Veteran Log Testosterone Equipoise Proviron Blast and Cruise Log

I will do thanks man! Forgot after walks yesterday but did 12 in the bathroom waiting for my phone to charge but I'll try remember going forward - I like the idea!

And nah nothing changed with protien, 400g a day baseline from 4 whey and egg shakes. Haven't missed any days, the 20 eggs and 8 scoops whey is what I 'eat' haha.

I tried this other brand whey that's $40 for 1kg, it's alright but not as good as optimum nutrition gold but it's much cheaper.

Want to add more tuna soon, I have one or two 180g cans every other day roughly but could do 2 380g cans if I tried.

What I really want to do is try use soy sauce or hot sauce or something to get down a big can of mackerel, mixed with rice. They're $2 each and if I ate the whole can it would be an extra 100g protien.

Last two weeks I've also had a bit more fruit and still doing the carb refeeds every Saturday when I'm working on the steamship. There's a nice old lady who makes sandwiches for us all day :)

Apologies for the mess I made on the forum posting a half-started thread by accident yesterday, and sorry to the guys who replied there - I appreciate it and did see them and will reply some other way :)

I wanted to start a new thread to continue this log as this one feels tainted by mentions of the fake gear salesman SWOLE, there's fake gear in the intro picture, and I'm not taking anything in that photo anymore, like the "proviron" in the title. And the only thing cruising in this log is my testosterone dose, upwards, by 100mg a month.

I'm gonna make a thread about those drug tests but I went back to then with questions as they said there were no active compounds at all and I want to know what that means exactly, what's 'active' and what negatives do the rest have, like the filler.

I could be wrong blaming those pills but I stopped taking them because I couldn't piss properly and then within a week of stopping that went away. Shit like that happens to me regularly anyway but still I want more information. Either way, those proviron presses were fake. Who would have suspected the pills that don't stay together.

This is what I'm taking, 600mg testosterone from @AuStarLabs, 2.5mg retatrutide from @Life-Forge and 300mg equipoise from @kiwibulk.

I'm also going to add 50mg of Anadrol from @kiwibulk on week 10, in 4 weeks time. It's the same oral suspension Anadrol @trentwin1 is currently running if you're interested in the gear.

I've also changed so many things that my log just needs a reboot. But with that negativity done, there's good news! As of last week all three of my preferred sources are now verified on Evo! That was announced by @Eddie Haskell last week check it out :)

I love it all. Still waiting for results from the oral suspensions but everything else has been lab tested. Also see how the equipoise label is faded a bit, that's after being in hot water 4 times, pretty impressive haha.

I have to return to my female empowerment course today and two woman have text me to make sure I'm coming... I don't want to get on the wrong side of any unemployed woman, they have all day and do more than just follow you home.

Been a week since I checked or updated my log. I've been spending my time poorly, but I guess you don't end up living at the park via good time management decisions. I should do my log first before doing other stuff.

I haven't been slacking on my diet or injection schedule though, and the gym has been insane lately. I did start going at different times but it's like everyone got hotter and started dressing better.

I have to pick a spot on the wall to stare at so I can atcually get through my sets... but they come to me. Not to talk but to bend over and do weird shit with benches which they literally drag over to in front of the machine I'm at from the other end of thr gym. It's never one at a time either, two to four, unrelated woman not there with each other.

I don't know what this is all about but sometimes you really do just want to do some Nautilus approved bicep curls and not look at hot girls. I have a new theory tho.

I was fully on board with the @LevButlerov theory of woman being able to detect high testosterone levels and be attracted to that, and there's evidence to support that all around me.

I ruled out my recent burst of regular showering as I haven't had a shower since before my van broke down I don't think, but I also can't remember what I did yesterday so may have been sooner. It's been cold and windy and raining lately but still I'm over 30,000 steps a day.

I think it might have something to do with leanness. My face is sunken in like a crackhead, I have to send regular pics to my mother so she doesn't get a shock next time she sees me. I don't like it atcually. But gotta look into this. This is the major thing that's changed with me.

Did give some thought to @toddthelineman suggestion to think about jogging a bit not just walking. I can really see how that would work, but weather or not I can is another story. I love the idea of running in general and especially trail running, that's a good life but I never got into it. I've got super flat feet and wear custom built media insoles (can't spell the word for them haha) and have broken each leg twice.

