I am taking aromasin 12.5mg for two weeks and get bloods done again
Or you reckon I should just do one week aromasin and see where I am sitting at?
Just in case two weeks too much
at least 2-3 weeks before next bloods

Good job getting in your workout and including some cardio. Even 15 minutes of cardio goes a long way. Your heart is also a muscle. @SN1405

@SN1405 I definitely like this one. Thing I'd recommend is to reverse the workouts. The training exercises themselves are really nice but you don't want to do the same routine over and over so kind of mixes it up and it kind of tricks the body if you know what I mean.

So you're doing 100 mg total of equipoise per week or are you doing 100 mg every other day? If you were I believe that would add up to 350 mg a week. I just want to clarify that. @SN1405
 
Yes but this meal prep I am gonna do this weekend and I will update when I know exact calories, protien,carbs and fats
