Approved Log My Summer muscle build cycle log

The guys @Norvex were great had a great discussion about post natal when i placed my order to see if anything could help. Customer service waswell and truly above and beyond. More than just a customer. Actually cared about what we were going through which helped alot getting stuff off my chest and actually feeling cared about. Now public holidays are over hoping delivery can happen and just concentrate on my health for a bit. Took 2 days off training due to wife cracking it that i was going to gym (still took kids and dog for a walk) and body actually feels ok. Wrist still feels a bit graunchy but hopefully frees up. Bp and fasting gc back to good post wrist injection so everything else apart from home life is looking up. Just need to bring cortisol down as i reckon its through the roof at moment.
 
Trying to get her help but not working at moment. Kids are getting easier so hopefully she can start seeing the light before she wrecks my brain

She goes every morning. Just hormones mate, she will get through it. We had 2 crazy births of our kids so obviously taken it toll. You guys on here been great to assist my brain and physical health too. Will definately be looking at meditation when i can even if once they all in bed

Busy day today so got 16000 steps in but no treadmill. Strength almost back up and feeling pretty good. Had a touchdown from @Norvex of slu and mots-c.
Ordered some pens from @Prymal and will be doing a review on them as ive had shit luck finding pens that work. Will do touchdowns when arrives.

Also fasting glucose is almost back in normal range after the wrist cortisone injection too. Apparently can take a couple weeks so at day 6 looks good so far

can you do naps? and you end up trying the meditation yet?
I do sometimes get power nap in afternoon. I tried tonight. Just had music on and zoned out. Unsure if thats classified as meditating though. But do feel a bit free toniggt. Could have been the getting shit off chest at the psyc today that helped to. Gave me an app to try but will try tomorro called insight timer
 
So plan at this stage is to get bloods drawn thursday. Wrist /hand still feels very dry and after speaking to reumatologist could just be damage from recent flares. May or may not improve. Ordered kloh to see if provides assistance. Started slu yesterday and mots-c today.if i see no improvement over next week or so and bloods are fine but wrist limits training i am planning to add npp 50mg twice a week to give lubrication of joints. Plan would be to run for 8 weeks to reep full benifets of kloh and stop the npp. After researching at that dose id keep monitoringstuff i already am like libido, bp,hr,lipids. Wouldnt be to build but more to enable. Thoughts from those with more experience with npp? I am going to start reading logs once kids in bed.

Do you know what threshold synovial fluid support is lost? Just curious. I know effective half life is few days but assuming thats regarding use as a steroid. Not an aid

I probably worded it wrong. I noticed from studies that i found that half life is short hense why i was thinking of the twice. I couldnt find anywhere showing levels of npp required to get the lubricated joints. Or at what stage it drops off. I know it should be in the 2nd half life by time i pin the following week. Would i lose the benifets of lubricated joints or should be still sufficient level pinning 1 x 50mg. I know each person is different just more of generic question. when we talk about 50mgs/week, its usually in minimum 25/25mgs splits, its not 1 dose i see what you mean @fingers86
 
So did a sleep guided meditation thing last night. Dont know how far into it i got but fell asleep and according to fitbit had a straight 2.5hr deep sleep. Still a broken nights sleep but definately feel good. Felt wierd skmeone telling me how to breath but gotta do wgat u gotta do. Bloods drawn this morning awaiting results.ill post yesterdays workout later was just abs and treadmill

I have ra so does slow the conversion to igf unfortunately. Also had few days here and there of bad sleep doesnt help. Still loving the product. If i could afford and body kept tollerating id do 3iu evening and morning. Well priced but still adds up. Hopefully tax man is good to me or mrs hurried up and went back to work.

your bloods not bad you do need cycle support like n2guard for liver kidneys or start your own supplements you need 3-4 good liver organ aids like tudca milk thistle nac etc

Was taking 2 iu but upped to 3 when gc came down to 5.4 as was seeing how body reacted to confirm increase was due to wrist injection or not. And stayed on it. I want to get igf to 55-65. Planning to get anoth gh igf only test in few weeks and complete blood work again end of feb. When i have surgery plan is to be 15%bf so can start a muscle growth log. Im fine my kid had allergic reaction but good now. I cant find where to find n2 guard, i googled it but mostly american sites i found.

