Woke up feeling good! Way to early though. I have a training session at 0700 with my trainer.
Chest, Tri’s and calves today.
I am pretty positive it will be an outstanding burn… will be in deload to the end of the week.
I will log the workout and meals

I like how all of a sudden, nasty smelly water weight is leaving by the gallons!
I went to bed feeling full but woke up feeling empty and lean.
Jesus, what is going to happen when I am on cycle and my protein synthesis is running wild and I am pouring protein calories into my body? Holy crap, I can literally feel the change happening .
I get my psyllium husk today.
I am excited about all of this. Right now my energy levels are down, but I can feel that is starting to change…like a nervous energy sitting under the surface

1/4 cup oatmeal and scoop of protein. I kinda feel like I am cheating on the carnivore a little.
@MarkNV I think the key with the carnivore diet is it helps avoid the bad foods because there's nothing in a box that's going to be considered carnivore at least if you do it correctly.

I like your workouts. They're very compact and very consistent. The carrying 25 lbs above your head and going around the gym is good. Similar to farmer's walks. @MarkNV

I told my trainer that I wanted to deload for two weeks , and she put together some good workouts

I haven't had a de-load week since I started with my trainer last January. Been almost a year. Been through a cut and a bulk cycle with him. He is very good at what he does but doesn't necessarily think that de-loads are very effective. Or at least that's the way I see it.

Heck yes deload before surgery. Prep your body for what it is going to experience. Don’t tell your coach 😂😂. At my age, and as hard as i try to push, it feels really good to lower that weight and push nice reps with 2 or 3 in reserve for a week and a half, every 2 months or so. I can feel the recovery every day and my joints have recovered and in another half a week……ITS ON AGAIN!! Lets fucking go!! 😂😂

Gooood morning!!! I just felt so good this morning. I had to go a bit bigger on a couple of movements and just do a little more this morning. The deload has totally done its job. I Feel healed and mostly recovered. I may have waited a bit too long to do the deload. I just feel so good that sometimes I forget that I am 60.

Hunter spends a lot of time on the water.
He and his buddies recently went to Oklahoma and went Noodling for monster catfish and then down to Texas for Alligator Gar

We like fresh water. Trout.
Mountain streams, clean desert lakes, TAHOE!! We do a lot of fly fishing. Those big ass trout, Hunter caught on a fly rod.

Haha you are exorcising the demon bro. Just wait til you add psyllium in with carnivore. Keep the ACV and probiotics going too.
Soon enough you won't be needing to run to the bathroom and spray the bowl just give it time.

It's my favourite diet of them all by far.

I am managing 200+ G protein a day with 2 meals. I am way full after breakfast

With 15g I use at least 500ml. Swirl fast so it gets nice and mixed up and then slam the whole thing while the mixture is still swirling. I also add my ACV into this too sometimes, it makes for a nice nasty little chug-fest that is a challenge each time and I love it!

No point in warning someone because it can't be described. It's truly a new form and experience of taking a dump and it's spectacular! :poop:

I will add more water in the morning. I stirred pretty fast. I need to do that until it gels a bit more?
dont let it gel try to drink fast so doesn't get stuck

Taurine helps with muscle contraction so it keeps your pumps smoother and stops cramps when you push heavy.
I found it can steady your energy during training and makes high rep work feel cleaner less pumps. Its the goto for anavar back pumps btw @MarkNV

I wish I had known that. Anavar Shoulder and back pumps can be excruciating

I have a leg session with my trainer this morning for a leg day. I was up all night peeing non stop, i feel pretty good this morning but a bit flat and really hungery.
I will be in fasted state for the leg session.
And my next meal wont be until at least 0900, the last bite of food that I had was 1530 hours yesterday.
I started with the psyllium husk mixed with ACV yesterday
And today I will start adding some Taurine into the diet as well. I am hoping these changes will bring more changes and it will be great.

I learned yesterday that my best friend out here, his older brother offed himself. No warning, no clue, just dead. At first I was so so sad and hurt for my friend, I have known him for 26 years, was there when he met his wife, they baby sat my youngest when they first started dating and then held his children in the hospital when they were born, and I can’t help him with this. He is a good strong man and will be okay.
And then I got very mad, his brother shot himself at home on his daughter’s Birthday, his wife and oldest son found him and the mess the gunshot caused. He was a good man, but now, I view him a selfish prick. When one of my younger brothers did this, he came with my fathers second marriage when we were just 7 years old, he at least had the decency to drive 500 miles away so that nobody in the family would see it, he even laid out his identification.
I am good, but just grieving for my friend. Kyle is a good man and I will be right there for him and his wife if they need anything!!
Life changes fast.
