Hey people did an evolt today,

So keep in mind that I was hydrated and ate before this one. So it’s likely inaccurate and it bit too genorous but I’ll do one again fasted tomorrow morning for a more accurate reading.

But how good is this, sometimes you may only have the scales to rely on and you may think that progress has completely stalled. But there is always something going on!

Really hoping the machine wasn’t faulty lol. I will start really cutting the calories back a bit though to get that weight down.

So it’s what the machine says I do think it’s faulty, with the skeletal mass probably more fat levels I havnt thinned out that much. But even with big errors. It’s a massive improvement for sure. I’m assuming a lot of the lean mass is water retention.

Added ketaconazol shampoo 3x times per week.
IPL photofacial session #2 completed on Tuesday previously mentioned, recovery was quick likely due to meticulous skin care, Glow70 and genetics. One thing I did learn is that this can ruin my beard if I keep letting them go over that area so I set my next app to 6 weeks away and I'll have them shield the facial hair from now on.

Keeping skin care basic for 2 weeks just a gentle cleanser and moisteriser and spf 50 if I go outside.

Most people require 3-5 session to get that even skin tone she focused on my upper cheek area where I had broken capillaries last session. I estimate another 1 or 2 sessions and I'll be hapoy but likely I'll do 5 just for max results.

@Alice_In_Ironland I spoke to the clinician about the morpheus 8 and she said I really dont need the RF micro needling and defs not co2 as I look so young and my skins good. She said I should just do 3 rounds of full face rejuran 4cc per session to get "That Glow" thank you for the advice saved me $$$.

Lately I've spent alot of time researching peptides particularly the mito type ones but also a few others.
I know alot of guys here are on Oral SLUPP332 but from what I found no studies are done on that and all the studies are on the injectable version but everyone seems to be scared of DMSO ?

First shot 25mg on Wednesday and I swear by Thursday (next day) my push session (bb bench, incline db, OHP and PDF) was insanely smooth on the shoulder joints. It was kinda scary because I was expecting a grindy RPE8-9 session which ended being a 7-8 instead (sticking to programme). That's only from first shot 25mg.....

Seriously, give this mans NPP a go. You won't be disappointed.