Incline bench 30kg 10,10,10,10 probs go 5kg heavier next time
Decline bench 30kg 10,10,10,10 probs add 5-10kg next time
Shoulder press 30kg 10,10,10,failed 9
Tricep extension 46kg 10,10,10, failed at 9
Rotator cuff 7kg both sides 10,10,10,10
Shoulder shrugs 44kg used figure 8 straps thanks @Mobster for the tip. 10,10,10,10
Lat raises 32kg 10,10,9,8
Dips ill do on another abs/cardio day

Some failures but believe its due to order i did it in. Should of done smaller muscles first. Slowly transitioning to free weights so support muscles get working.

Hense why i wanted to confirm it was injection and prednisone that inflated sugers. Upped gh to 3 glucose still came down. Not going any higher at night this cycle but may do morning and see how it goes. Keep everything healing and burning and might make easier to get the food in. Not used to eating so much

good you confirmed it but prednisone is up and down you never know
And want igf a little higher for great benifit of fat metabalisation from it. Stupid auto immune suppresing it

Bumping those igf numbers up @StoryOfTheProphet. 3iu night time 2 in the morning. Will check igf at end of month. If tollerated and funds permit will bump to 3am and pm. Chasing goals. Will be in touch soon as will need to order more soon. Thank goodness for fast shipping
more gh = more fat loss = faster results, it attached to fat cell (triglyceride and tell it to get released into blood stream as FFA) i dont not remember who said it, think george farah. very good for fat loss but check up your RA, can hamper or make it worse? so just be wary of that.

Yeah arthritis is good, was just one joint that flared but good now, crp will come down over the next week or so. Yeah i read same 3-4 iu best fat loss. Night best for fat loss, still fat loss morning if fasted but better recovery over all. Will order next week. Sleep is getting good again and workouts getting more intense so need better recovery.

Starting to feel great, definately felt yesterdays workout but felt great smashing things. Hopefully morning and night gh gets me ready for tomorrows upperbody pull sesh

Actually feel good, no sluggishness, no extra hunger all in all feeling like i am heading in right direction. I miscalculated remaining gh. I still got 2 weeks even if do 3 am and pm. Hoping it helps keep muscle repair fast as yesterday hurt but not too bad today just a bit of doms

Im definately starting to enjoy life again these days. Even when i have setbacks. This forum and suppliers have been amazing so far. After surgery ill be dialing gh down and potentially drop test a tad in prep for next cycle lol. Get huge lol

So gh 1iu morning 3 at night glucose still 4.5, reta and mots-c doing there job. No noticeable water retention, no fuzziness. No bp rise so will be going to 2iu tomorrow. This coming week i will be increasing mots-c for 3 weeks at 5mg 3days a week then potentially increasing reta if glucose creeps too high. Under 8 weeks left of this phase. Once phase complete most likely keeping test the same for a little while lowering gh back to 0. Then drop test back a little to cruise somewhere in the middle of the bracket of healthy test levels. Unless there is benifit to keep gh at lower dose with minimal risk? Obviously always risks and different for each person

Gh is a long term play mate def worth keeping it in, with a good safety profile so long as you dont have cancer or are susceptible to it. Keep us updated on how you go with the increase in motsc cheers

I was doing tues ,thurs and sat for mots-c due to delivery but moving to mon wed fri, as got oppertunity to do fasted treadmill tomorro as no longer at home.make the mots-c work.

I actually like doing legs, thinking of adding a 2nd leg day, then got room for squats, lunges, reverse leg kick and maybe some hip thrusts.