When I was 22 I had a multi week bender during this awful time when the government legalised this crap called BZP and overnight money laundering operations started on every corner, it was nuts but this was the worse drug imaginable. I think they did it on purpose so it'd fuck everyone up. Same government that gave you all K2, yay New Zealand.

Awaking from that bender was do horrific I went in search of something to make it better, and had a great idea to join the army.

And I tried to do just that, went to a fucking army base and everything. There were two questions on the first page, are you colourblind and are you flat footed? They gave me a voucher to catch the bus home 😂

I had heard you could dodge the draft in world war two by saying you were colourblind and like half a million Christians in NZ did that and they make them cut gorse in the countryside instead. I usually dislike Christians but that's pretty badass, my fucking granddads went to Egypt and some other shitholes. They were both atcually colourblind too.

Anyway, I couldn't believe this might still be a thing and they dodged my questions about colourblindness by instead showing me how flat feet fuck your knees over time. I learnt a lot about it and it put me off running big time. It was something to do with this why I stopped playing rugby too. Always did that as a kid but stopped at 12. The Evo logger I met Dave told me tour body corrects the problem and it makes your legs stronger which sounded convincing at the time but I never looked into it.

I think I could instead run up the hills surrounding the beach suburb I live in. I'm parked at the beach now, got this one to the left:

Tools I used today were the 5/8 tip while heating the oil vials (1) and 1.5" tip for glute injection (2) - I heated the oil and loaded 300mg of Equipoise:

Then 100mg of propionate. Forgot to see if it hurts mixed with eq and it's been a week. See if my step count goes down tomorrow 😂

Ah damn, at the photo limit. You'll have to imagine what a 1.5" long metal pole going into my glute looks like. I got it on video if you have $20.

I ran out of time to do training log but the last three days have been amazing. Mainly doing the there machine superset and pushing the weight up heavy as recommended by @Allupfromhere - I should have done this earlier, my coach had a skill for this but he was a pro, I can't do that but the @Allupfromhere way works great, I do a warmup set, medium heavy set then as heavy as I can. Trying to add drop sets.

But yesterday was heavy leg day and I did do curls and extensions but then I just put the 5kg plates on the squat bar so 23kg bar + 10kg and could only get through 3 sets of 15.

It really fucked me up and I ended up leaving without doing calf raises again, or the heavy leg press I had planned. I'll go to the big gym next heavy leg day and start using the hacksquat again. But then half an hour later I had energy again and went out for another 8000 step walk and collapsed in bed and fell asleep for 10 hours at 7:30pm.

The hacksquat was my favourite and I progressed well on it before the fancy new gym with no hacksquat opened. Peter Jackson is bowling thr big gym as soon as the lease runs out in February so was gonna have to change anyway. Gonna start travelling to other gyms and stay near them.

I have never felt the need to do this? Even when I left my gear in the truck overnight when it was cold out. I just brought it in and pinned it. Never seen crashed gear. But yeah, it wouldn’t do at all to be forgetting which vial was what hahaha

I don't do it because it's crashed. Atcually that's how I missed this technique prior, as my gear did crash in winter but over 5C it's okay. But Lev was atcually saying to warm it up to make it easier to pull and inject and give it a go man, it's much much better. You can pull the oil into the barrel in one pull like its water and I'm guessing it's equally nice on the muscle end too. Soothes my mind at least haha.
 
I absolutely noticed the Mrs libido rising as mine did with TRT. Not much science we know of behind it, but seems to hold true anecdotally. Perhaps its the new found confidence, the way we carry ourselves etc, but overall it just seems most likely that women can detect high T.

Haha true, I do agree! It's hard to deny when you can kinda feel that they're feeling something.. like even in the case that I'm abnormally attractive, I don't think they'd act like this. I've for sure had woman around me that are attracted to me and trying to get my attention, this is so different to that. Also it happened with couples a few times too, that was fucking odd man.

It's a bit tricky with the low testosterone example because you really do hide away then, and avoid sex and then when you fix that a while bunch of stuff will just come right so kinda hard to tell what it is..

