DBOL or TBOL on a Test/Deca Stack?

Been out of the loop lately - been swamped.

Looking to pack on some good quality muscle gains this winter. Going to run 500-600 Test w/ 400 Deca all Pharmaqo from D-S.

Should I go DBOL or TBOL and how much a day? I want to keep as much of my gains as possible.

should you use test deca and dbol? I dont know, since you last log wasn't updated not sure where you are now, can you restart your log first?

The question you posed is more of a question about what Dbol is vs. what Tbol is. Either compound can then be assigned as advice tailored to an individual. There are lots of EVO podcasts devoted entirely to each compound. You likely know what Dbol vs. Tbol is so the answer to your question will be tailored specifically to you and where you're sitting at now with stats, diet, training etc.

I know you know we say this a lot but you'll have to boot up your log with updated pics to let us see if Dbol (the heavier hitter) is appropriate here based on your base and your current diet/training etc. Even when we decide on which compound based on your log then, and again based on your log and details, we can discuss dosing of said compound.

Want to keep as much gains as possible then wouldnt bother with dbol - easy come easy go.

Tbol as mentioned will be slower but much more steady but let the test and deca do their thing. Try and keen the gains as clean as you can so you limit how much fat you need to lose at the end and lower the risk of how much muscle goes with it.

It was to bulk a little and be safe. Lol. The journal wouldn’t be for two months! I was planning my next cycle. I thought that was clear in my message. Not trying to throw any shade

Bro i was one who gave a quick answer to a question that needed a more in depth response. @LevButlerov would have been the man to give you that in depth response so nit sure why you gave him a stiff answer?

This isnt a little safe bulk brother but i feel reading your recent responses that your just looking for a yes or no answer, most likely to correlate to a decision you have already made.

If your looking for reassurance to vague cycle protocols your not gonna get safe advice.

In two months it could very well be, and probably would be, an entirely different appropriate response to your question if you're currently training.

Starting your log two months out is actually IDEAL @SmallFryDevil especially as a lead up to running a cycle of that magnitude. Logs on here aren't just for bros on steroids, at all. You know this already as you've been here a while.

Two months is a good baseline for us to see where you're at to then fine tune your cycle and doses including compound choice when we have your structure, diet/training/supps, and pics of your base and progress.

HOW and WHY TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?
Accountability, self esteem, and consistency all which lead to RESULTS!

Authoring a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread using a full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
It will take 15-20 minutes max.
We have 100's of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight, height, age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Do you still want to have kids? I recommend becoming as learned as possible on steroids in this order:


  1. PCT (after steroid usage how can you come off in a healthy way to get your natural test, hormones and HPTA back up and running)
  2. Diet/Supps (we must see you have this dialed in with the proper macros and calories and supplements)
  3. Training (we need to make sure you're training is consistent and proper)
  4. Steroids (then, if you trust this forum which you should, we will get you squared away for a proper cycle suited and tailored to you)
