Upcoming Healing Cycle - HGH, BPC & TB

Hey fellas, first time poster but been lurking the forums for a while.

Seeking advice, recommendations and any input anyone may have of my healing cycle.


34 yr old male 86kg 178cm tall, 14 yrs of the gym but the last few years haven’t been consistent or serious to training due to injuries. Countless months spent with different Physios being consistent with rehab & exercise plans, with little improvement. Beyond frustrated, feeling of defeat & almost depressed as training has/was been my truly biggest passion.


Primary injuries of concern: Both R & L Insertional Achillies Tendonitits, both with Bursitis. Diagnosed by Physio.
Secondary injury of concern: R Shoulder SLAP tear. Diagnosed by Sports Dr by MRI. Surgeon discouraged surgery.


Last two months have been having Beef Bone Broth & Collagen Powder on an empty stomach. Recently recommenced my old rehab exercises and slowly started loading & strengthening tendons & muscles.


Received SHOGUN HGH 6 x 100iu kit & 4 x SHOGUN BPC 157 5mg ordered from EVO Vendor UGL OZ. Will place another order with UGL OZ and get TB 500 & additional BPC 157.

1 x 20mg BPC 157 / TB 500 Blend from my own source, (regret getting a blend, luckily only got 1 vial).


Shogun HGH
Mon - Fri, 5 on, 2 off. Nightly just before bed. Started on 15/09/25
Week 1-2 = 2iu
Week 3-4 = 3iu
Week 5 - 31/until I’ve gone through it all = 4iu
Roughly 7.5 months altogether. Wouldn’t mind the added benefits of the growth hence 4iu.

BPC 157 & TB 500. Plan on starting 07/10/25 to let the GH have a head start.
Week 1 (6 days) 20mg BPC 157 / TB 500 Blend (Regret getting a blend, luckily only got one Vial). Split in to 3 pins/sites.

Daily 3mg = BPC 1.5mg & TB 1.5
Weekly / (6 days) 20mg = BPC 10mg & TB 10mg
Week 2-3 Shogun BPC 157 & TB 500. BPC ED split in to 3 pins/sites. TB pinned twice a week.
Daily BPC 1.5mg (0.5mg each site)
Weekly BPC 10.5mg & TB 8mg
Week 4-10 Shogun BPC 157 & TB 500. BPC ED split in to 3 pins/sites. TB pinned twice a week.
Daily BPC 1.2mg (0.4mg each site)
Weekly BPC 8.4mg & TB 4mg

I’m aware the total BPC is on the higher side but as I’m pinning in 3 different sites, I still want it to be effective in each area of concern.

Planning to pin each Achille/Knee Sub Q AM.
R shoulder PM Sub Q & HGH Sub Q PM.

Possibly might run a second BPC & TB cycle after 6 weeks of finishing the first, depending how I’ve responded.

Have used bpc/tb before for a previous injury but questioned the source. Have used hgh at a similar dose but without the bpc/tb, which I tolerated well. Will be checking blood glucose fasted and blood pressure weekly.

Unsure of best place to pin for the Achilles? Have heard of people doing Sub Q in the Achilles area but somewhat reluctant due to the lack of skin/fat to pinch. Wondering if around each Knee Sub Q would be the next best place?

Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated as this has been based on the weeks worth of research I’ve done leading up to this.

Welcome to the EVO family :D @Andy C this is a well thought out plan and you’ve clearly put the work in researching before posting. The GH run at 2 to 4iu is plenty for tendon healing and long-term benefits, nothing extreme, and spacing it 5 on 2 off is fine. BPC and TB at the doses you’ve laid out will cover both local and systemic healing, and splitting into multiple sites is smart given the injuries you’re targeting. For the Achilles, most guys avoid directly pinning near the tendon because of low fat, instead going subq slightly above the heel or around the calf/ankle area where there’s a bit more tissue. Doing knees and shoulder subq with a rotation should still give you solid results, especially stacked with the GH. The key is consistency over the next months, not pushing the weights too fast, and letting the peptides do their work while you keep building tolerance with the rehab loads.

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.
To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

Thank you all for the feed back and comments, seems like I’m on the right page and will set out what I planned to!

In regards to the Achilles I’ll plan to pin as close as I can off to the side. I’ve noticed if I relax my ankle and angle my foot I’m able to pinch a bit more skin for a sub q injection which I’ll try.

Currently on the fence of starting a log, I’m already time poor as it is but I do see how it would be beneficial. Am considering it though!

R shoulder PM Sub Q & HGH Sub Q PM.

Possibly might run a second BPC & TB cycle after 6 weeks of finishing the first, depending how I’ve responded.

Have used bpc/tb before for a previous injury but questioned the source. Have used hgh at a similar dose but without the bpc/tb, which I tolerated well. Will be checking blood glucose fasted and blood pressure weekly.

