Training Notes:
Steady day training as alot of movements put pressure on my sore knee/leg. Its not as bad as it has been so im guessing all the stretches and trigger ball work is starting to work. I also chose to not do any leg extension with the right leg to rest it. Had sweat dripping off of me like I just got out of the water. Pump not as good as yesterday but ive noticed leg days never are.
Trained with the wife again, was good to see her progress and also to hear from other members and gym owners about how she is looking. She must have a good trainer
Energy/motivation:
Set and ready, what more is there to say. The carb loading seems to be really working.

As mentioned HGH has increased amd anadrol will be added aftwr bloods are done
Miscellaneous thoughts:
Cravings have really died off that i have dropped Cagrilintide amd lowered Retatrutide. Its almost at the point in could drop reta but it has so many other benefits than just appetite suppression.
