Hello all!

First time poster, but I hope to make it worth your while.

Mods if anything is wrong with my post I will edit/remove as necessary.

I have recently been prescribed (and been taking) test, along with some peptides, specifically, Sermorelin and BPC-157.

I am a 33yr old male, average build, but recently put on some weight due to poor dieting/lack of motivation to workout.

My history with compounds:

Took plenty of anabolics in uni. Started with a cycle of test, which turned into blasting/cruising on tren, test, mast, primo, and dbol. I was massive and shredded, this was around the time Zyzz had his rise to fame. I sat at a very lean 210, veins everywhere, could eat whatever and still grow. Unfortunately I could not sustain this (and wisely didn’t attempt to) due to financial reasons.

I eventually got back into training many years later and unfortunately received what I thought were SARMs, but was more than likely an anabolic as I developed really bad gyno when taking it. I eventually had to get it surgically removed as it developed into a lump.

Fast forward to where I am now, I finally have the ability to get regular blood work done, and hopefully start to repair some of the damage I’ve done to my body and plan for longevity through hormones and peptides now.

My intro back into this was through a male health clinic. I had blood done and the results showed some less than desirable stuff.

My doctor prescribed me the compounds I listed above. Due to how much the doctor costs are, along with the compounds they sell you, I know with my prior experience that I could be doing this much cheaper on my own.

This post is part thread on my journey forward, and part questions I may have and hopefully get some insight on.

Started October 20th, 2025
Duration: 12 weeks

Every Monday
Test Cyp 180mg

Daily
30mg Sermorelin
15mg BPC-157

Monday/Thursday
Anti estrogen (will update name and dose)

Stats

Weight at start: 245lbs
Weight now: 220lbs
Total weight loss so far: 25lbs

Questions/insights:

So far I feel amazing. I forgot how good it felt to have a little extra pep in your step. And the results I’m feeling from the peptides are also noticeable.

I’m eating more and eating cleaner. I had a terrible habit of eating food between 9pm-1am and it was ruining my sleep and putting on so much weight. I’ve stopped doing this and getting all my cals in between breakfast and dinner.

In just 4-5 weeks I’ve dropped 25 pounds and plan to push even further.

Once I finish with the prescribed cycle, I plan to purchase my next cycle via a reputable source here (please link recommendations for US).

On top of my next cycle I plan to keep doing BPC-157 and either sermorelin or tesamorelim. I’ve also been reading about SS-31 and the effectiveness of it on mitochondrial repair. I’m unable to find a reliable dosing recommendation for it though and am wondering if anyone else has insights to share with their experience using it.

I also plan to add some Anavar into my next cycle, unless masteron is similar and recommended. I remember my second cycle included masteron and the muscle fullness felt similar to my one experience with Anavar.

My goals are to continue losing weight, then focusing on longevity by optimizing my body. Of course I’d love to add some lean muscle on during this.

I play golf as a hobby and have started looking into compounds that could improve joint/flexibility as well. Open to any recommendations!

Adding some more info onto this post, after reading others it only feels right!

Currently out in the middle of the woods for Thanksgiving, so hopefully adding some pics when I’m home (and not bloated to hell).

Stats:

Male
33yr old
220lbs currently
6’1”

Workouts:

4 resistance training sessions/ week
- chest/shoulder/tri
- legs
- back/bi
- core/legs

3 days of golf practice
- 1hr sessions hitting 50-70 balls + speed training

Cardio
- adding cardio in the form of biking/treadmill 3x/week

Will break down what I’m doing per day once I’m back home and working out.

Supps:

Protein - 2x scoop/day ~50g of protein
Creatine 5g/ day
Multivitamins (Thorne)
Fish oil
Magnesium
Vitamin D - I’ve been taking this and getting bad headaches from it, anyone else experience this?

Will start adding collagen in soon.

Food:

I WFH so thankfully I can control a majority of the food I eat.

