Hey legends
Been lurking around, following other people's logs trying to soak up as much info as I can from you guys for a little while now.
Was thinking if im going to be asking for advice im going to have to start up a log of my own, so here goes.

I'm 42. 5ft4 and weighing 74kg at the moment. Thinking about 25%bf.

Been training consistently for about 3 years now. Always been skinny fat i guess you'd say, so main goal now is to gain some size.

Been on doctor prescribed trt for 12months 150mg a week then have moved onto a Test E cycle. Im in week 4 atm.

Last bloods taken on trt dose. Did have estrogen at 300 pmol. Dr didn't seem concerned as the only sides I had was acne on the back which did eventually go away. Now since I've increased the test to 400 its flared back up (see pics) also feeling fatigued. Nipples are fine.

Training- Push Pull Legs rest Repeat

Diet- 2800 cal. P-205 C-325 F-75


Supplements- Test E 400mg per week
Creatine
Fish oil
Liver + Organ defender 5%
nutrition
(Aromasin possibly after blood
results)

Anything else I should add???

So E2 is really high. Will start aromasin. Would half a tab EOD be a good starting point?
306 estrogen? You need to be on aromasin asap 10mgs eod and get tamoxifen.

Yeah estrogen is high as. Only sides Is acne on the back and feeling fatigued. Nipples are good and libido is good also.
Waiting on some aromasin atm should arrive in a day or two.
How long after taking should I get bloods redone to check?

What test dose were you on at the time of testing brother?
I'm the same i was on 200mg trt and e2 was at 165pmol Bumped test up to 250mg e2 hits 304 pmol lol with absolutely no sides. Wouldnt have known without the blood results. Currently on 12.5 asin eod and will be getting bloods again in 2 weeks. Let me know how you go brother, awesome start to this log! Will be following along bro

Leg day. Ive been slack training legs but since changing my plan to a PPL split im making a good effort to train them twice a week. Even if not super heavy im still hitting them

I agree with the above. You're not 25%. But that's good. That you are your best critic.
 
Bro, let's see you kill this.

How many lot lizards you bang in per month and how much red meat, you get per day. That's what I want to know.
 
I would say your body fat is probably between 17-18% area.
I would say you have body fat spread out a little more than you think. It's not just around your stomach. So, it's not as high as you think.
 
I think you got a good base to work with.

Don't worry, we're going to get you in the best shape of your life.
