Bpc has leaked or evaporated in fridge due to dodge seal, never had a issue until you’ve recently changed vials..
Please get back to me.
Never have had any past issues and have always ordered from you.

the cap is lose on the vial.
I do have my vials laying on the side as I need to hide them from my little brother…
So it’s either leaked or dissipated from the seal.
I’m not a tight arse and am happy to buy more was just bummed out when I went to subq my thigh last night.. 🤦🏽‍♂️

I'm unsure as to how anything evaporates in a fridge (that requires heat or warm air) not chilled or cold air and or leaks via a seal if sitting upright? Thoughts

Yeah thanks for the help mate 😆
Trying to understand how this could happen ect..
I've never heard of BPC "evaporating". Some subtle play in the crimp allowing it to turn also doesn't indicate that the seal is broken, it's simply twisting around the glass lip - there's a rubber stopper between the surround and the aluminium clamping onto the edge of the glass vial. Nothing is getting in or out of that unless you draw it out with a needle, even with you forcefully twisting it as you are.

If you had a legitimate concern about a manufacturing error, simply emailing our support team instead of making this absurd post would've been the appropriate course of action.

Please email [email protected] and a member of our team will be happy to assist you. I'll be up front in saying that I don't think there's a manufacturing fault here, at least not from what I can see from the video you posted, but I'd be happy to have them send you a replacement vial in good faith.

Please make sure this one doesn't evaporate though, as I can't promise another replacement...

Ok thankyou for explaining, maybe my power went out while I was away I’m not sure, was just wanting information, not calling you out, I trust you as I said you are my main source I just didn’t know how to contact you as I’m still new to these threads.

I have tons of peptides in my fridge at home and have used for years at this point. I have never had a peptide just disappear magically out the vial that is sealed and cooled
