Went back tonight for squat technique practice.
120kg BW (non-fasted)(may have had a few pizzas

)
Strength is right where I want it. Bodyweight’s pushed up, fullness is there, Definitely holding a bit of water/fat as expected, but that’s part of the process when you actually commit to a proper strength/bulk phase.
Next week is the final week of the peak, dial things in, keep execution tight, and let the numbers speak.
After that… I’m honestly keen for the cut.
Time to strip it back, tighten everything up, and hold onto this strength while bringing condition up.
Rough strength level
- Bench 200 × 6 (more in the tank)→ ~235–245kg 1RM
- Squat 215 × 8 → ~270–285kg 1RM
- Deadlift 270 × 4-6 → ~315–330kg 1RM
The mock meet day is going to be fun.
No drastic changes, just consistency:
Heavy lifts
Food high
Recovery on point
Finish the bulk strong → then sharpen it.
Let’s go
