Ya bro, I havent got my gigantic ass treadmill down the stairs yet so ive been slacking on ny cardio. On the plus side it did give whatever was bothering my right ankle time to heal up.

Im in the same boat, really got to step the cardio up over the coming weeks, no treadmill for me though (hate it), just boxing, stationary bike, rowing machine

My rest day today, I did manage to disassemble that massive treadmill get it into my basement, reassemble and test it to make sure I didn't break anything before I had to leave for work. This is a way nicer treadmill than my old one so im pretty excited to get back into cardio tomorrow morning!

Thanks bro! Those laterals are mega tough especially that far into my workout, I want to add something to this cycle for strength. I had really good luck a few years back with a rad140/yk11/lgd cycle ill try and find a pic to post but id like to maybe add lgd again. Ive got 2 shots of pharma test left and I see my dr this week to reveiw blood work. Hes gonna want me off test and im gonna tell him im gonna blast for a few months lol I need him to send me for free t and shbg labs cause he didnt include it on these last labs but im probably gonna kick it up to around 300mg test a week, im on 85mg now @LevButlerov suggested adding provioron i think but I responded amazing to sarms and that lgd is calling me lol

Ya, we didnt know it was bad, I took it for a month and had crazy strength increase. Never did bloodwork cause I got it at a supplement shop and I was probably 22 or so at the time.
I wish I took it more seriously back then lol

Apparently superdrol was otc for a while too lol

Tried doing decline bench and really struggled so I think im gonna do more incline/decline bench on my chest days, I dont really struggle with straight bench too much. Gotta build up the weak spots!

I always hit the treadmill on rest day, ive lost significant stomach size and looking in the mirror just makes me wat to keep going! This group has helped me really get something serious done and I love it!

I could probably do 200, ive been carefully stepping up the weight just cause of my AS really causes inflammation in my back near the end/beginning of the month. I take my injection on the 5th of every month then im completely pain-free for a good 3 weeks. I can take things like ibuprofen during that period where it starts to wear off but im not a fan of it cause that stuff is bad for your stomach.

Would 100% be down to start a new log. I will re weigh myself monday and start @biogenix test cyp on Tuesday. Thinking of starting with 200mg a week and see how i feel while I try to get new blood work. My dr is booking a few weeks out so im looking at other options for bloodwork. 😁

Half a dose, skip a dose (if you inject weekly) can normally bring it in range (and blame it on the hcg if it doesnt)

I inject tuesday and friday but thinking about going to 3x a week when I up my dose, I dont have much for side effects and I actually feel 100x better since I stopped taking arimidex weekly and a couple weeks of tamoxifen cleared up my sore nipple. The clinic i was with wanted me to try different ai drugs when my e2 was 30 and my nipple wouldnt clear up lol I tried to tell them, they didnt listen of course

I just need to have a chat with him about what exactly I want to be testing for. Last round he didnt get free t or shbg. I need to find a list or make a list to give him so he gets everything I want on the form for the labs.

It helps to know free t and shbg, but when it comes to "blasting" its other things you need to be concerned about, cholesterol levels, estrogen, rbc, hematocrit, prolactin etc...because you can blast for as long as the bloodwork is good, an you need to know when to stop
 
For sure. All those things he already tests for but for some reason our canadian Dr's dont test for free t lol shbg was tested when I was getting bloodwork with the trt clinic but my dr seemed to miss that on the last round. Gotta make a list for the guy lol

Today's lifts and food
Squats. 4sets, 25reps, 170lbs
Leg extentions., 4sets, 25reps, 120lbs
Hip extention. 4sets, 25reps, 55lb per side
Calf raises. 4sets, 25reps, 110lbs
Low back extentions. 4sets, 25reps, 120lbs
Ab crunch., 4sets, 25reps, 100lbs
Oblique crunch. 4sets, 25reps, 50lbs
Stomach vacuum. 10 sets 10 seconds each
Treadmill 30 mins
protein a bit high keep it closer to 250 :D
 
Rest day today. 1 hr treadmill.
Food:
Carbs were a bit higher than normal but still relatively low.
I didnt go crazy with protein today @LevButlerov lol

Food:
Carbs were a bit higher than normal but still relatively low.
I didnt go crazy with protein today @LevButlerov lol
carbs are fine now :D good high protein enough for now

I checked out that injections site @LevButlerov , im a little nervous about doing delts, full disclosure i use this auto injector cause ive had a needle phobia my whole life. For some reason I cant stab it into myself and beleive me, ive tried. This works for IM and subq. But I need some really detailed information on how to find the proper spot on the delt before I try it lol

Chest fly. 4sets, 25reps, 45lbs a side
Shoulder press. 4sets, 25reps, 50lb a side
X-over rear delt rows. 4sets, 25reps, 50lb a side
Lat shoulder raises. 4sets, 25reps, 20lbs a side
Shoulder shrugs. 4sets, 25reps, 80lb a side
Stomach vaccuums. 12 sets for 10 seconds each.
30 min on the treadmill

Im in so much pain from yesterday's work out. I took 4mg cialis, a huge pinch of salt and drank a couple liters of water and felt like a god before yesterday's work out but man im super super sore today lol

Those cals seem fairly low. Were you just a bit short this day?

Im actually having a hard time keeping cals up with my carbs down, im trying to get below 20% bf
