wasn't confident, felt weird on my lower back.

You're doing it right heating up the bottle, that's the way to clear up the test, well done.

The training mix looks good, the Nautilus row and curl combo hit your back and arms well, and 41 kg for 12 is a strong set to build from.

Chest and shoulder press work shows strength climbing as the test kicks in, so next session go 25 kg for 3x10 and see if it holds form. Body is clearly changing fast, keep gym consistency the same and log every session. :D @vanlife_gymbum

From memory of your previous video (or photo?) you've got good flexibility and can hit full depth alright. I reckon it's worth adding some weight but just do it slowly.

You've sold me on it man. I will do as many bar sets as I can comfortably manage, then been adding the 'cookies' as Mobster suggested for progression but for the next month I'll use the 2.5kg (that's the cookies right?) or the 5kg ones. I manage a set of 12 with 5kg either side and it was noticeably harder and did get the stability improvements you mentioned.

I can go to full street-shitter level but was putting a bench behind me when using the plates. It's a trick Stevesmi mentioned on their squat tip episode.

Yeah man it was like 82+ forever, never seen it go down before. It's like a switch has been flipped, I've been in a fairly substantial calorie deficit since I started on the egg-shakes, flooded nutrients from drinking 20 eggs a day and protein from the four shakes which have 101g protein each between the whey and eggs.

I was initially annoyed I couldn't find unflavoured whey anywhere, I like to stay natural and organic as much as possible but now since I atcually don't mind the candy banana flavor, if that's what's allowing me to get these shakes down then be it. I did an experiment on my friend yesterday and said "want a glass of chocolate milkshake?" and she drank it and said it was good. Tomorrow I'm going to describe it differently ask if she wants a cookies and cream flavored egg and whey shake, see if I get a different response. She's super pro egg so I'm interested to see 😅

Vanbum lady is doing some side accounting today but we're gonna go hit up the Hare Krishna's for dinner in town tomorrow night so I can get more picks and 25g tips.

Came across a new log I hadn't seen today and was inspired by his back & biceps day entry to try copy it myself. Row exercises are something I don't have much experience with.

I think I said this same thing last week and did the cardio rowing machine to wake up. The memories are coming back, Lev suggested I do face-pulls and I leant those.

That will be the 4th erection I've had this year, but the first time I atcually did anything about it since the 28th of December last year, a few hours prior to going out for a packet of cigarettes when I had to obligation shag my last girlfriend so she didn't start thinking I might run away.

My vanbum friend returned from staying with her family out of town due to her broken down van today, the one who got the government to pay for her van build.

Hers is European, hard to get parts for, expensive. Technically a truck and classified as such by the powers that be. More expense. Fuck that. I bought my Ford Transit off her son.

She's an absolute master of thr social welfare system and I'm secretly really pleased she's back. There's kinda strength in numbers and the two of us have huge vans and lined up together I don't think it looks like a good target.

I bought her a Lumibat when I bought one. It's a batton with a blinding strobe torch on it. You blind them with the torch then whack them over the head with it or use the time to get in the front and go.

i can remember years ago a nerdy looking guy would do a commercial on tv promoting his book on how to get free govt $$$ to start a business, go to school, buy things etc. he became rich off that book and so did other people who followed what he said. a lot of billionaires today in America leeched off the US taxpayer to start their businesses and get free loans etc. its a real thing. even Tom Brady's company got 0 interest loans from the govt during the shutdown. so i got zero issues with people like you leeching when rich fucks get to do it

I could sell it to a wrecker for $500 probably and use that money to buy more of my summer stack up.

Lately charities have been putting flyers I under the window wipers and someone left a bag of towels at it.

Very nice of them but I don't like this attention, especially because I'm over the other side of the park now. It's registered in my name but the registration expired.

The police won't do anything because I'm also a registered homeless person (long story) and they don't want to be seen to be "targeting the homeless".

What a fucking great country this is. $500 would be 20 x 10ml EQ ampules and 3 blood tests.

Spring also started creeping in a bit. It's been raining overnight and still but I can feel spring coming finally.

People are out doing shit.

There's a halfpipe about 30 meters from my van and there were skateboarders when I returned from the gym at 1am last night.

Man. I pay so much money for workers comp insurance. When I got hurt at work they did everything they could to stall me. It’s the worst. When you’re a worker it’s like, everybody is making a profit off of you, but a small business can be even worse. EVERYBODY gets a piece and you get what’s left if you’re lucky. When you’re up, it’s awesome, but the moment you stop to breathe you get rolled! It’s nuts.

I have never had insurance of any type and they probably wouldn't give me it until I pay them back for the three parked BMWs I wrote off the other year, they send my ex girlfriend angry letters about it because they probably have trouble getting hold of me, similar to her 😂

The two richest people I ever met are life insurance salesmen. Well, they own firms that sell life insurance. I couldn’t do it man. I’ve seen some policies pay out and it’s a good thing to have but damn.

Moving somewhere with no cellular reception does wonders for your mental health :) doable in the city too tho. I don't know who the current prime minister is or any lame shit like that.
 
I atcually don't remember, I was living at my cabin in the rainforest thar year and completely disconnected so employees and other shit couldn't easily reach me. You're not wrong there bro, both here and in America there's a type of guy, usually in the van due to divorce who sits around all day with the newspaper winding themselves up before going out in public and sharing their opinions to drag everyone else down with them.

Haha I'm sure it will bro :) but man since I had lost my testosterone and suffered all the affects of that for a fairly long time (3 years) having them bounce back and recover a lot of who I am made me have a great respect for testosterone itself. Although I have been interested in lifting (reading about it instead of atcually doing it 😔) for a long time, it was atcually crashed test and needing to do self-administered testosterone therapy thar got me here.

How long had you been lifting and how long on PEDs before you tried a cycle of it?
