I gradually worked up to 40mg. At first I was on the fence, so I quartered the tabs and started with 10, now 40mg is easy and helps with the food noise but I don’t feel like i am on speed.

At first, I actually didn’t like the Clen, i was aware of the risks and the benefits. I had to slowly work my way to 40mg, monitoring BP the whole time.
The food noise is good now especially with low dose Tirz.

Whoooooo!! Bro the Anavar is great!! I am two weeks in and I am very happy.
Although, yesterday I had to do some running around and I was getting back pumps from the walking. I increase the taurine this morning! It helps

Yes!! MCG!! Brother, I have a respect for this drug big time. 3 on 3 off NEVER EVER above the 40.
When I took it for the very first time, I swallowed 40mcg and it was like I was tweeking. It scared me.

Great mindset, every day is a gift and you only get one chance at the day then its gone. Think about things that matter for 10 minutes isn't worth the time of the things you can do now that will matter in a years time. Own the day!

You have to be careful with clen — it’s a good compound, but it needs to be used wisely. From what I know, it quickly saturates the receptors, so the most common approach is using it for two weeks on and two weeks off — that tends to give the best results.

I haven’t heard much about the option of two days on and two days off, but it’s always worth trying. I believe everyone is different — there are general guidelines to work from, but if you don’t test something on yourself, you won’t really know how it works for you 🙂

The VA is getting set up with a pain and spine specialist in town now, hopefully it will happen faster now. It is arthritis

😂😂😂 I looked pretty comical doing the hitch step shim sham out to my car, I did a lot if eccentric burn shit. I actually lost count on the extensions and just did each set until I couldn’t. I went to that place brother, that cleansing by fire place

YES!! This day will be a great day! The hardest is over with! When I did that 120 reps on the cable flys, i was calling out for mommy!! I did 3 sets of 40. I went deep enough to get a little stretch and still keep the shoulder out of it. Brutal brother!!!
