Full day and at and back/hip remains better still there but no additional pain or stiffness

Really good job on this, man. @Bigdan85 rear delt machine followed up by single cable lateral raise are good workouts. Then the face pulls are the icing on the cake.

So is it allowed to log on multiple platforms

Think I’ve had mild heat stroke today didn’t even go to work felt exhausted and so hot feel ok but literally just been in and outta sleep today going to do a slightly bigger leg session in morning. The climate here is so different from home won’t lie when the temperature is around mid 30s it’s a mental battle with myself guess it caught up with me as yesterday was that hot for aus
