I've had this happen a few times with rotation. Deleted the pic added again and even put it upside down and came out sideways. Don't know why it only does it sometimes.

@Napa1020 reta doesn't crush your muscle like some people thought. muscle and fat are 2 different things, 2 different animals. unless you just stop training you won't lose a large % of muscle even if you lose body mass. but lets' see what happens here

It does look like you put on a little bit of weight around the stomach. You've been slacking off on your diet or what's going on there. Make sure you get the cardio turbocharged. Now. @Napa1020
