Good you have a plan. Update your dosing plans for aromasin after last shot though let's make sure it's in sync with what @LevButlerov knows will be a good taper for you. As long as you don't just stop.

Also turns out the cold my son brought home was covid, so it looks like it'll be a few days more out of gym. Rhomboid pain almost totally gone though which is nice.

Well lads, it has been a good week and a bit since last post, I am not sure if that bug was a flu or covid, I didnt lose my taste and smell like other covid times, but fuck me if it didnt kick my ass. A couple of days in bed, fever, sweats the works. The cough at the end though, insane, it has only just subsided enough to get back in the gym for a soft session today.

After this week or so out of the gym, my weight started dropping again much quicker, which makes me feel a bit better after being stuck in that 90-92kg weight range for a good two weeks.

I have weighed in today at 89.2 which is 15.3kg down in total. Next week will mark week 16, I really hope that the monthly shots show a more pronounced difference.

I dont think I will be back at full stregth for at least a couple more days, but in the meantime I will take any extra grams off the scale will give me.

Even sick cant keep me out of the kitchen though.

Last night I did lamb shanks in red wine and port with rosemary

I was also particularly pleased with a deconstructed Thai green curry I put together as something fancy for the wife on Christmas eve.

Great job stepping up for the wife that is one professional looking dish!

I'd stay super hydrated and give yourself a bit more rest before anything strenuous at all in the gym just yet. It sounds like you got knocked on your ass pretty good.

Tren ended a few weeks back, just finishing off the last of the test. Reta has become intermittent, which is usually a sign for me that a good long break is in order.

Weight loss per week drastically reduced now to a few hundred grams at best. However am happy to say, as of this week down 20kg from my high point of 104.5kg. Weighed in at 84.3kg this morning. Watch says 20.8% body fat.

Honestly wouldn't be surprised if you were already 15-17%,
Definitely would not be taking the watches calculations into any consideration.
I have doubted the watch. In both directions. I think I'll be happy once i drop below 80. Then I can rest for a while and think about pushing some muscle.

The before and after change is incredible. Hard to believe it's even the same person. @shoe

You can always get it professionally checked if you're curious but the point is you've made amazing progress so keep it going. Keep those abs visible. @shoe
