Hey all. Little background story for you.. been out of the gym for about 9 months now after a sports related injury. Was cleared to go back about a week ago now and feel great, no soreness from said injury. I’ve been locking back into eating properly and lightly exercising for the past couple weeks. Looking to start hitting the weights hard again.
I placed an order with Syn and my items were delivered promptly.

Cycle:
250 Test C for 12 weeks 20mg Anavar for 6 weeks. Plan on starting end of this week/start of next.

Stats:
32 yo
5’8
155 lbs

Goals in the long term:
165-170 fairly lean
Get back to my 225 bench atleast.

Eating about 3500 calories (may up it to 4000)
Chicken
Lean beef
Fish
Rice
Broccoli
Sweet potatoes

Nice first log post and thanks for the pic of your base physique, your log will be in the log que for approval no later than tomorrow.
Bloodwork looks excellent! Only question I had was if you were fasted for your A1C?
Your base looks strong and I can tell you've lifted before, good work!

We'll need to see your training as you go in order to guide you on that.
Based on your goals I think you can up the calories to 4000 if you're looking to gain 15lbs but we'll know if this is appropriate once we see your training and a good macro breakdown based on what you eat day after day if you can track for us?

Do you use digestive aids? Psyllium husk, digestive enzymes, apple cider vinegar (with mother) etc. We'll want to keep protein high with carbs too on a bulk so digestion will be key.

Probably but let's see as we go. Since you don't want to cut any weight first you'll have to train hard and have good energy output and the lean mass should start to build.

One thing I use all year round but especially on cycle (with bloodwork to prove it works) is N2Guard. Yes I I was fasted, I noticed it was a bit higher than I was expecting.

It's not that bad just a tad high but we can work on it through daily diet etc. as we get your log going

Honestly it's probably a good idea to even start now before cycle. Leading up to cycle and with baseline bloodwork is the best way to both start a cycle with us knowing where you're at and builds up your log with info for others to have a better idea on how to provide feedback.

I have not in the past, but I had some issues bulking before so I will definitely add these to my routine.
@LevButlerov got me on these in my 2025 log and it was a game changer, big time.

Look forward to adding some updates.

your E2 is fine but your shbg is high, you want it under 50 usually so the cycle should help that

I just started logging my diet today from @HarleyGuy suggesting better sooner than later. I’ll give a update on macros and meal schedules in two days from now when I get a rhythm going.

Welcome to EVO bro, cant wait to see your cycle results. Do you have an app for tracking macros or lifts/cardio or weight? If not, check out MyFitnessPal. Itll make logging a breeze as you can do screenshots as attachments if your go that route.

Make sure when selecting meats in macros, search for cooked entries as meat loses 25% in water weight during cooking.

Pro logging tip - For sections that will repeat every log like a supplement, gear or peptide list, make a copy and paste in your notepad. Itll cut some time off of logging.

Check out my log down below in my signature. Starts off long for back story, vut youll see newer ones a screenshots amd a copy padte with quick update. Feel free to steal ideas/format etc. from mine or amyone elses logs.

I got a lot of love for your supplement list as well. The fish oil works really good and the multivitamin is a good idea as well. Maybe a digestive enzyme could help you as well especially if you're going to increase the 4,000 calories. @GreatWhiteNorth8

I think your goals are very reasonable. Gaining 10 to 15 lb of lean muscle mass would be perfect especially with your height. I think you're going to do great. @GreatWhiteNorth8
 
It was a back injury so there was not much that didn’t aggravate it excessively. I did what I could without putting myself in a lot of pain.
@GreatWhiteNorth8 Bros, after my plumbing accident, the doctor said I would never lift weights again. I was in bed for pretty much two years but I came back strong. Don't give up on it; you can come back strong too.

This is great bro... getting into a rhythm becomes easier when you know you have to post in your log, trust me. Use your log as motivation to both track and eat well.

It’s been a long year for me, was starting to go crazy.

Today’s food log, didn’t get as many carbs in as I would have liked to, it was a hectic day at work and didn’t plan my meals out extensively. Hit 3200 calories.

Got home and did a half hour of cardio.
Did 3 sets of 50 pushups.
Back was not sore at all after, looking forward to the weights soon.

Just started the cycle this morning. Going to be pinning Sunday, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Had no PIP at all. Good stuff from SYN.
Finally hit the gym today and did legs eased into it all to see how my back would feel and it was no issue.

Leg press: 220 3x12
Leg extension: 80 3x12
Standing calf raises: 100 3x12
Lunges: 40 pound dumbbells
Squats: 135 3x12 (was most worried about this)

Half hour cardio to end it.

Will post calories and macros for the day later tonight.