Breakfast:
2-3 eggs
4 pieces of turkey bacon
1/2 cup cottage cheese
20g protein prebiotic yogurt bev
Various fruit

Lunch:
Usually a sandwich, cold cuts with olive oil, mozzarella cheese, arugula, and some fruit on the side

Dinner:
Varies but usually a meat (chicken, steak, ground beef, etc.), a veg, and some carb like rice, pasta, or potato

Note:
I used to be really bad about night snacking. Had a terrible stint of eating 1-1.5k cals between 8pm-1/2am, put on a shit ton of weight. Have broken that cycle and am noticing a huge weight loss off the bat.

Water intake:
Around a half gallon per day, will be upping to a full gallon when I start adding cardio in.

History with lifting/use:
I have always been in the gym in some capacity, only ever having a few periods of my life where I didn’t consistently lift.

I was really into very training in my late teens/early 20s. Was able to dunk a basketball and got up to a solid vert height. Then transitioned into more bodybuilding training, completely going for aesthetics. After that I eventually got into CrossFit, which I wasn’t a huge fan of, just did it with my now wife. After stopping CrossFit, I went back to just regular resistance lifting, similar to what I was doing for bodybuilding.

I have been on and off gear throughout those periods as well.

My main use was when I started doing very/BB training. Started with test, ran a 3 month cycle, took a small break then jumped into a test/mast/primo cycle. I eventually got into a cycle of tren/mast/primo/dbol/test which I ran for 5-6 months.

It was an amazing cycle, but I definitely felt the side effects of a tren cycle. I’d maybe consider it at VERY small doses sometime in the future.

After that use I did a SARMs cycle that turned out to be dbol. Developed really bad gyno that I had to have surgically removed. Thankfully had a wonderful plastic surgeon who did awesome work and it’s not extremely noticeable. Hoping to develop better/bigger pecs and even them out now.

Then I did a small cycle of anavar while doing CrossFit. Nothing to mention about that!

Now I’m currently on my TRT/peptide cycle.

Moving forward:

I’m hoping to finish my prescribed TRT cycle and then take a month break, unless I feel like I’m ready to hop into a higher dose cycle.

I’m thinking about increasing my test dose to 225-250mg/week. Adding anavar in at 10mg/day pre workout. Then increasing my peptides possibly by double. Going to 30mg BPC-157/day and 60mg Sermorelin/day.

Looking to add in SS-31 depending on what I research about it.

Open to any and all suggestions!

Hey mate, nice start to the log, Zyzz was a huge inspiration for me too back in the day, led me to fuck around with Sarms early on and stupidly never did much research, probably why I ended up on TRT in my early thirties too haha.

You have the right idea - peptides are something new I am starting to learn and get into, there seems to be no end to what they can do, SS31 seems very benefical for repairing heart and cells.

Mots C and Klow is another couple I am keen on.

Would love to see some training detail and nutrition from you if possible - but regardless will be following along.

Also, I am from Aus, but any of the approved vendors you cannot go wrong.

Zyzz was such a motivation for me, even to this day I still put his videos on just for the energy.

I’ve been doing some deep diving into peptides. They seem very interesting and have a lot of benefits for recovery, from muscle to cell. I’m sure I will start to experiment as I continue my journey! Will keep this post updated. I’ve got some in the mail and will start changing doses once I run out of what I was prescribed.

I’ll need to check out Mots C and Klow!

Going to start posting my workouts, meals, and hopefully some progress pics once I’m back home.

This is the type of community I’ve been searching for. I used to be a part of an old forum called gh15 back in the day. Had a huge thread with all my tren cycle doses, lifts, etc. so I’m definitely keen on getting back into it!

Thanks for checking in and I’ll be updating this plenty with my first workout post coming Sunday or Monday depending on how bad holiday travel is.

I was a regular on the bodybuilding.com forums back in the day, this place is similar but even better - the mods and bosses here do a brilliant job vetting the vendors so its safe and everyone here is super supportive, glad to have you here mate.

