Big numbers on the block pulls there mate! You feel them mostly in the upper back / lats or? I never seemed to get much from dead's or rack pulls for back.

I feel it in lower back, lats and upper back mostly. Difference with Deads of floor is I don't have a huge amount of engagement from quads and hammys. Still there, just not as much.

HGH has been staggeringly good. I have slept better, got heavier, got leaner, joints hurt less, oh and skin is starting to get clearer. @Gene-Tropin really does have the shit bro.

Meals and workouts now are in sync. I have almost everything prior to training now except the final proven shake.

Might have to increase my carbs pre-training a bit soon. HGH is changing things a bit for me 🩵

HGH-22K - Gene-Tropin
So the big day has arrived. We have TD as per previous post.
Solution has been mixed 10mg vial with 2ml of solutions, 1ml BAC water, 1ml Sodium Chloride. This gives 30iu HGH. I will be taking 3iu (.2ml) tonight.
I will put out a quick separate post after pinning to log how it was. 😁

This morning as I went through the logs there were a lot of Evo Brothers and Sisters getting into stressful areas of their lives.
Stress in life is inevitable these days. Money, breakups, work, kids, illness and lets not rule out world affairs seemily getting worse every day, everywhere.

We have to remember that the lifestyle we have chosen is the perfect release from this. Your can lose yourself in your training and for that brief moment embrace the void where its just you and your training.
I have posted "The Void" in a previous log and will again this weekend, because it's something I embrace fully, and it's relevant, especially these days.

As part of the Evo Family we are even more blessed because we are not alone. You can vent, chat or whinge on your log in a totally judgement free zone and be supported by a wonderful group of people.

And always remember if you are going well and a brother or sister on Evo is not, kind words help all the time.

HGH-22K - @Gene-Tropin
W1D3 - Sleep has now moved to 30% better than it was before I started the HGH. Usually I would wake at around midnight and struggle to get back to sleep for 30min or longer. This didnt happen at all last night and was lessened the night before. I woke fully rested this morning and whilst I didn't sleep any longer, the quality of sleep was much better.
I am leaner again today but my weight is up 300g more, which is un-fucking-believable.
Skin is noticeably clearer all over and my joints are feeling the best they have for quite a while. I am feeling like the changes I have noticed are as fast and clean as they were when I started Retatrutide, but in different ways.

Test E & Deca - @Southern Cross Labs
So looking forward to implementing this into my cycle and creating something new and epic for myself.
Will be starting tomorrow Friday 6th March with a Test E 225mg pin, followed by Deca 140mg the following day. I will log separately first time I pin both 🥰

Everything else
Leg session today was brutal. Hot and humid weather and exercises that were close to my current limits made this a challeging day. As I write this I am secure under the A/C and will be for a bit longer until I cool down a few more degrees 🥵.

Long, long weekend is upon me and I am looking forward to the break and visiting friends and family interstate. Meals will be relaxed a little but not ridiculously so. My mind more than my body needs the break.
I also need to re-connect with people a bit this weekend as I have been a little self absorbed and insular due to work and training. Got to remember that they do alot for me so I can do what I do. Can't succeed on my own and without them I would be a shell of a person. Time to show that again.

That’s fantastic news that your sleep has improved so quickly in the HGH, sleep is number one before anything for healing, recovery and gains. Fantastic that skin cleared up and improved all over, nothing makes my skin look as good as Hgh . My mom thinks I get skin treatments 🤣 I say nah mum it’s just my Hgh! Then mum wants to get on it! 😆

Clearly body composition changes are talking place.

HGH-22K - @Gene-Tropin
W1D3 - Sleep has now moved to 30% better than it was before I started the HGH. Usually I would wake at around midnight and struggle to get back to sleep for 30min or longer. This didnt happen at all last night and was lessened the night before. I woke fully rested this morning and whilst I didn't sleep any longer, the quality of sleep was much better.
I am leaner again today but my weight is up 300g more, which is un-fucking-believable.
Skin is noticeably clearer all over and my joints are feeling the best they have for quite a while. I am feeling like the changes I have noticed are as fast and clean as they were when I started Retatrutide, but in different ways.

