Attempted a semi sleep in, but typical fashion couldn't sleep.

Baby had 4week check up today,
Growing well, healthy little guy. πŸ’ͺ

Went off to the gym,
was a leg dominant full-body session.
Knee has been feeling sluggish last few days,
Today was nothing different,
However now noticed a bump on the Lateral side of my knee,
Training However was not effected, except for lying hamstring curls, that brought pain.

So I booked in and went and seen a physio,
Thankfully passed all the relevant testing,
Doesn't seem to be a tear or strain.
The knock I received to the medial side of my knee has seemed to cause an effusion,
So the bump on the lateral side is just fluid build up,
Which is obviously causing discomfort and tightness.
Just suggested to monitor and use Voltaren religiously the next 3 days.

Another day, another school drop off,
These weeks are so busy in the morning, but we still get it done.

Wife had a couple appts in the morning, so it was just me and the little ones for the majority,

She got home and I had to fit in a gym session before a 2pm appt,
This man had 40minutes and a dream,
And I feel it was quite a successful session.

Home and off to look at a kindergarten for the toddler,
Was quite the nice place actually.

Eldest had his basketball preliminary final tonight,
Under 12s play in halves,
First half was 15 - 2 their way, he scored 7,
Full time 31 - 23 he ended up with 9 for the game. 🫑
Through to the grandfinal next week.

Hasn't been that long, but damn it feels like it, hate not feeling like my body isn't running "optimally"

Yeah that’s a less than average response from the physio for sure… I swear they are 50/50 I had one for a year that got me doing these two exercises that weren’t helping. I then decided to change and I did a completely different exercise and I was improving in two weeks. Best of luck man!

Now to my knee, the dullache has shifted to more so the front of the knee, and feeling less stiff,

Wifes actual birthday today,
So up and attem with the kids to organise the balloons and breakfast, whilst giving the wife a small sleep in

Then off to a friends kids 3rd birthday party,
I may have succumbed to some lollies and a choccy. πŸ‘€

After a few hours there, back home and everyone was pretty well drained.

Had to muster up some extra energy and head out for tea and take the kids to the park.
Getting 5x kids in and out if the car like 6x in a day is a full-time job. 🀣

Kids sorted and in bed and crashed out on the couch


Just back an hour or so from an overnight thing. Unpacked. Put on laundry. Fed cats... napped lol

The wife decided to fall ill last night(with no idea what),
So I handled all the baby wake ups and the early toddler rising,

Then gave the lawns a fresh haircut, the weather we've had lately has made it take off like crazy,
Knee help up well whimsy mowing,
So I thought it was okay to head to football training,
Warmup wasnt too bad,
Noticeable but "eh",

Then we got into some "quick footed" "twisty turny" type drills, and ooooft did that absolutely set my knee off,
The full pain is right under the patella on the tendon,
There's no instability,
It's just a sharp aching pain, which after a bit started radiating to my hip,
Bit of research suggests it could also be caused by my hip being tight.
So I've got a couple ways to approach it going forward,
Further rest and Ibuprofen, continuing with the higher dose of GLOW,
Plus plenty of hip stretching and probably look into a massage therapist.

But, annoying nonetheless,
10 days until 1st game of the season.

A really weird nights sleep,
Slept good when I was asleep but to the point I wasn't even waking to the baby crying,
But when I was awake,
Pain 7/10 radiating throughout my knee up to my hip and down to my foot,
Tried to keep ontop of it with paracetamol and Ibuprofen.

Upon waking for the morning pain was still lingering, but as a dull ache,
Moving around isn't too bad, it's when at a rest it's annoying.

Headed up to the local clinic,
And have an ultrasound booked in for tomorrow,
But have anti-imflammatorys (Celecoxib) prescribed for the next 5 days,

The rest of the day was spent with the kids and wife.

Tried to keep ontop of it with paracetamol and Ibuprofen.

Upon waking for the morning pain was still lingering, but as a dull ache,
Moving around isn't too bad, it's when at a rest it's annoying.

Headed up to the local clinic,
And have an ultrasound booked in for tomorrow,
But have anti-imflammatorys (Celecoxib) prescribed for the next 5 days,

The rest of the day was spent with the kids and wife.

You would get a ton more out of Cardarine for sports endurance than eq, eq is a nightmare to dial with e2 and can make things much worse - Cardarine 20mg a day

EQ is an amazing steroid and you're lean enough and have amazing dedication and volume in your training that I think you'd benefit from it. Bloodwork is very wise to get first so we can see your e2 and decide on a dose based on your Test dose knowing your existing e2. It should be run a while, like minimum 12 weeks. Have you checked out our EQ megathread? ➑️ Equipoise megathread (with Estrogen discussion)

Let's get bloodwork posted up then go from there. Having said that it's a big decision and diligence will be key using bloodwork and proper dosing.

As for cardarine (GW501516) you work hard enough that you could benefit in its ability to aid in glycogen sparing while improving oxygen and fatty acids usage for energy (as opposed to glycogen). Dosing ranges from 10-20mg for 6-12 weeks and yes it's cycled.

It happened for like 2 nights,
then hasn'tagain, history leads me to believe i had some sort of an infection mayhaps? When its happened in the past,

A really weird nights sleep,
Slept good when I was asleep but to the point I wasn't even waking to the baby crying,
But when I was awake,
Pain 7/10 radiating throughout my knee up to my hip and down to my foot,
Tried to keep ontop of it with paracetamol and Ibuprofen.

Upon waking for the morning pain was still lingering, but as a dull ache,
Moving around isn't too bad, it's when at a rest it's annoying.

Headed up to the local clinic,
And have an ultrasound booked in for tomorrow,
But have anti-imflammatorys (Celecoxib) prescribed for the next 5 days,

The rest of the day was spent with the kids and wife.

Got my hands on some Slu-pp-332 and Cialis today,
Feel like it helped a heap for my session and my titty and arm pump was unreal,
Wife said my arms looked massive. (I think she wants me)

If EQ crashes your E2, which is likely as you get leaner and eat in a deficit, your going to feel horrible, I know what aussie rules footy asks of the body, its very different to bodybuilding or strength training, I wouldnt add it in season, you would want to trial it and see what it does - great compound but I have spent most of this cycle dialling and addressing e2 related sides.

Bit of fluid build up + inflammation.
Small tears (Grade 1) on the Medial and Lateral Meniscus,
(Every chance they are pre-existing injuries, and the knock I took aggravated them causing them to become inflamed.)
Appointment with my Doctor tomorrow, to fully go over the results, and make a plan going forward,
Hopefully once the inflammation settles, it's all systems go,
So little less stressed about it at the moment.

Toddler woke in the middle of the night and came to our room,
I could get as far as the couch before he was upset. So I spent second half of the night on the couch, but wasn't an issue.

Drs appt in the morning came and passed, which I touched on earlier today in a separate post.

Then off to get an early birthday present provided by my wife,
Which was a tattoo of all my kids names.

Gym session went smoothly,