Finally home from my vacation and took a few photos. I need to get some pics of my legs, but wanted to get some initial pics shared.

I’ve been working on losing some weight that I put on in the last 2 years and I’ve come really far with that so far. No where near where I used to look or want to look. Trying to get some vascularity back and lose some fat around my abdomen and obliques.

I feel like I have a solid base here though!

Also- pinned my test today for my TRT cycle. Another 180mg, will also do my daily BPC-157 15mg tonight.

Food so far today:

4 slices of turkey bacon
2 eggs
1/2 cup cottage cheese
20g protein bar
200mg caffeine

Dinner should be a heavy protein packed meal, ground beef, rice, and broccoli ideally. Followed by a 2 scoop protein shake with milk.

Also doing legs workout once I post this.

Will be doing:

Squats (barbell) - 3x12
Split squats (holding dumbbells) - 3x12
Goblet squats (holding dumbbells) - 3x12
Lunges - 3x10 each leg
Calf raises (holding dumbbells) - 3x20
Stretching

Currently working out in my home gym that I’m accumulating weights for.

Currently have a squat/bench rack, bench, barbell with 10, 25, 35, 45 plates. Dumbbells from 10, 15, 20, and 45.

Getting a lot more dumbbells for Christmas.

Feel free to leave insights or advice!

I’m currently planning what my next cycle will be once I’m done with TRT. Going to get blood work tomorrow to check on how my levels are looking!

Questions/insights:

So far I feel amazing. I forgot how good it felt to have a little extra pep in your step. And the results I’m feeling from the peptides are also noticeable.

I’m eating more and eating cleaner. I had a terrible habit of eating food between 9pm-1am and it was ruining my sleep and putting on so much weight. I’ve stopped doing this and getting all my cals in between breakfast and dinner.

In just 4-5 weeks I’ve dropped 25 pounds and plan to push even further.

Once I finish with the prescribed cycle, I plan to purchase my next cycle via a reputable source here (please link recommendations for US).

On top of my next cycle I plan to keep doing BPC-157 and either sermorelin or tesamorelim. I’ve also been reading about SS-31 and the effectiveness of it on mitochondrial repair. I’m unable to find a reliable dosing recommendation for it though and am wondering if anyone else has insights to share with their experience using it.

I also plan to add some Anavar into my next cycle, unless masteron is similar and recommended. I remember my second cycle included masteron and the muscle fullness felt similar to my one experience with Anavar.

My goals are to continue losing weight, then focusing on longevity by optimizing my body. Of course I’d love to add some lean muscle on during this.

I play golf as a hobby and have started looking into compounds that could improve joint/flexibility as well. Open to any recommendations!

Currently out in the middle of the woods for Thanksgiving, so hopefully adding some pics when I’m home (and not bloated to hell).

Stats:

Male
33yr old
220lbs currently
6’1”

Workouts:

4 resistance training sessions/ week
- chest/shoulder/tri
- legs
- back/bi
- core/legs

3 days of golf practice
- 1hr sessions hitting 50-70 balls + speed training

Cardio
- adding cardio in the form of biking/treadmill 3x/week

Will break down what I’m doing per day once I’m back home and working out.

Supps:

Protein - 2x scoop/day ~50g of protein
Creatine 5g/ day
Multivitamins (Thorne)
Fish oil
Magnesium
Vitamin D - I’ve been taking this and getting bad headaches from it, anyone else experience this?

Will start adding collagen in soon.

Food:

I WFH so thankfully I can control a majority of the food I eat.

Breakfast:
2-3 eggs
4 pieces of turkey bacon
1/2 cup cottage cheese
20g protein prebiotic yogurt bev
Various fruit

Lunch:
Usually a sandwich, cold cuts with olive oil, mozzarella cheese, arugula, and some fruit on the side

Dinner:
Varies but usually a meat (chicken, steak, ground beef, etc.), a veg, and some carb like rice, pasta, or potato

Note:
I used to be really bad about night snacking. Had a terrible stint of eating 1-1.5k cals between 8pm-1/2am, put on a shit ton of weight. Have broken that cycle and am noticing a huge weight loss off the bat.

