Largely I’ve started moving to lower reps and higher weight aside from shoulder exercises as I’ve read it stimulates growth in the shoulder more reps and a higher workload.

Felt good in the gym didn’t use as much preworkout today so I wasn’t all crazy lol 😂

Diet was pretty good today aswell, kitchen meals at the hospital weren’t all garbage for once 🤣 like the other day it was this vegetable broth with like a slice of zucchini..

Definitely a place where I’ve gotta get my protein from somewhere else though. Havn’t pinned from the @Southern Cross Labs stash yet! But I’m very excited! Only a few pins away from finishing my vial, so if I have to bump it up a few units to get the remainder out so be it!

Lots of good vibes on the forum atm. Also enjoying listening to the evo podcast. Lots of pretty awesome people on there.

In a mates gym we had that crap you sniff for a one rep max that fucks you up once. Stupidest but funnest session in a while haha

So keep in mind that I was hydrated and ate before this one. So it’s likely inaccurate and it bit too genorous but I’ll do one again fasted tomorrow morning for a more accurate reading.

But how good is this, sometimes you may only have the scales to rely on and you may think that progress has completely stalled. But there is always something going on!

Really hoping the machine wasn’t faulty lol. I will start really cutting the calories back a bit though to get that weight down.

So it’s what the machine says I do think it’s faulty, with the skeletal mass probably more fat levels I havnt thinned out that much. But even with big errors. It’s a massive improvement for sure. I’m assuming a lot of the lean mass is water retention.

The overall weight progress has everything up where it should be and down where it should be, amazing. One huge health marker for you is the visceral fat dropping like a dead stock on the Nasdaq... that is some great work!!

Those evolts, are they at your gym or do you make an appt at a clinic? The only option in ontario ive seen is a dexa scan, i havent looked to hard into other options though.

Yeah at any anytime fitness it’s a franchise gym in Aus.

You hold two handles out to the side and step on special scales. Not sure as to the accuracy though. They’d be less accurate than dexa scan for sure

Ah yeah, my research. So i got most of it done (still needs a rewrite), then had to redo some equations. I went through around 29 studies/articles for data (relevant ones will be cited). But, i got to an impasse as to what measurements to use, and how i can make the math relevant to the EVO fam.

Ive decided to base my math off my generic amazon syringe set up, and provide a method for every EVO member to measure their set up at home. Ill also provide an excel attachment with the measurement data from those studies for the super nerds who want measurements from a controlled lab environment.

Basically sat around for a week or so trying to figure out how to relate the article to the casual readers without just throwing confusing algebra into everyones face. Lol.

Oh yeah, theres an anytime right beside my gym. Wonder if i can day pass just for an evolt. Closest dexa is an hr away in toronto and probably $200-300 or so.

So it’s what the machine says I do think it’s faulty, with the skeletal mass probably more fat levels I havnt thinned out that much. But even with big errors. It’s a massive improvement for sure. I’m assuming a lot of the lean mass is water retention.

Largely I’ve started moving to lower reps and higher weight aside from shoulder exercises as I’ve read it stimulates growth in the shoulder more reps and a higher workload.

Felt good in the gym didn’t use as much preworkout today so I wasn’t all crazy lol 😂

Diet was pretty good today aswell, kitchen meals at the hospital weren’t all garbage for once 🤣 like the other day it was this vegetable broth with like a slice of zucchini..

Definitely a place where I’ve gotta get my protein from somewhere else though. Havn’t pinned from the @Southern Cross Labs stash yet! But I’m very excited! Only a few pins away from finishing my vial, so if I have to bump it up a few units to get the remainder out so be it!

Lots of good vibes on the forum atm. Also enjoying listening to the evo podcast. Lots of pretty awesome people on there.

How’s the klow been going for ya so far anything noticeable to report? Keen to either go glow or klow try sort out some skin issues down the track.

Yeah the KLOW’s been good, so I’ve been injecting near my left elbow tendon that’s had surgery and near my right shoulder where I’ve had a sublaxed shoulder joint so it’s like an impingement. I’ve noticed that I’ve had no flare ups in my left tendon and that it’s slightly stronger where is it used to get affected a lot more easily and more right shoulder is much better and very resilient.

The GHK-CU makes your injection site red. I havnt noticed but apparently according the the missus my skin looks clearer. I’m thinking if not running it soon to see everything holds up!

No log today and my logs will be shorter for a bit as my family member that was sick passed away today. I’ll keep it going but I likely won’t track my meals and macros. Just gotta get my head right, I’ll be busy over the next couple of days aswell obviously. Thanks for the support guys 💪

Was reflecting on my fat loss over the last two months and went wow! 7.6kg of pure fat. My little chihuahua weighs 5kg. It’s really a lot! I’m still tubby but really just looking like a normal dude with a bit of a dad bod now.