Hahaha that's brutal bro, but you're right. I've met many old people I would not accept sandwiches from 😂

These ones are probably rich tho, they're in historical societies and give speeches on their spare time and when they die we hear for months about what's happening with their book collections, which they all leave in their wills to the ship.. so not much rust gets descaled while dealing with that.

The whole thing is insane, it costs a hundred grand a year just for the port fees, and I have no idea how that works but once a lady turned up who's husband was one of the ship engineers who'd just died and from what I could peice together the old guy had changed his will to leave all his shit (probably books and money) to the ship and cut his wife and kids out but didn't tell them and now they were finding out.

Thanks bro :) I'm gonna try tighten my training up a bit this week, I've really been neglecting pull down stuff and rows and row machines. I think it's because of the gym layout and how others use it, even when it's busy I can get these three machines in a row, biceps curl machine, chest press and shoulder press.

The squat rack gets occupied by woman who do some sort of hip thrusting stuff in it, which takes half an hour per woman. Like they use the safety catch things at the side to rest a barbell along, get under it with their hips or crotch or something lift the bar up.

The other gym has three power lifting cages but seems overkill for some bar squats but maybe not. I have kinda come to like the other thing (in the photo) it seems a lot easier to get in and out.
 
heavy leg day is looking strong. keep pumping the iron and keep moving that weight! @vanlife_gymbum it's nice to see you being consistent in doing so well.

3 cages is good. means a good chance you don't have to wait very often

Yeah true.. I think I should make an effort. They atcually have these full sized plates that are only 5kg. They're the same height as the 20kg ones I guess so it's the right height off the floor for deadlifting but that seems like a good idea since I'm using the 5kg plates for stability mainly.

Wouldn't be a bad thing talking to people there too, the woman who use the cages use them normally, possibly because there's arcual hip thrusting machines at that gym. There's also some proper powerlifter woman there too, I saw one squatting 200kg the other day, they'd be cool to talk to.

I like the method you are doing with the light, medium and heavy set. Pretty much DY style.

3x15 squats with the 5kg each side is good. High reps squats are killer so no surprise you were buggered after that!

Haha I think I need more focus if I wanted to capitalise on it, I made a mistake getting a full sized bed and couch for my van, they take up all the space so I can't really work on it or keep it clean enough to get Tinder chicks over, which isn't as clean as most would imagine, but cleaner than the current state of mine 😂

When I get a bit stronger and maybe after the powerlifting course I'll properly try thar DY course on the blood and guts method you showed me, and also would like to go through Mike Mentzers stuff properly too. I've read it all but not done any of it.

There is very famous program “Super squats” you can find it only, the main idea is to make one working set of squats for 20 reps, and slowly increase weight on every squat day.
It would be interesting to know what people on this forum think about this program.

Also Rich Piana mentioned in one of his videos, that when you on a gear there is no point to go for big weights, just try doing 20 reps squats if you want to have big legs. And if you try doing 20 reps natty, it will takes too long to get recovered.

Glad I've been helpful.
My personal squat journey started from this book and 20 reps squats. if you new to squats, start with small weights, as it gets intense very fast. Personally this program taught me a lot about proper squat technique and persistence, which was very helpful in my powerlifting journey. It would be nice to see other people results as I personally don't know any dudes who done it. But I've seen a few girls who manage to really reshape their butt by doing 20-rep squats with lighter weights.

Second pin was 0.29ml of Testosterone Enanthate at 250mg/ml concentration, the amount I calculated as the ED amount to reach 500mg a week then loaded up the new ED pin dose amount of 0.29ml from the AUStarLabs bottle that's 250mg/ml concentration:

I had my EOD retatrutide shot yesterday, so will pin that again tomorrow. Just increased my dose to 2.5mg a week two pins ago.
Just curious, why don't you work with a 29g insulin pin?
 
Just noticed, he disappears 6 weeks after first EQ pin, which is exact time when EQ starts working.
Any professional opinion, could it be due to incorrect Test/EQ ratio?
He is fine. I’ve talked to him just a couple weeks ago. He’s on his own path. No issues with his cycle or anything like that.
 
I've been away from from the forum for a little while. Came in to check up on @vanlife_gymbum and seen hes been quiet. Hope he's doing well and comes back sometime. Such a cool dude