Water intake:
Around a half gallon per day, will be upping to a full gallon when I start adding cardio in.

History with lifting/use:
I have always been in the gym in some capacity, only ever having a few periods of my life where I didn’t consistently lift.

I was really into very training in my late teens/early 20s. Was able to dunk a basketball and got up to a solid vert height. Then transitioned into more bodybuilding training, completely going for aesthetics. After that I eventually got into CrossFit, which I wasn’t a huge fan of, just did it with my now wife. After stopping CrossFit, I went back to just regular resistance lifting, similar to what I was doing for bodybuilding.

I have been on and off gear throughout those periods as well.

My main use was when I started doing very/BB training. Started with test, ran a 3 month cycle, took a small break then jumped into a test/mast/primo cycle. I eventually got into a cycle of tren/mast/primo/dbol/test which I ran for 5-6 months.

It was an amazing cycle, but I definitely felt the side effects of a tren cycle. I’d maybe consider it at VERY small doses sometime in the future.

After that use I did a SARMs cycle that turned out to be dbol. Developed really bad gyno that I had to have surgically removed. Thankfully had a wonderful plastic surgeon who did awesome work and it’s not extremely noticeable. Hoping to develop better/bigger pecs and even them out now.

I’m hoping to finish my prescribed TRT cycle and then take a month break, unless I feel like I’m ready to hop into a higher dose cycle.

I’m thinking about increasing my test dose to 225-250mg/week. Adding anavar in at 10mg/day pre workout. Then increasing my peptides possibly by double. Going to 30mg BPC-157/day and 60mg Sermorelin/day.

Looking to add in SS-31 depending on what I research about it.

Open to any and all suggestions!

Finally home from my vacation and took a few photos. I need to get some pics of my legs, but wanted to get some initial pics shared.

I’ve been working on losing some weight that I put on in the last 2 years and I’ve come really far with that so far. No where near where I used to look or want to look. Trying to get some vascularity back and lose some fat around my abdomen and obliques.

I feel like I have a solid base here though!

Also- pinned my test today for my TRT cycle. Another 180mg, will also do my daily BPC-157 15mg tonight.

Food so far today:

1/2 cup cottage cheese
20g protein bar
200mg caffeine

Dinner should be a heavy protein packed meal, ground beef, rice, and broccoli ideally. Followed by a 2 scoop protein shake with milk.

Also doing legs workout once I post this.

Will be doing:

Squats (barbell) - 3x12
Split squats (holding dumbbells) - 3x12
Goblet squats (holding dumbbells) - 3x12
Lunges - 3x10 each leg
Calf raises (holding dumbbells) - 3x20
Stretching

Currently working out in my home gym that I’m accumulating weights for.

Currently have a squat/bench rack, bench, barbell with 10, 25, 35, 45 plates. Dumbbells from 10, 15, 20, and 45.

Getting a lot more dumbbells for Christmas.

I always had massive traps and shoulders! When I ran tren 10+ years ago my shoulders BLEW UP. Felt like I had softballs as shoulders

I have a few videos but I’ll have to find a way to blur my face! I’ll share some pics of the launch monitor from my practice this week.

I’ve worked my handicap down to an 8.3 this year! Shot a career best 77. It’s a tough
and frustrating hobby, but it’s a game of changing small angles and I’m thoroughly addicted.

I’m interested to see how quick I can get my swing speed up to, and possibly learn some more about what could help those explosive types of moves get quicker.

I think I had a lot of water weight and easy to lose weight due to how bad I was eating.

When I stopped slamming 1-1.5k cals as a midnight snack I dropped it quick.

I have a couple bottles of tesamorelin that I am hoping to run until I get more sermorelin (probably 1-2 weeks).

