Oh for sure. I agree with both of ya! Jujitsu has been safe on here and all is good!
Here it goes:
So, Wednesday i was shit at it. Was already depleted, tired n broken. I kindda wrote a bit about it here briefly.
So what i did yesterday was my chest day, no jujitsu and ate beef n some pasta as i posted it too. uped my carbs a bit. Slept good too. N then in the morning i had beef n pasta again and a protein bar (posted that too) n i was feeling alright today.
Went in thinking i am gonna try my best again today.
Got paired up with this super good competitive purple n brown belt guy, both i have rolled with before, they are super strong and technically at a superior lever than most i have rolled with.
So we started light worked thru stuff and almost 15 mins in we were drilling live, hitting submissions n all. And i felt good energy, nothing hurt other than some sore legs from leg locks, and then when rolling, me and the other purple started 1st, i defended a bunch of darce and anaconda chokes, a few arm locks and then he went for the legs and i was fully focuses and i got him in a heel hook, as we were going for legs anyways.

in all honesty i did try straight ankle locks but these taller dudes have way too much leverage there. HEEL HOOKS FOR THE WIN!
So that felt good. Then i rolled with the brown, twice, he got me once with a rnc but his goal was the triangle, i kindda dared him, i defended most of the time and basically could not attack him atall. Tried playing offense but couldn't, however my defense was great! And then at the end i took his back but he is so tall n strong i couldn't retain for too long and he took my back. Got me with rnc.
2nd round with him he kindda gave me his back again so i could work after i got out from under him, and then i tried to go for a calf slicer to berimbolo but he reversed it so good and i had never seen that, i told him that and he basically spend the next 15-20 mins after class showing me how it is done. It was great!
