I've got joint issues, and I need your advice and help. My elbows crack when I lift weights, and it's really getting on my nerves. My wrists are also giving me a lot of trouble, and my ankles hurt, especially when I do cardio.
Looking to do TB 500. I've read that you should front-load at 20mg the first couple weeks. Is this accurate, and then you can start decreasing the dosage?

You're going to want a front load TB500 for best results. Go 10 to 15 mg the first week or two and then you can start decreasing it as you go.

Bros, you got a lot of issues. I would go with TB500 all day. It will cover you from head to toe and heal up a lot of things.

TB-500 works really good but I would stack in some BPC for sure. They both work even better.

TB-500 is one of the best. You really should run 15 mg that first week, maybe even 20 mg, then you can gradually lower it as you go.

100% stacking peptides for healing is the best option. When you stack them they work even better so I suggest GHK and BPC on top of TB-500.

man 20mg a week for a front load sounds absolutely massive and honestly like a total waste of money lol. most guys i know do around 5mg to 10mg max for the first couple weeks then drop it down to like 2 or 5mg for maintenance. that clicking and popping is the worst though i feel your pain there. just a heads up if your ankles and wrists are both acting up you might wanna throw some bpc 150 in the mix too because it pairs with tb like bread and butter for those nagging joint spots. hope you get some relief soon bro those elbow cracks are a total mood killer in the gym!

bro 20mg for a front load is absolutely mental lol you would literally be pissing money away. i know that clicking and popping is annoying as hell but 5mg a week is usually plenty to get the ball rolling on healing those joints. if your wrists and ankles are all hurting at the same time you might wanna check your inflammation or maybe look into some bpc 157 because that stuff is like magic for those specific "wear and tear" spots. i tried the super high dose tb thing once and literally felt no different than a normal dose- just save your cash and stay consistent with a lower dose for like 6 weeks straight. good luck getting those elbows quieted down man!