Do you have any recommended micro doses? I currently do BPC-157 I think 150mcg per night (originally posted 15mg which isn’t the case). So I would pin it with that!

Any thoughts?

I think I have like 20mg (2 10mg vials), so if I add 1mL bac water to it, I would do .05 on a 1mL syringe right for a 500mcg dose? Is my maths right there?

Also, I ordered this before I found the EVO fam! Going to use umbrella and order some tonight if it's highly regarded and recommended.

@LevButlerov I decided not to pin this tesamorelin. I scoured the web and couldn't find anything about people using the source I got it from. There were a couple influencers talking about em, but nothing I felt confident with. And their CoA isn't even available for the tesamorelin I got.

Idk how common it is for peptides to be harmful or bunk, but I figure it's best not to roll the dice.

Just put in an order from Umbrella labs! Have you tried any of their peptides? I got plenty of bac water and BPC-157, TB-500, Sermorelin, and SS-31 (I'm super interested in SS-31 for cell repair purposes).

Going to just stick with my weekly test and daily BPC-157 pins for. Will add anavar in assuming it arrives tomorrow, I got that from @domestic-supply.com

Small edit to my first post.

I'm not on 30mg Semorelin and 15mg BPC-157. These were gross miscalculations :LOL:

I ran out of my semorelin, and will be getting back on it in 1-2 weeks.

In the meantime I will continue my BPC-157 at 300mcg/day. Test cyp 180mg/week. 1mg anastrozole 2x/week.

I’m thinking about increasing my test dose to 225-250mg/week. Adding anavar in at 10mg/day pre workout. Then increasing my peptides possibly by double. Going to 30mg BPC-157/day and 60mg Sermorelin/day.

Looking to add in SS-31 depending on what I research about it.

Open to any and all suggestions!
Being able to dunk a basketball is no joke. @repairman That does show some athleticism. There is a lot of guys over 6 ft tall who can't even do it.

I’ve worked my handicap down to an 8.3 this year! Shot a career best 77. It’s a tough
and frustrating hobby, but it’s a game of changing small angles and I’m thoroughly addicted.

I’m interested to see how quick I can get my swing speed up to, and possibly learn some more about what could help those explosive types of moves get quicker.
My main issue with golf is the cost and time it requires. i just don't have either right now.

fishing is much cheaper and you can eat the fish so it pays for itself.

Zyzz was such a motivation for me, even to this day I still put his videos on just for the energy.

I’ve been doing some deep diving into peptides. They seem very interesting and have a lot of benefits for recovery, from muscle to cell. I’m sure I will start to experiment as I continue my journey! Will keep this post updated. I’ve got some in the mail and will start changing doses once I run out of what I was prescribed.

One obvious thought is the damage you may have done being 'Took plenty of anabolics in uni'
I followed very strict protocols and did PCT properly after every cycle. Thankfully I have minimal side effects, even while running test, tren, primo, mast, and dbol simultaneously. It wasn't until I got what I thought was MK-667, but I suspect it was actually dbol, considering how much I blew up and the gyno that appeared from it. Taking my health much more serious now that I'm in my 30s!

I LOVED vert training. Was in the gym every day focusing on how to increase my vert until I could dunk. I felt like I was floating when I jumped! I've always been an athlete, played soccer, lacrosse, and ran track. Something about competing really drives me!

This is one of the biggest takeaways from following Zyzz. Don't fuck around with stimulants and don't overdo anabolic use if you aren't competing. His motivation was what helped me get into lifting, his mistakes are what I learned from! RIP the legend though.

Today's breakfast/lunch:

4 turkey bacon slices
3 eggs
1 piece of bread (sourdough)
2 clementines
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 Pillars drinkable Greek yogurt
1 protein bar (ONE brand)
  • Calories: ~988 kcal
  • Protein: ~88 g
  • Carbs: ~69 g
  • Fat: ~45 g
I've always struggled to hit my protein goals. Shooting for around .7-.8g/lb of muscle atm. Dinner + protein shake should be another 80-90g of protein. I'm open to suggestions on what I can add to up my protein easily!

