I have started the next leg of the Journey, my plan has been formulated with the guidance of

Once a week I am taking the following which I started on Sunday Night (25th of January 2026)

Eq - 200mg Viat - 075 Dose = 150mg - https://ugloz.is/product/platinum-equibol-boldenone-undecylenate-200mg-ml/
My Diet is attached, its cheap, its easy to do since I dont cook, unimaginative but once again I dont cook, it hits the macros and its easy enough to eat and 'assemble'
Context for what I have achieved since December 9th 2025 to Monday 26th of January 2026
Starting Weight: 93kg (205lbs) / Current Weight 85.1kg (187lbs)
Seated Leg Press: 62.5kg (137lbs) / 107.5kg (236lbs)
Bicep Curl: 15kg (33lbs) / 20kg (44lbs)
Bench Press: 50kg (110lbs / 62.5kg (137lbs) (I have now moved to Dumbbell bench press so its around 30kg per Dumbbell)
Tricep Pull Down: 32kg (70lbs) / 42kg (92lbs)
Dumbell Shoulder Press: 20kg (44lbs) / 28kg (61lbs)
Lateral Pull Down: 55kg (121lbs) / 69kg (152lbs)
(I do more sets of different exercises than this but I think this is adequate enough to gauge what has improved, please let me know if this isnt enough information)
Obviously I still am on Reta and will continue to do so, the eating side of things will be interesting.
I will train and eat 6 days a week and on the 7th day I will eat whatever I feel like and at whatever frequency mind you I dont really eat junk food or do crazy things like pig out on large pizza.
Cardio for me is just my Boxing and Mauy Thai Boxing classes as they are both Cardio intensive.