Test E & Deca - @Southern Cross Labs
So looking forward to implementing this into my cycle and creating something new and epic for myself.
Will be starting tomorrow Friday 6th March with a Test E 225mg pin, followed by Deca 140mg the following day. I will log separately first time I pin both 🥰

Everything else
Leg session today was brutal. Hot and humid weather and exercises that were close to my current limits made this a challeging day. As I write this I am secure under the A/C and will be for a bit longer until I cool down a few more degrees 🥵.

Long, long weekend is upon me and I am looking forward to the break and visiting friends and family interstate. Meals will be relaxed a little but not ridiculously so. My mind more than my body needs the break.
I also need to re-connect with people a bit this weekend as I have been a little self absorbed and insular due to work and training. Got to remember that they do alot for me so I can do what I do. Can't succeed on my own and without them I would be a shell of a person. Time to show that again.

W1D3 - Sleep is still 30% better than it was before I started the HGH. Was pretty much the same last night and a heavy leg program probably didnt help here. I also had to get up early to train before we travelled.
I still woke fully rested this morning and my recovery from that leg program was the best it has been for as long as I can recall. Obviously the quality of sleep was much better than it has for a long time.
I am leaner again today and weight was down a little. Pictures below tell the story of what has happened over a week.
Skin is noticeably clearer all over and my joints are still feeling the best they have for quite a while.
@Gene-Tropin and I have discussed a plan and I am pinning HGH sub-q for the rest of this week. On Monday I will move to IM so we can see what the differences are in uptake and distribution.

So the day has finally arrived and my first pin of Test E for 225mg went in this morning. Was smooth as silk and as good as any I have ever done if not a bit better 😉.
Tomorrow Deca at 140mg the following day. 🥰
I expect that the quality of these oils will be critical in this phase and I am stoked that @Southern Cross Labs will be part of this.

Everything else
Early morning (4am) Gun show today before we started travelling. This gives me a decent break before my next session Sunday evening.

As outlined yesterday meals will be relaxed a little but not ridiculously so. Carbs will probably be a fair bit higher and it be interesting to see how my body reacts to this after being low carb for a while now.
As I also stated my mind more than my body needs the break.
This will allow me to hit this next 12 weeks full on and see what we can create and develop between myself @Gene-Tropin and @Southern Cross Labs .Going to be awesome I am sure.

The GH is really kicking in nice then. Grouse sleep. I've come to learn that we dont really need to run crazy amounts of GH to get great results. Do you notice any fatigue the next dag at all? Ill be interested in the IM shots, are yiu aiming for a more localised growth response or quicker distribution?

I am ecstatic with the results so far brother.
No fatigue and the IM will be rotated through Quads and Delts to get a bit of localised response to injuries. It is part of the logging as it is being done to outline how it works, or doesn't for that matter. It also uptakes a bit faster so we will get some interesting actions just after pinning.

W1D3 - Sleep is still 30% better than it was before I started the HGH. Was pretty much the same last night and a heavy leg program probably didnt help here. I also had to get up early to train before we travelled.
I still woke fully rested this morning and my recovery from that leg program was the best it has been for as long as I can recall. Obviously the quality of sleep was much better than it has for a long time.
I am leaner again today and weight was down a little. Pictures below tell the story of what has happened over a week.
Skin is noticeably clearer all over and my joints are still feeling the best they have for quite a while.
@Gene-Tropin and I have discussed a plan and I am pinning HGH sub-q for the rest of this week. On Monday I will move to IM so we can see what the differences are in uptake and distribution.

Test E & Deca - Southern Cross Labs
So the day has finally arrived and my first pin of Test E for 225mg went in this morning. Was smooth as silk and as good as any I have ever done if not a bit better 😉.
Tomorrow Deca at 140mg the following day. 🥰
I expect that the quality of these oils will be critical in this phase and I am stoked that @Southern Cross Labs will be part of this.

Early morning (4am) Gun show today before we started travelling. This gives me a decent break before my next session Sunday evening.

As outlined yesterday meals will be relaxed a little but not ridiculously so. Carbs will probably be a fair bit higher and it be interesting to see how my body reacts to this after being low carb for a while now.
As I also stated my mind more than my body needs the break.
This will allow me to hit this next 12 weeks full on and see what we can create and develop between myself @Gene-Tropin and @Southern Cross Labs .Going to be awesome I am sure.