Doing a push day for my workout today. Will post lifts, weights, and reps once I get it done!

yeah it takes ALOT of practice hits. i used to go to the range a lot. seems like you need to take 10 steps forward to improve. its not an easy thing

Roger that! So no need to keep my doses spread in a manner that causes it to always be in my system? I was thinking maybe 10mg when I wake up, then 10mg pre workout, just to keep the levels consistent. But I'm also fine with just doing 10mg pre workout every day.

Nightly recap!

I posted my breakfast/brunch above, tried to get the macros as accurate as possible. Going to post my dinner, workout, and night time supps!

Workout:
- Flat bench press 5x12 45lb dumbbell (only have dumbbells up to 45lbs at the home gym, more coming towards end of December)
- Flat bench chest flies 3x12 15lbs
- Flat bench plate press 3x10 (changed grip bench press with a 45lb plate essentially)
- Shoulder press 3x112 20lbs
- Side/front shoulder raises 3x12 15lbs
- Tricep extensions 3x10 20lbs
- Skull crushers 3x10 35lb plate

I also do captains of crush in between sets. I love grip strength workouts and regularly doing a rice bucket hand rotation (literally a 5gal bucket full of rice and rotate your hand around in it. Best forearm gains I've ever had) along with squeezing captains of crush.

And I preloaded my workout with 40min of treadmill. 3.5mph at a 4% incline. Going to continue to do this every day and up the incline amount until I'm at 9-10%.

Dinner:
- 10oz ribeye steak
- 16oz carrots
- 2 russet potatoes (needed to eat them since we bought too many for Thanksgiving)
- Protein shake (42g protein)

Nightly Supps:
- Night time multivitamin (using Thorne supps)
- 1 Super EPA (Thorne EPA/DHA/Omega-3 mix)
- Protein powder
- 5g creatine

Peptides/AAS:
- 10mg Anavar pre workout (from @domestic-supply.com)
- 300mcg BPC-157 before bed

I should probably start adding some additional supps in. Things for heart, liver, and digestion would help I imagine. I also am falling like 40-50g of protein short of my ideal daily protein intake. Any suggestions on getting some easy protein in either early in the day or post dinner?

Overall have been feeling GREAT today. I go to get some blood work done tomorrow as a part of my TRT. Will be interested to get the results back and see how 5-6 weeks being on test/peptides has changed my number. I also have changed my eating habits DRASTICALLY since I've been on. So I am hoping to see LDL HDL, sugar levels, and other biomarkers much lower than where they were initially.

In theory you need to spread doses but before you max dose try 10mgs pre workout see how you feel on it @repairman with orals easier to feel it

I love cooking! Used to be a chef for 2-3 years, but it's super hard on the body. Standing 10 hours, stressed for 10 of those hours. Picked up some nasty addictions while I worked there but thankfully dropped them quickly.

as long as you are logging and motivating yourself that is good. people get better results logging 100%
Logging has been super helpful in staying motivated and on track. I legit wake up wanting to cook solid meals and CRUSH my workout for the day. Thanks for the motivation!

I really think this was a big part of it. I've only been "fat" this past year or so. Once I started again it was like the fat melted off my body!

Daily check-in!

Today I felt a little bit tired, didn't sleep the best last night with some cramps in my calves. I think I might need to do some daily electrolytes and make sure I'm getting plenty of water.

With that being said, I took today off from lifting. However, I did some cardio and went to hit some golf balls. Will recap it below!

