So yeah quick update:
- I already paid for shipping (30$)
- i reached out less than once a day since ordering which was more than a week ago which to them was considered rude eventough they promissed 2day shipping
- i sent you an aditional 10$ for fedex (you wanted 30$ on top of the previous shipping fee)
- as of today, fedex is yet to receive the parcel, i just contacted them.
- very rude and sporadic customer support

Neither yet, rep hasn't replied yet to me they seem to be a start up still ironing things out....Gunna just get bottles of Pur. Probably Deca/Sustenon order first to test. I've had the most success least sides with this combo and I'm nostalgic for it since going into tren territory. My metabolism is funky. Ive learned half lives are just averages taken from a sample of people. Every persons physiology can be different with different chemicals and elimination wont be identical every administration. It's impossible to truely perfectly stabilize these hormones.....you'd need daily bloods.....as you know we do our best with as much labs as we can get and we guess based off what data we have and how our bodies feel.....the best solution is very short chain esters and anabolics....but that requires constant pinning which nobody wants......
I impulse ordered from a lab called Oxygen labs. A guy on here recommended a few BC labs that he vouches for, and I know a few people on their gear. They aren't approved, but all the guys I know who are on it like it and don't look like shit/have complaints. I have faith it'll be good, I discovered Syn the same way pretty much. EVO member backing it that's on it from my area plus bros I know using it? Just didn't want to buy it local. Found the source and placed an order for TNT. Anything I aim to consume I'm going to send off in the least.

I don't want to drop any names, he recommended approved stuff on here. But it's true this is an international forum and many dudes hyping canadian gear aren't even from the area. I only grabbed a vial and I'll test it, I ordered from elitebody.ca 2x bottles of Pur Deca/Sustenon....sent payment....been a while since I've heard anything. Sooooo we will see I guess.

Second cycle but first time anavar. I plan to do test at 400-500mg and primo at 400 mg a week for 16 week and add anavar in it for 6-8 week. Just not sure if I use anavar for a kick start or a finisherwhats your dose plan? any exprience with anavar testosterone?@Frozendan90

Hey, thanks for the welcome. Okk perfect thanks for the info on the timing. It's my first cycle, I've been working out for 5-6 years now. I am 6'1" and 178lbs bodyweight with around 13% body fat, I plan to run Test E at a 500mg/week dosage. I'm gonna up the dosage gradually to 500. Arimidex will be my Ai, and nolvadex and HCG for PCT. I chose those over aromasin because I heard aromasin works less effectivley compared to nolvadex. Not sure though, would love to hear any advice or recommendations. Nolvadex is a SERM its not an ai you cant use it on cycle to control aromatase.no dumb questions
arimidex is a reversible ai that temporarily blocks aromatase, so when you stop it e2 can rebound fast and hard, like a spike!
While aromasin is a suicidal ai that permanently deactivates the aromatase enzyme, so it tends to control e2 more steadily with less rebound. Aromasin also has a light androgenic structure and less negative impact on lipids which is why many guys prefer it on cycle over arimidex. I recommend aromasin to clients over arimidex anyday.

This is my physique right now, as I said I've never cycled before. I've done a good amount of research, I think there might be a misunderstanding I know the difference between the two. I stated in my reply that arimidex will be my Ai while on cycle, while nolvadex will be my PCT after cycle. Appreciate the clarification however!

Welcome to the brotherhood. Have you gotten baseline bloodwork yet? Theres a thread here on getting private blood work in Ont that your dr. wont see or be notified.
As for @LevButlerov 's question about your choice of ai and pct, its because you compared aromasin to nolvadex in effectiveness. Not sure if thats a typo or not.
On HCG use, i would skip on PCT as its detrimental. HCG externally stimulates the testes by mimicing LH, but it does not stimulate the pituitary. As HCG has the testes producing test again, your brain interprets that as "we have test, no need to make more LH or FSH". You essentially are fighting your own recovery.
The best HCG use would be pre-PCT. Like 4-6 weeks pre-PCT then stopping when you start PCT. That would jump start your boys for PCT.
id suggest pairing nolvadex with clomid for PCT. Great physique btw.

I just have the ai there just in case, I'd preffer a reversible one over a aromasin. However I'll definetley look more into it since you said aromasin is better. I'll also look into a mix of clovid nolvadex for pct thats great advice. For blood work I still haven't tested for my baseline, I did however see your post in the bloodwork forum I'll definetley be taking that approach for baseline. Thank you!

Yea, so in Ont, if you go to an outside after hours clinic thats not a part of your family doctors health group (if they are in one), ohip still covers it for us but then claws it back from your family doctors health group as a financial penalty. So family doctors get pissy. The reason you choose to pay the teletest, or any private clinics consult fee instead of ohip coverage, is so ohip doesnt claw the fee back from the dr. group. The blood test is still fine to have covered. Though any doctor with access to your ohip records can go through ohips database, but realistcally what doctor cares if they arent penalized. lol

your allowed to go to any clinic you wish, even outside your doctors health group (most are in health groups now a days i think). outside clinics may ask you whether your on another doctors roster.
if your thinkin of getting a full steroid panel, i doubt they would. a regular blood test im not sure but ytou could sweet talk em. lol
But if you dont care about your doc getting the ohip clawback penalty, you can get your consult at teletest ohip covered as well. through teletest you flat out pick what you want tested. thats your best bet.

This is a megathread for those that want to get their own testing done and there's a section exactly for guys like us. It's all explained in the first post and I indicated they have a specific doctor who does PED and cycle bloodwork for us guys. You can choose to let a copy go to your family doc or not. I do because I'm super open with my doc but most people either aren't or can't be because their docs are half retarded.
This service is so good the doc will even ask you if you're 'blasting' or 'cruising', they know all the lingo.
It's no more than $80 bucks for the PED panel and if you want to add specific other tests that are extra (like SHBG for example) you can just ask. Check out the thread and you'll get an easy how-to.

Authoring a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.
To really guide you we need more info from you:
Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread using a full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
It will take 15-20 minutes max.
We have 100's of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight, height, age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Do you still want to have kids? I recommend becoming as learned as possible on steroids in this order:
- PCT (after steroid usage how can you come off in a healthy way to get your natural test, hormones and HPTA back up and running)
- Diet/Supps (we must see you have this dialed in with the proper macros, calories and supplements specific to your goal)
- Training (we need to make sure you're training is consistent and proper)
- Steroids (then, if you trust this forum which you should, we will get you squared away for a proper cycle suited and tailored to you)
