there was an issue with Ultima testosterone. Turns out they We're sending out an underdose crap; it was a mix-up in the batch or something. Naps Gear sent me a message and they said that they would gladly replace it free of charge and they also threw in a free product as well. This is great customer service. I really appreciate them going above and beyond the call of duty.