Breakfast/Lunch:
- 3 eggs
- 1 piece of bread
- 2 clementines
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 4 slices of turkey bacon
- 1 banana
- 1 Greek yogurt prebiotic bev
- 1 protein bar

Morning Supps:
- Multivitamin
- 1 fish oil pill

Workout:
- 30m walking on treadmill (6% incline, 3.5mph)
- 45 minutes hitting golf balls, not sure how to quantify this work, but I swing the fuck out of the club. Usually get a sweat going! Will try to upload some pics of the simulator I hit on.

Afternoon Supps/gear:
- 10mg pre workout, sublingual

Dinner:
- Half a frozen pizza (wife had a long day and convinced me into a pizza we had in the freezer)
- I put a lot of prosciutto on it to ensure it had protein on it
- Arugula lemon olive oil salad w/ almonds
- Protein shake

I'm not sure the macros for everything, currently not tracking them as eating with a partner makes it hard to stay within certain limits. In general I'm trying to get .8-1g protein/lb of muscle, while making sure I'm eating less carbs than that and like 1/4 the fats of that number. Possibly in the next month or two I will start tracking my macros.

I'm not going crazy with the diet yet. The biggest thing for me has been cutting out all snacks that I was pounding earlier this year after 9pm.

I'm being way more aware about the food I'm eating too which helps. Sometimes it's hard to get the wife to want to eat protein, veg, simple carb. I'm definitely getting both her and I on a better diet though. I will convince her next time she wants a frozen pizza that I will grill or pan cook a steak!

Tomorrow I will cook some chicken and have a salad plus some rice for dinner. Usual breakfast I suspect as well!

And I have the gear delivered already! I was ordering stuff last week to just make sure I have it if I want it.

I used to take it consistently but recognized one day that when I took it I would get these terrible headaches. I stopped taking it and they went away. So if there is any alternative to that, I would be happy to look into it!

the Metamucil has all sorts of sugar and nasty additives, psyllium is raw, which one you have?

good meals today but dont eat banana before bed too high sugar
It was some fresh corn leftover from Thanksgiving. I don't like to waste things!

I'm leaning towards taking it, haven't opened the packages yet. Will take a look at it tonight and make a decision.

I didn't even think about that regarding Metamucil. I will get the raw psyllium husk on Amazon and see if it gives me headaches or not!

I usually do a banana pre workout or with breakfast. I take my BPC before bed, so I usually don't eat 2-3 hours prior to that.

Also, have you seen anyone else order pharmaqo MK-677? I got it through the domestic-supply link in your sig. I just want to make sure it's good to go! I'm scouring this forum and others for other people who have taken it and I see mostly old posts about it.

Edit: also have you ever heard of people having prolactin issues with it? I can't be certain what I took 8-9 years ago was MK-677 (the guy I bought it from said it was), but I remember that's when my gyno developed. I felt like I was taking DBOL.

prolactin issues would be from the growth hormone boost not the mk677, lets see we will know within a week

Had a busy day but got a lot of shit done from work, to working out, and making a delicious dinner (forgot to take pics again).

Breakfast/Lunch:
- 3 eggs
- 1 piece of bread
- 2 clementines
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 4 slices of turkey bacon
- 1 Greek yogurt prebiotic bev

Morning Supps:
- Multivitamin
- 1 fish oil pill

Workout:
- 40m walking on treadmill (8% incline, 3.5mph)
- 60 minutes hitting golf balls
- Didn't work out because I wanted to go fresh into my golf practice today. It was a lesson so I didn't want to be fatigued.

Will be hitting two workouts over the weekend and will be posting them!

Afternoon Supps/gear:
- 20mg Anavar pre workout, sublingual
- Nighttime multivitamin
- 1 Fish oil

Dinner:
- .75lb chicken
- 10oz green beans
- 1/2 cup rice

Woke up feeling slimmer today. Hoping to continue to shed some fat and add on muscle.

I see about 1400 calories like @G-Merc 80 as well, 150 protein 90 carbs 40 fat or so, you need to up your intake @repairman
Hey Brother,

From a quick guesstimate your calorie intake was 1300ish for the day, Is this only on Cardio days, What do your macros look like?
