update:
just finished at the gym officially my second week on cycle. will upload session today
bit lower volume today as i simply didn’t have time. definetly feeling better in the gym and finding it easier to find that spot, getting angry ect. today was all linkin park and Metallica, had some creed too. glute is still a bit tender but other than that feeling great. sleep hasn’t been awesome but got my melatonin yesterday and hopefully that will make a difference. will upload food log and some physique pics when i get home. definetly notice im a lot louder in the gym and those hard sets are becoming more and more of an angry blur.
did a big dropset on my chest presses today @LevButlerov hit my max and then went down in increments of 10 until i couldn’t even move the bar.
ive never taken pre-workout before as i avoid caffeine due to its long half life but im considering starting it up, any thoughts boys?
