TEST/DECA/DBOL

Hey, I'm new to this forum and I just wanted some advice from someone who has been in the same spot and who knows probably more than me.

Stats:
-185cm/6'1
-91kg/200lbs
-Around 15% bodyfat

I've done a few cycles using only testosterone of doses up to almost a gram and I've had almost no sides even at high doses as I am very tolerable and my AI and PCT have always been spot on. I wanna try something different that will give me more mass than running test only.

For the following winter I wanna make an off-season cycle looking like this:

-Dbol 50mg/4-5weeks
-Testosterone Enanthate 500-600mg/12weeks
-Deca 400-500mg/12weeks

Would you change the length of the cycle since Deca does take long to kick in? Some say it should be ran to almost 20 weeks. What are your experiences with cycles like this? Would you change anything. My goal is to gain as much lean muscle and size as possible in the winter.

As for the AI I know about the prolactin issues and my PCT is well planned so no need of help with that.

I think thats relative, for example proviron and light dose winstrol is a better choice with deca and dbol (yes you heard that correct). And with dbol you want to ramp hard with 1st week, but do you?
I'm not really sure to be honest here, all guessing. We don't know much about you except you 'did' gear and you are 200lbs.
It would really help if you started a LOG journal of your current cycle or TRT whatever you're doing, add some training diet supps sleep and history and we can properly guide you as the big EVO family :D you want us to guess or give you real advice? I mean straight up here.
It takes 15min to get a log up and 5min to update.

  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.

If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

i think its too much bloat. swap out dbol for var or tbol.. or better yet add some proviron @andasko

why do you want to bulk up at your body fat? i would think you would be better served recomping

bros test, deca, and dbol work good. you won't go wrong if you want to bulk. but gonna be a lot of water retention so be careufl !

I know, it's a pretty ''wet'' cycle. I'm just thinking since deca needs a long time to kick in should I extend it for a few weeks? With test ofcourse

why do you want to bulk up at your body fat? i would think you would be better served recomping
Just wanna put on as much size as possible and then cut if necessary. My abs are visible and I have to say I have crazy genetics for vascularity so my veins are visible even at higher bodyfat percentages. Recomp would be absolutely pointless in my opinion. 15% bf Is just not worth recomping since my goal is to add loads of mass.

@andasko i think the stack is a bulker 100%. maybe a bit much. i would drop the dbol entirely OR lower the test dose. that will limit estrogen

My abs are visible and I have to say I have crazy genetics for vascularity so my veins are visible even at higher bodyfat percentages. Recomp would be absolutely pointless in my opinion. 15% bf Is just not worth recomping since my goal is to add loads of mass.

Depends on what u mean by size like sloppy wet size or quality size, lot will depend on controlling estrogen and eatin a strict proper diet, im on almost all dry compounds besides test with my current cycle and ive put on roughly 15lbs contribute it mostly to the diet and foods, im around 20.5% bodyfat at around 242-244lbs
 
I'm doing something similar. I will be doing the dbol last 4 weeks of cycle only if my lifts stall. Will be doing 16 weeks of 1000mg test and 750mg deca. I will also use 50mg proviron per day as well as 10mg aromasin daily.
This is a great option
