Approved Log My Summer muscle build cycle log

Real high volume reps , are you nursing any injuries? Would like to see you work up to pushing 12reps max per set especially on compound lifts.
Mate if doing 2 working sets as suggested on compound lifts at higher weight, would u do those after iso exercises or before?

I do compound lifts start of the workout. (That being said, I do some warm up sets of rear delts, traps before going for a press.
With iso exercises you can do higher reps I feel. But hey it’s just my opinion , and my way of training has changed over the years and what works for me isn’t cookie cutter to everyone.

Just gives options, like learning new ways. Some exercises like squats i wont go heavier for a while, lower back injury got me scaired but still an option. See how i go in feb then may try something new march maybe
 
Last rest day today, felt good, still got11500 hobbles in. Foot and toe still sore to touch, kid keeps jumping on it. Can sort of walk flat footed tonight. Plenty ice over weekend. Looking fwd to getting back into it. Dont think ill be able to do treadmill or squats/leg press so zone 2 bike or eleptical. The rest i should manage. Taking onboard dropping decline i ghink and doing low to high cables. At moment im sticking to high reps but am planning on rewriting my plan to incorporate more iso movements. Just gotta research more. Unsure if will wait till end of feb to try high weights 12 reps on compound ex and high reps iso yet. But bear with me. Few touchdowns coming this week. Hopefully help recovery and ra in joints. I will be incorporating atleast 1 rest day a fortnight which may lead to weekly. Dont want to risk burning out.
 
Ok just wanted to update, unsure if glow related or weight loss related but i used to have alot of skin tags before starting this journey. Now they have all but dissapeared. Woohoo

Food was good didnt take pic, same as everyday. 4 leaf salad 200g rice 250g kangaroo

I love the food im eating and quick and easy. 10bux roo does lunch and dinner6 bux frozen veg does 4 days. Rice negligble. 4 leaf salad premixed few bux. Eggs is only expensive bit. And easy to stick to if enjoy

Yeah mate, i know him well, he uses to sometimes. He used to do bodybuilding. He was the one who originally told me about free needle exchange program when i said i was going to get test as was on low side. When he gets back into training we gunna start training together so both will have a spotter and someone to slap lol

Sick of pinning quads, anyone that pins here confirm i pin where pinky is? 3 fingers down from bone? Pinning less than 1ml and have 1.25 inch needles
I'd be too scared to use a 1 inch for delts let alone 1.5. I use half inch 27g. My method is find three fingers down from the acromion process, then find the very bottom of the side delt and go halfway between the two points.

NIce, will get more needles and give a go. Just want practice before i do cycles with more gear. Happy using 3 sites at moment but sucks when falls on leg day to pin lol. 27g seems the go. Been using 23g stings like a bitch sometimes lol.
 
Yes sir. Into outer Quads. That's my first level then I can move further down for a 2nd or 3rd in rotation 🩵
Stick with the one spot on quads seen at https://trtinjections.com/ and then rotate to delt lats glutes etc. no need to hit your good quad more than once a month.

So done a bit more reading on kpv. From what i can see a normal dose is 500mcg daily, medium dose 1mg and high dose 1.5-2mg. First 2 dosages for ongoing issues and high dose is for accute inflamation. Short term. I have 10vials and a broken toe with massive swelling after still after a week. The 1mg dose or the fact it has been a week has allowed swelling in foot to go down. I am going to up my daily dose to 2mg for the next 7 days and reassess. If works as planned i will drop back to 1mg per day ongoing hoping any inflamation from ra is kept down. Thanks again @Ascension Peptides

Another question for the brains trust, i was looking back through my notes when i first started gh. I was injecting the first few days int mus and noted great sleeps. Since going sub q at night sleep got worse. Adding selank has helped but still not getting the ratio of rem /deep i was im. Am i right in what i am reading that the body expects fast pulses of gh at night(natural pulses) and by sub q i am drawing the process out which may effecting my sleep? I am obviously in a toxic household which could be problem too. Just trying go maximise effectiveness of gh. I take 3iu morning and night so was wondering if fatloss would still be effective doing pm im and am sub q?