Unsure of best place to pin for the Achilles? Have heard of people doing Sub Q in the Achilles area but somewhat reluctant due to the lack of skin/fat to pinch. Wondering if around each Knee Sub Q would be the next best place?

Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated as this has been based on the weeks worth of research I’ve done leading up to this.

How did these injuries occur?
All outside of the gym. The shoulder was being silly 1.5 yrs ago from jumping off a waterfall/cliff and not having my arms tucked in, so my arms shot up upon impact.

And originally the L Achille got aggravated wearing poor foot wear (slides) whilst carrying a load on an uneven surface, and with work and daily activities it flared up multiple times without healing adequately. Sure enough the R Achille a week later out of nowhere started to be as symptomatic without having any prior flare ups what so ever.

I have found though over previous gym injuries I would get injuries bilaterally. Whether it was my Medial Epicondylitis (golfers elbow) or Bicep Tendonosis. Both eventually were bilateral. These injuries happened a good 6-9 yrs ago though.

In regards to the Achilles I’ll plan to pin as close as I can off to the side. I’ve noticed if I relax my ankle and angle my foot I’m able to pinch a bit more skin for a sub q injection which I’ll try.

Currently on the fence of starting a log, I’m already time poor as it is but I do see how it would be beneficial. Am considering it though!
You should stop overthinking and just start the log, even if you’re short on time. It doesn’t need to be long posts, just quick updates on weight, training, diet, and how the Achilles is responding. Having that record will help you spot trends and the guys here can actually give better advice seeing how things progress. Get it going and you’ll be glad you did. :D @Andy C

Welcome to the EVO family :D @Andy C this is a well thought out plan and you’ve clearly put the work in researching before posting. The GH run at 2 to 4iu is plenty for tendon healing and long-term benefits, nothing extreme, and spacing it 5 on 2 off is fine. BPC and TB at the doses you’ve laid out will cover both local and systemic healing, and splitting into multiple sites is smart given the injuries you’re targeting. For the Achilles, most guys avoid directly pinning near the tendon because of low fat, instead going subq slightly above the heel or around the calf/ankle area where there’s a bit more tissue. Doing knees and shoulder subq with a rotation should still give you solid results, especially stacked with the GH. The key is consistency over the next months, not pushing the weights too fast, and letting the peptides do their work while you keep building tolerance with the rehab loads.

Hey fellas, first time poster but been lurking the forums for a while.

Seeking advice, recommendations and any input anyone may have of my healing cycle.


34 yr old male 86kg 178cm tall, 14 yrs of the gym but the last few years haven’t been consistent or serious to training due to injuries. Countless months spent with different Physios being consistent with rehab & exercise plans, with little improvement. Beyond frustrated, feeling of defeat & almost depressed as training has/was been my truly biggest passion.


Primary injuries of concern: Both R & L Insertional Achillies Tendonitits, both with Bursitis. Diagnosed by Physio.
Secondary injury of concern: R Shoulder SLAP tear. Diagnosed by Sports Dr by MRI. Surgeon discouraged surgery.


Last two months have been having Beef Bone Broth & Collagen Powder on an empty stomach. Recently recommenced my old rehab exercises and slowly started loading & strengthening tendons & muscles.


Received SHOGUN HGH 6 x 100iu kit & 4 x SHOGUN BPC 157 5mg ordered from EVO Vendor UGL OZ. Will place another order with UGL OZ and get TB 500 & additional BPC 157.

1 x 20mg BPC 157 / TB 500 Blend from my own source, (regret getting a blend, luckily only got 1 vial).


Shogun HGH
Mon - Fri, 5 on, 2 off. Nightly just before bed. Started on 15/09/25
Week 1-2 = 2iu
Week 3-4 = 3iu
Week 5 - 31/until I’ve gone through it all = 4iu
Roughly 7.5 months altogether. Wouldn’t mind the added benefits of the growth hence 4iu.

BPC 157 & TB 500. Plan on starting 07/10/25 to let the GH have a head start.
Week 1 (6 days) 20mg BPC 157 / TB 500 Blend (Regret getting a blend, luckily only got one Vial). Split in to 3 pins/sites.

Daily 3mg = BPC 1.5mg & TB 1.5
Weekly / (6 days) 20mg = BPC 10mg & TB 10mg
Week 2-3 Shogun BPC 157 & TB 500. BPC ED split in to 3 pins/sites. TB pinned twice a week.
Daily BPC 1.5mg (0.5mg each site)

Almost tempted to eventually go 5iu as we’re heading towards summer here in the land of Aus so would be nice to lean out that bit more, but feel like I may have to do split dosages if I do

Splitting your HGH twice a day can be better for lipolysis as opposed to one bolus pin at night of 5iu. That's what I understand at least regarding HGH for fat loss.

