Here is the list of all the medicine @LevButlerov
does your doctor pre surgery know about all these antibiotics? @rayray01

I'm concerned about cutting more before surgery not to destabilize you, we might have to keep this until after you're out and recovered.

and you're still taking doxycycline?

Yea the doc knows about all my medication and has my entire medical history in the mychart tool that the hospitals use. No more doxycycline since you asked me to stop man. But I got couple of bug zits happening man and this is not because gear i promise I just have oily skin amd it is normal for me to get zits on my face. @LevButlerov . Today started week 10, with trt test of 120mg and no eq, as advised.

lets do this, change no other meds and stay on TRT dose 125mgs/week @rayray01 and dont add accutane if you get it
add no meds, remove no meds for now until surgery is over, 17 dec right?

Yes sir, trying to eat just fruits and protein shake to push this BF stagnation a bit ..
dont change foods too much pre surgery @rayray01 your want your body in stable mode as you go in

Today's diet, no excersize as slowingncuttingndown days before upcoming surgery.
Good, you're moving properly stay higher fats though.

@LevButlerov , @HarleyGuy

Don’t you think it might make sense to just wrap up this first cycle now, since Week 12 lines up with my surgery? After surgery, recovery, and physical therapy, we can just stay on TRT. Once I’m able to lift properly again in about 3–4 months, we can start a new cycle the right way, and it’ll also give me a clean break from all the compounds I’ve run this time.

I saw Primo was back in stock at Naps, so I picked up a few vials. Maybe next cycle, instead of EQ, we can go with Test/Primo/Masteron, but I’m happy to follow whatever protocol you recommend. Post-surgery, if you think it makes sense, I was considering a low dose of Deca at 50 mg for joint support along with TRT and BPC157 and TB500.

Over the next 3–4 months I still plan to train, mainly focusing on lower body—building up my thighs and calves and keeping up with incline walking. Over the last 11 weeks I’ve gone from 151 lbs to 143 lbs, dropped body fat from 17.9% to 16.1%, visceral fat from 6% to 5%, and my metabolic age from 43 to 40. Progress has been steady, and I’m really happy with the results—especially what I see in the mirror.

Overall, it’s been a really solid first recomp cycle. Thanks to you patience and all your guidance and for all the support from the EVO family.

You're already on TRT basically, we just need to drop proviron now and get you into the surgery.
Post surgery test deca bpc tb is the plan I'm just waiting to see you go in and get it done @rayray01
I think we need to get you into recomp mode and cut your carbs to try to get your bodyfat down.

Just now walked out of my nephrologist office, he said dont sweat the egfr being low, that is artificially low, because of high creatine, my 24 urine analysis report shows creatine as normal. He said drink more water and i shared with him our regimen of tests and compunds i ran while on cycle. He said control your BP... so that is something I have to work on.

a big relief that kidneys look good to him overall. He said Adderall also inflates creatine which will also.artficially impact gfr numbers.

I told him when I start my next cycle I would like to schedule an appointment with his office on a monthly basis so they can also keep a close eye on the kidney function. He is on board with the idea of monitoring it closely while on cycle, and he was happy that donate blood and take all the listed supplements and everything else. Feeling better about these results now.

how much water you drinking ed? @rayray01

Honestly speaking not enough, I struggle with it and haven't tracked it in a while but will start back on it
lets start tracking water intake please

Bigger issue for me is to keep my BP down which has been hovering around 140/80, need to.figure out how to keep stress level down or atleast let it not bother me to impact my BP.
BP meds might be the way @rayray01

I already take BP medication, I may need to up the dosage. I will speak with my pup about it.
I mean bp meds that arent on the list of stuff you take.

I take Losartin for BP and its listed on the list of medications, I just need to revisit it with my doc again.
I suggest you start with increasing water intake lets try 1 gallon per day but get elecrolytes too

Yea because I am not how much i are usually like a handful, not sure unless I weight them wish I can just have to get a food scale and then I can be accurate about it.
handful of walnuts can be 1/4 cup easy thats a lot of fat

thanks @rayray01
just so you understand macros, "handful" of walnuts can easily be 15-18 grams of fat
Got you. Here is a pic of the amount of walnuts eat. Pretty much my.morning post workout snack there is apples, pear, grapes banana, oranges, date, walnuts and fox nuts (aka lotus seeds) along with protien shake.

Motmsure how to even log this coz there is little bit of few items each in it.

add more walnuts so it's 1/4 cup and do that 2x/day that will get you enough omega 3 @rayray01

Yes sir it is on Wednesday yesterday was theblast day of lifting before surgery will just do walking on the treadmill from today till tuesday.
dont train anymore and avoid cardio more than 10min just go very light overall on stress as well @rayray01

Ok that will be hard for me I am so mentally conditioned to go to b the gym and just go through the motions. I guess can still go there and just do sauna or hot pool or water walking.
its only for a few days, relax and do your best, go to sauna and calm before surgery @rayray01

The challenge will. Also be after surgery, they said I will be in a sling for a month at minimum, no lifting weights, I have an at home care person coming in to help change the bandages, and help me change clothes and I cannot drive, so this is gonna be tough for me to sit idle but it has to be done.
You will be able to walk and do good nutrition and slowly get into it. @rayray01

Hey, reading through the LOG I notice your battle trying to fight acne/oily skin. Something I have battled with in the past(facial acne). And I notice you're having the Gold Standard Whey 100% in your shakes.

