Need some recommendations on how to eat more food.

I was watching backstage with the pros and Ronnie Coleman was talking about how he was taking some low dose poison basically to digest his food faster and stimulate appetite. pinning more oil is not going to make up for the bottleneck that is food.
What can i take that ISNT mk67 that REALLY gets your stomach working.

Current things i take are:
Glutamine
Digestive Enzymes
probiotic.

EQ is another good one, liquids calories help alot. I used to smash a 1200 calorie shake everyday on my commute to work. Little 10 minute walk after each meal helps aswell.
 
EQ is a good shout boys ill look into that, as for the liquid calories im already pushing this to the max i have 2 1300 cal shakes as it is lmao.

There is a lot to unpack here my brother, how accurate is your tracking of calories and consistency would be the first (provided it’s perfect) what is the rate of gain weekly your trying to achieve and what amount of calories dose this need to go up by

How is your current digestion and is there any foods you know that don’t agree with you (it vary so much person to person)

But where I’m going with this is, higher calorie > lower volume foods are a easy way

You need to start as early as possible in the day too , dont skip meals dont lag. Space them apart and be consistent.

✔️ quick math: 50g of dates (36g carbs / 166 calories)

Do that to 4 meals in the day > 650+ calories added to a day with only 200g of small volume

This is only one example, plenty of variables to consider - but some times it’s the long hanging fruit that is the answer
 
Depending on your fats is like, you can add on a dizzle of olive oil to meals or get a good quality block of pecorino or parmesan and eat a chunk on the side with meals 👌🏽 both easy way to rack up some quick calories.

Pecorino and parmesan also have decent amount of protien too along with the fats 👍🏼

And they taste so good , I can eat a whole box easy in a day. I had to stop buying them because I destroy them 😂

I’m down to only 20g dates post workout now 😭 feels are real lol lol
 
I smash dates to when I'm on a cut and need a sweet fix
They are mad, and a little added fibre can help.

They are only one example of lower volume higher calorie options, but pairing dates with say: sushi rice, honey, and whey (you can have 1000+ calories with next to no volume)

Same in reverse when your calories are low and you may need more volume for less calories

More often then not the easy fix is nutrition before needing to add more compounds is all I’m alluding to 💜💜💜

What you heard Ronnie say was probably cyproheptadine mate, old school antihistamine bodybuilders have used for decades for appetite, 4mg 2-3x daily will have you eating like a horse
 
I use a lot or carb powder it’s extra caliores and I just mix it with my pre
Probably not the healthiest but f it

Rapid slin is my go to. With the added benefit of actually helping the nutrients go to where they need to. Problem with a lot of appetite stimulants they wreck your insulin sensitivity over time.