Adding in GHK-Cu is a great idea, that is what worked for me is that trifecta altogether. If you check my log those three worked wonders for me and I ran them in a ratio of 6:1:1 (GHK-Cu: BPC157: TB500). This is what is considered the typical ratio as you can run GHK a lot higher.
I ran the three at @ 1.25mg/250mcg/250mcg twice daily AM and PM.

For you this would then equate to a ratio of 6:1:1 for GHK-Cu to BPC-157 so 9mg/1.5mg/1.5mg ED or 3 separate pins of 3mg/500mcg/500mcg every day in each injury.

@Andy C that plan looks well thought out, adding GHK-Cu with HGH, BPC and TB makes sense if you’re chasing tissue healing and regeneration, and the way you’ve structured the dosing should let you gauge tolerance without overdoing it. Sub q with bac water is fine and rotating pin sites should help with any sting, you’ve got the bases covered.

Definitely start a log on it, people will want to follow your progress and you’ll benefit from tracking how the combo impacts recovery over weeks. It’ll also give you a reference point for the next run and let others see what worked. Otherwise, we are really just guessing without seeing your log.

Hey fellas, first time poster but been lurking the forums for a while.

Seeking advice, recommendations and any input anyone may have of my healing cycle.


34 yr old male 86kg 178cm tall, 14 yrs of the gym but the last few years haven’t been consistent or serious to training due to injuries. Countless months spent with different Physios being consistent with rehab & exercise plans, with little improvement. Beyond frustrated, feeling of defeat & almost depressed as training has/was been my truly biggest passion.


Primary injuries of concern: Both R & L Insertional Achillies Tendonitits, both with Bursitis. Diagnosed by Physio.
Secondary injury of concern: R Shoulder SLAP tear. Diagnosed by Sports Dr by MRI. Surgeon discouraged surgery.


Last two months have been having Beef Bone Broth & Collagen Powder on an empty stomach. Recently recommenced my old rehab exercises and slowly started loading & strengthening tendons & muscles.


Received SHOGUN HGH 6 x 100iu kit & 4 x SHOGUN BPC 157 5mg ordered from EVO Vendor UGL OZ. Will place another order with UGL OZ and get TB 500 & additional BPC 157.

1 x 20mg BPC 157 / TB 500 Blend from my own source, (regret getting a blend, luckily only got 1 vial).


Shogun HGH
Mon - Fri, 5 on, 2 off. Nightly just before bed. Started on 15/09/25
Week 1-2 = 2iu
Week 3-4 = 3iu
Week 5 - 31/until I’ve gone through it all = 4iu
Roughly 7.5 months altogether. Wouldn’t mind the added benefits of the growth hence 4iu.

BPC 157 & TB 500. Plan on starting 07/10/25 to let the GH have a head start.
Week 1 (6 days) 20mg BPC 157 / TB 500 Blend (Regret getting a blend, luckily only got one Vial). Split in to 3 pins/sites.

Daily 3mg = BPC 1.5mg & TB 1.5
Weekly / (6 days) 20mg = BPC 10mg & TB 10mg
Week 2-3 Shogun BPC 157 & TB 500. BPC ED split in to 3 pins/sites. TB pinned twice a week.
Daily BPC 1.5mg (0.5mg each site)
Weekly BPC 10.5mg & TB 8mg
Week 4-10 Shogun BPC 157 & TB 500. BPC ED split in to 3 pins/sites. TB pinned twice a week.
Daily BPC 1.2mg (0.4mg each site)
Weekly BPC 8.4mg & TB 4mg

I’m aware the total BPC is on the higher side but as I’m pinning in 3 different sites, I still want it to be effective in each area of concern.

Planning to pin each Achille/Knee Sub Q AM.
R shoulder PM Sub Q & HGH Sub Q PM.

Possibly might run a second BPC & TB cycle after 6 weeks of finishing the first, depending how I’ve responded.

Have used bpc/tb before for a previous injury but questioned the source. Have used hgh at a similar dose but without the bpc/tb, which I tolerated well. Will be checking blood glucose fasted and blood pressure weekly.

Unsure of best place to pin for the Achilles? Have heard of people doing Sub Q in the Achilles area but somewhat reluctant due to the lack of skin/fat to pinch. Wondering if around each Knee Sub Q would be the next best place?

Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated as this has been based on the weeks worth of research I’ve done leading up to this.

A guy i know is healing from this protocol and healing like a fucking wolverine, fastest healing process ive ever seen from a very badly torn quad
Now that's the dosing I would always recommend for that peptide trio (TB/BPC/GHK-Cu) but I never do because I don't wanna scare people off with the cost at that dose.