Although I very rarely have shakes nowadays, I found once I moved from that exact powder (isolate/whey concentrate mix) to an only Isolate one, my skin had a positive effect. It may or may not make a big difference for someone else but I thought I would share my experience with that.

Yes, I noticed a big difference not only with skin but digestion overall. If I go to a shake its 100% isolate from now on. Specifically - DIESEL New Zealand whey protein Isolate, Is the one I have liked. But their are many options.
whey protein isolate for better skin, must be a gut digestive issue, nice to see this brought up, thank you @moreReps21

are you taking daily probiotics digestive enzymes psyllium husk?

Yes i included those as well. Will be keeping them in too, have felt the benefits of them nearly instantly with the gut. Went from being fairly gassy between meals to completely fine. Great addition..

Whey Isolate is technically lactose free Lev, I believe that would be why

Thank you, I will definitely give it a try after this current bag is finished. Need to do some research to find out a brand that is available in the US in 10lbs or 15 lbs bag that is whey isolate only. @moreReps21

I found this option I believe it is the one u recommended. @moreReps21

https://www.muscleandstrength.com/store/perfect-sports-diesel-whey-protein-isolate.html

They have a pineapple and mango flavor, they both are my favorite fruits... I am intrigued but nervous coz I have always stuck with chocolate flavor in protein powders... lol I think I will try a smaller packing before order the 5lbs.
Ya both seem fine. That is the exact brand I have, they do have a milk chocolate version. I always go vanilla personally. I would bet the pineapple/mango would be good tho. Diesel makes great quality.

This cycle is basically over at this point of time. Do I need to do anything to ensure properly closed out. As an closing summary or any such thing??
I would wait until post surgery to say its closed :D @rayray01

This is super interesting I will keep this in mind as well. I speak with one dude who has this issue and I don't know what his protein powder is. He's had the issue his whole life though it might be something else on top of the protein powder as well but this is good info.
Thanks @Dreamer @moreReps21 @rayray01 @LevButlerov

If you're certain this is the only variable that's changed I'd speculate this has to do with your digestion of whatever other protein you were using before whey. Digestion and gut health can play a massive role in overall skin health.

There are a myriad of other things though of course.

Defined Goals of this Re-Comp/Cut Cycle

My goal for this Recomp/Cut cycle is to drop body fat (especially around the midsection) while adding or at least maintaining lean muscle and strength. I’m not trying to do an all-out bulk – the focus is on coming out of this cycle leaner, tighter, and more defined, with:

  • Lower overall body fat and a noticeably smaller waist (From 17.5% at start to 15%)
  • Visible muscle retention and slight lean mass gain (shoulders, arms, chest, back, and legs)
  • Improved strength or performance on my main lifts, even while cutting
  • Better conditioning and endurance from consistent training and cardio
  • Stable health markers, using regular blood work to monitor things and adjust if needed

Diet is set up in a small calorie deficit with high protein, training is light weight resistance 5x per week plus cardio/steps, and the aim is a steady, sustainable recomposition over the length of the cycle rather than chasing extreme scale weight changes.
Bro just having a look at this here - I STRONGLY urge you to reconsider the latter stages of your cut cycle. EQ can put a lot of stress on the kidneys and you don't need nearly as much of an anabolic load to maintain muscle in a deficit as you may to gain muscle in a surplus.

You could be far more conservative here, achieve the same results, and also lean a lot further into your health at the same time.

I've had a look through your nutrition as well and there's a lot of room for improvement here around kidney and heart health. Blood pressure being the main one.

You might like to add in some more electrolytes and nitrates.

Would urge you to drink some more water as well man - your panel indicated that you might be dehydrated. How many L's you getting in each day?

If you're certain this is the only variable that's changed I'd speculate this has to do with your digestion of whatever other protein you were using before whey. Digestion and gut health can play a massive role in overall skin health.

There are a myriad of other things though of course.

- I have not tried the chamber in protein yet so I am still struggling with the issue. Once I do try it will update the log accordingly. @R.AP

- We haves stopped all gear all together and just sticking you prescribed TRT.

Please share few examples so I can understand what changes need to be implemented.

Are you taking about Gatorade and the likes of it??

Yea my labs were taken right after 30 min sauna session . I have also made a conscious effort to drink more water as well.

@rayray01 It won't let me respond to your most recent response but this is all really good news. I wouldn't say you'd have to stop entirely, but you would definitely need to be conservative and make some serious considerations.

Re. diet: Blood pressure is low hanging fruit for looking after your kidneys. Electrolytes (mainly potassium) will help to ensure you're hydrated, and nitrates will help with vasodilation.

Foods containing potassium:

- Potato
- Banana
- Asparagus
- Dates
- Coconut water
- Dark cholate
- Most nuts (careful with calories here)
- Spinach

Nitrates:
- Beetroot (AMAZING)
- Spinach

So I take 4 pills off 20mg potassium each day. Plus eat dates, and walnuts, and beetroot, banana and asparagus..

I try to stay away from potatoes just to avoid unnecessary carbs because they are my weakness, I can totally v eat too many in one sitting. Also avoid chocolate of any kind because of diabetes as well as have a set tooth.

My only challenge is staying on top driving water consistently, it's struggle to drink a gallon of it. But I am trying for sure.

Thanks for x taking the x tone and sharing valuable advice. @R.AP

I will do mu best to adhere to them.