They are heart Medications....all of them except prednisolone which is a corticosteroid for my lungs.
I got a viral infection last year that attacked my heart and lungs.
Slowly getting them reduced @Mobster 🩵

W1 - Sleep is still getting better than it was before I started the HGH.
I still woke fully rested this morning and my recovery is still excellent. Obviously the quality of sleep was much better than it has for a long time.
Not sure if I am leaner again today as the hotel lighting is a bit dim. However, weight was back up a little.
Skin is noticeably clearer all over and this is especially good today as it usually gets worse in humid weather. Joints are still feeling the best they have for quite a while.
Pin was sub-q as outlined yesterday. On Monday I will move to IM so we can see what the differences are in uptake and distribution.

Test E & Deca - Southern Cross Labs
So today was my first pin of Deca for 140mg this morning. Once again it was smooth as silk and as good as any I have ever done if not a bit better 😉.
Today was important in that I am now extremely confident that the quality of these oils will help be a critical cog in this 12 week phase and I am stoked that @Southern Cross Labs will be part of this.

The Void
When I was a kid, the gym was the place I could go to get away from feeling like I was worthless and a failure. I could be in charge and decide whether I succeeded.

It was my place to build and grow, mentally and physically. Much like other young kids who come from similar situations, I built walls around me. My walls were built of cast iron and steel.
It was also something I was good at. And as I grew and got bigger and stronger, the abuse went away very fast. I went from the kid that got "fucked with" to the kid you "don't want to fuck with." And I still see training that way today. The reason for this – and the strong guys reading will be able to relate – is there's something that happens during those very intense sets. It doesn't matter if it's a PR set, a Max Effort set, a strip set, or a high-rep set, as long as it's one that you know going in will be a challenge. You know you need to find a way to up your game, step out of yourself, focus, and see what you're really made of. Cause once the bar is loaded and your set comes around, you find this place that I really can't explain. From the time you approach the bar to the time the set is over, there's nothing.
The fight you had with your girlfriend that day?
Gone.
Your finals?
Gone.
Your work issues?
Gone.
Your bills?
Gone.
The asshole across the gym?
Gone.
The bullies?
Gone.
The hurt?
Gone.
The mental pain is now replaced with physical pain, but this is pain that you crave, because the load you've been carrying all your life in now resting on your back – and you have the power to smash it.
I call this 'nothing' The Void, but it isn't really nothing – it's everything!
When I look back over 30 years of training, my big take away is that training is my therapy. This is why I do what I do, both the positives and even the stupid shit. This is why I'm so passionate about passing on what I know. The Void is the only time that I am truly free – free from the bullshit that other people and life has thrown at me. It's all gone, just me and the weight. And that's where I find my peace. The Void has changed my life, and has become my life. Maybe it could change yours? So to answer the question, I don't give a rat's ass if I get stronger or bigger. Well, I still care, but it's not why I do it. Training is my therapy.

@Kopite67 day by day I only see improvements in your physique- pics don’t lie. Anyone with eyes and knowledge can clearly see you’re getting much leaner and fuller (bigger) at the same time. Muscles are now taking on a dense harder look with thinner skin (leaner) but the skin quality has improved too (Hgh) so you’re are not only going to plan as I expected you are indeed ahead of schedule lol and doing much better than I and I think anyone else expected - to be truthful. Even you your self didn’t expect that! lol You’re clearly doing everything right so keep doing what you’re doing and what I am directing/advising you! You are one of the best HGH responders I’ve ever had of all my clients! That’s just a fact 👌🏼 Proud of you champ! You’ve also been a charm to work with! Another pack on the way to continue your progress! 👍🏼

Is definitely interesting seeing how you go with the HGH. Sounds good so far with the improved sleep and skin etc.

Was just watching a John Meadows video with Dave Tate talking about the mental side of training legs (pushing through the pain etc). Used to see a bit of his stuff on t-nation back in the day. Remember that passage above... It's a good one hey.

Those cheat meals look awesome. How good is a big breakfast like that!

W1 - Sleep is still getting better than it was before I started the HGH.
I still woke fully rested this morning and my recovery is still excellent. Obviously the quality of sleep was much better than it has for a long time.
Not sure if I am leaner again today as the hotel lighting is a bit dim. However, weight was back up a little.
Skin is noticeably clearer all over and this is especially good today as it usually gets worse in humid weather. Joints are still feeling the best they have for quite a while.
Pin was sub-q as outlined yesterday. On Monday I will move to IM so we can see what the differences are in uptake and distribution.

