Real Anavar is very underrated imo. It's not like primo where it's pretty much just for girls, Anavar is probably my favourite oral if I had to pick one.

@stevesmi i love me some RDLs, that stretch can be a freaking white hot burn, and Bulgarian split squats as well.
But there is something about doing leg extensions that I love more than squats, presses or lunges, I love extensions more than anything. They are too easy to go short with and quit, if you can push through that little boundary, they are so rewarding

But there is something about doing leg extensions that I love more than squats, presses or lunges, I love extensions more than anything. They are too easy to go short with and quit, if you can push through that little boundary, they are so rewarding
