Been lurking around, following other people's logs trying to soak up as much info as I can from you guys for a little while now.
Was thinking if im going to be asking for advice im going to have to start up a log of my own, so here goes.

I'm 42. 5ft4 and weighing 74kg at the moment. Thinking about 25%bf.

Been training consistently for about 3 years now. Always been skinny fat i guess you'd say, so main goal now is to gain some size.

Been on doctor prescribed trt for 12months 150mg a week then have moved onto a Test E cycle. Im in week 4 atm.

Last bloods taken on trt dose. Did have estrogen at 300 pmol. Dr didn't seem concerned as the only sides I had was acne on the back which did eventually go away. Now since I've increased the test to 400 its flared back up (see pics) also feeling fatigued. Nipples are fine.

Training- Push Pull Legs rest Repeat

Diet- 2800 cal. P-205 C-325 F-75


Supplements- Test E 400mg per week
Creatine
Fish oil
Liver + Organ defender 5%
nutrition
(Aromasin possibly after blood
results)

Anything else I should add???

So E2 is really high. Will start aromasin. Would half a tab EOD be a good starting point?
306 estrogen? You need to be on aromasin asap 10mgs eod and get tamoxifen.

What test dose were you on at the time of testing brother?
I'm the same i was on 200mg trt and e2 was at 165pmol Bumped test up to 250mg e2 hits 304 pmol lol with absolutely no sides. Wouldnt have known without the blood results. Currently on 12.5 asin eod and will be getting bloods again in 2 weeks. Let me know how you go brother, awesome start to this log! Will be following along bro

Leg day. Ive been slack training legs but since changing my plan to a PPL split im making a good effort to train them twice a week. Even if not super heavy im still hitting them

How many lot lizards you bang in per month and how much red meat, you get per day. That's what I want to know.
 
I would say your body fat is probably between 17-18% area.
I would say you have body fat spread out a little more than you think. It's not just around your stomach. So, it's not as high as you think.
 
I think you got a good base to work with.

Don't worry, we're going to get you in the best shape of your life.

I would take aromasin for 2 weeks and get bloods checked. Also add some tamoxifen low dose 20mgs ed for 2 weeks. @Tricks666

Rest day

Just a bit of light cardio today. Soccer training with my son after work then took the old bear for a walk.
So ive been using 5% nutrition liver and organ protector. Anything else that's better on the market or any suggestions of other supplements to add in with it? I only really take fish oil with it.

doesnt have tudca in it bro i would def get n2guard with tudca for liver

Yeah im still here lurking and keeping up with everyone's logs. Just been quiet. I donated blood and noticed my BP was a little higher then I liked so im just adjusting my dose here and there and see where my sweet spot is. Also doing daily cardio now.

So an update on how things have been going.
I went and donated some blood which I do just cause I like to donate and this time round my blood pressure was around 145. On my 150mg of test (trt) I was usually sitting in the 120's - 130's.

So ive lowered my test back down to 250mg from 400mg and added in some daily cardio. Also been taking aromasin for the elevated e2.
Getting bloods done this weekend so im keen to see if its dropped down to a reasonable level.

Is there a different compound to use along side test that will keep blood pressure down or is elevated bp just a given with peds?

I think you're looking for medicine to fix an issue your diet can fix. How much sodium you taking in? how much cardio you doing? whats your macro mix? can you share please @Tricks666

Will seconds this for sure. Don't underestimate what diet and cardio can do for blood pressure @Tricks666 im on a gram of gear plus clen and an a.i and my average bp 120/60
 
I'm a tradesman so my day is pretty active but I've only just started doing 30min medium/fast pace walk on the treadmill everyday.
Also dropped my calories down to maintain with dropping the test. Was at 3-3200 now 26-2700

Yeah macros look good brother, question though where does most your sugar come from? If its added sugars could impact bp. If it mainly comes from free sugars I wouldn't worry.

Went back to trt dosing as my bp was a little high. Bp has gone back down to a level im happy with.
Next issue im having which I need some advice on.
My e2 was up high at around the 370 mark so I thought I'd lower it with aromasin 12.5 eod. Got tested and its lowered down to 70. That was 3 weeks ago now. Now similar timing I've been waking up daily with a very mild headache every day. Went to my gp and he did bloods and a mri.
Everything looks good and he thinks it's sinusitis. So I'm on antibiotics but it doesn't seem to stop the headaches so far, only half way through the course tho.
Was wondering if this could be a symptom of the low e2. Also how long would it take for my e2 levels to go back up to what they were?

Last test done nearly 4 weeks ago. Took last aromasin day before this test. Will do bloods again this week to see any change
e2 is much better now. :D

Good to have you back brother, you e2 isnt tanked but is definitely on the low side and can cause headaches as a side effect. With your test levels where they are having e2 closer to 120pmol would be more balanced.
Appreciate that man. Yeah I've been slack but gonna get back into it and keep it updated daily.
Hopefully I can get it sorted out soon whatever is causing it

@Tricks666 headaches can be a lot of issues.
hopefully you just maybe dealing with some heat exhaustion. but it could be something more serious where you should see a specialist

Today's back day. Been pulling everything back including training till I figure this headache problem out. I'm actually getting good workouts with lighter weight and really feeling the muscles work.

Sorry about the headaches, man. If it continues, I would definitely go see a doctor.

@Tricks666 putting the work in even when not 100% will get you far!
 
Shoulders. Did some burnout sets for rear delts afterwards just as a little extra.

Are u currently on cycle ? I know sometimes when i first jump back on cycle i get headaches at times, they go away over time, ive experienced that before.

No im actual just back to trt 150mg a week. Been to the doctor and did a MRI brain scan. He thinks it sinusitis and put me on antibiotics but don't seem to be working yet. Hopefully they will kick in soon
 
I would get mild headaches on dosage changes.. just put it back to hormone fluctuations 🤔
That could also be a possibility

Thanks bro. Results came back with nothing serious so that's a good thing. I train late at night so maybe it's the caffine or the lack of sleep. Taking a week off to let my body catch up and see if that could be the answer