Test E & Deca - Southern Cross Labs
So today was my first pin of Deca for 140mg this morning. Once again it was smooth as silk and as good as any I have ever done if not a bit better 😉.
Today was important in that I am now extremely confident that the quality of these oils will help be a critical cog in this 12 week phase and I am stoked that @Southern Cross Labs will be part of this.

When I was a kid, the gym was the place I could go to get away from feeling like I was worthless and a failure. I could be in charge and decide whether I succeeded.

It was my place to build and grow, mentally and physically. Much like other young kids who come from similar situations, I built walls around me. My walls were built of cast iron and steel.
It was also something I was good at. And as I grew and got bigger and stronger, the abuse went away very fast. I went from the kid that got "fucked with" to the kid you "don't want to fuck with." And I still see training that way today. The reason for this – and the strong guys reading will be able to relate – is there's something that happens during those very intense sets. It doesn't matter if it's a PR set, a Max Effort set, a strip set, or a high-rep set, as long as it's one that you know going in will be a challenge. You know you need to find a way to up your game, step out of yourself, focus, and see what you're really made of. Cause once the bar is loaded and your set comes around, you find this place that I really can't explain. From the time you approach the bar to the time the set is over, there's nothing.
The fight you had with your girlfriend that day?
Gone.
Your finals?
Gone.
Your work issues?
Gone.
Your bills?
Gone.
The asshole across the gym?
Gone.
The bullies?
Gone.
The hurt?
Gone.
The mental pain is now replaced with physical pain, but this is pain that you crave, because the load you've been carrying all your life in now resting on your back – and you have the power to smash it.
I call this 'nothing' The Void, but it isn't really nothing – it's everything!
When I look back over 30 years of training, my big take away is that training is my therapy. This is why I do what I do, both the positives and even the stupid shit. This is why I'm so passionate about passing on what I know. The Void is the only time that I am truly free – free from the bullshit that other people and life has thrown at me. It's all gone, just me and the weight. And that's where I find my peace. The Void has changed my life, and has become my life. Maybe it could change yours? It has helped brother having things pre done. Deca is up a bit and yes did it a few weeks ago.

W1D6 - Sleep was difficult last night. We are interstate with friends. Humidity in extremely high at 90% and they don't have A/C . That I slept at all in a room over 28c at all is a miracle.
One amazing thing though is my skin is still noticeably clearer all over. When I am usually in this type of climate my skin goes to shit almost instantly ever time. This time it has not.
Joints are still feeling good, and my bench session proved it is getting better all the time as pain was minimal.
Tomorrow I will move to IM so we can see what the differences are in uptake and distribution.

Feeling primed for my new stage now that everything is in place.
Deca is already proving to be a cut above with joints feeling really good as week went on.
I might bump my Test E and Deca a smidge in 4 weeks but will discuss with the legend @Southern first.

**Felt much more comfortable with this lift today. Greatly improved.

Flat flys 3x12x25kg
**Felt better again as shoulders dealt with the low stretch must better.

HGH-22K - @Gene-Tropin
W1D6 - Sleep was difficult last night. We are interstate with friends. Humidity in extremely high at 90% and they don't have A/C . That I slept at all in a room over 28c at all is a miracle.
One amazing thing though is my skin is still noticeably clearer all over. When I am usually in this type of climate my skin goes to shit almost instantly ever time. This time it has not.
Joints are still feeling good, and my bench session proved it is getting better all the time as pain was minimal.
Tomorrow I will move to IM so we can see what the differences are in uptake and distribution.

Test E & Deca - @Southern Cross Labs
Feeling primed for my new stage now that everything is in place.
Deca is already proving to be a cut above with joints feeling really good as week went on.
I might bump my Test E and Deca a smidge in 4 weeks but will discuss with the legend @Southern first.
I want to wring everything I can out of this next 12 weeks and have something entirely new and awesome at the end.

Seriously not much else that I can say today. Best to leave my thoughts exactly where they are today...privately bubbling away.

Everything falling into place brother, hopefully the sleep improves once you are back home. Trying to sleep in those conditions would be very difficult.
