Hey fellas, first time poster but been lurking the forums for a while.
Seeking advice, recommendations and any input anyone may have of my healing cycle.
34 yr old male 86kg 178cm tall, 14 yrs of the gym but the last few years haven’t been consistent or serious to training due to injuries. Countless months spent with different Physios being consistent with rehab & exercise plans, with little improvement. Beyond frustrated, feeling of defeat & almost depressed as training has/was been my truly biggest passion.
Primary injuries of concern: Both R & L Insertional Achillies Tendonitits, both with Bursitis. Diagnosed by Physio.
Secondary injury of concern: R Shoulder SLAP tear. Diagnosed by Sports Dr by MRI. Surgeon discouraged surgery.
Last two months have been having Beef Bone Broth & Collagen Powder on an empty stomach. Recently recommenced my old rehab exercises and slowly started loading & strengthening tendons & muscles.
Received SHOGUN HGH 6 x 100iu kit & 4 x SHOGUN BPC 157 5mg ordered from EVO Vendor UGL OZ. Will place another order with UGL OZ and get TB 500 & additional BPC 157.
1 x 20mg BPC 157 / TB 500 Blend from my own source, (regret getting a blend, luckily only got 1 vial).
Shogun HGH
Mon - Fri, 5 on, 2 off. Nightly just before bed. Started on 15/09/25
Week 1-2 = 2iu
Week 3-4 = 3iu
Week 5 - 31/until I’ve gone through it all = 4iu
Roughly 7.5 months altogether. Wouldn’t mind the added benefits of the growth hence 4iu.
BPC 157 & TB 500. Plan on starting 07/10/25 to let the GH have a head start.
Week 1 (6 days) 20mg BPC 157 / TB 500 Blend (Regret getting a blend, luckily only got one Vial). Split in to 3 pins/sites.
Daily 3mg = BPC 1.5mg & TB 1.5
Weekly / (6 days) 20mg = BPC 10mg & TB 10mg
Week 2-3 Shogun BPC 157 & TB 500. BPC ED split in to 3 pins/sites. TB pinned twice a week.
Daily BPC 1.5mg (0.5mg each site)
Weekly BPC 10.5mg & TB 8mg
Week 4-10 Shogun BPC 157 & TB 500. BPC ED split in to 3 pins/sites. TB pinned twice a week.
Daily BPC 1.2mg (0.4mg each site)
Weekly BPC 8.4mg & TB 4mg
I’m aware the total BPC is on the higher side but as I’m pinning in 3 different sites, I still want it to be effective in each area of concern.
Planning to pin each Achille/Knee Sub Q AM.
R shoulder PM Sub Q & HGH Sub Q PM.
Possibly might run a second BPC & TB cycle after 6 weeks of finishing the first, depending how I’ve responded.
Have used bpc/tb before for a previous injury but questioned the source. Have used hgh at a similar dose but without the bpc/tb, which I tolerated well. Will be checking blood glucose fasted and blood pressure weekly.
Unsure of best place to pin for the Achilles? Have heard of people doing Sub Q in the Achilles area but somewhat reluctant due to the lack of skin/fat to pinch. Wondering if around each Knee Sub Q would be the next best place?
Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated as this has been based on the weeks worth of research I’ve done leading up to this.
