Hey lads little about me… training for 6 years. Enhanced for the last 8 months. I’ve tried many of the labs here and on evo, and need some accountability and place to post my training meals and so on

@Scuffer I'm seeing more and more people using Mots-c. It's not something I personally need but I know a lot of people that could definitely use that boost so let us know how it goes.

I'd probably up the reps a bit at least on exercises like pec deck and laterals.

I mean generally anywhere between 6 and 12 reps is fine. Just never see reps below 8 recommended for small movements like that. Likely due to the potential of form breaking down. Also better to save the low reps for the big multi joint movements like presses.

I'm a huge fan of stacking some testosterone and EQ together. Also, Anavar works really good, and so does HGH. @Scuffer

Yeah, I have no use for it, unlike the energizer bunny in the morning, but people who lollygag, I think it's a good option.

Absolutely brother. You know quick tip I saw on instagram from Paul Carter for DB lateral raises. Instead of having both feet side by side, put one foot out. I found I could lift more and control more.

Also to your point, totally makes sense bro!
It’s a seated gym80 lateral raise. Really nice machine. I try my best to keep the reps above 8, the first rep is always the hardest and then you get into the groove. The bottom portion is ridiculous on that machine 😂

I’ve only ever used test and eq oils. I haven’t had the chance in my journey to use primo or masteron, or else my coach would prefer those for me.

Are you of the same opinion bro? You like primo/mast or more of an eq guy?

This was at 420mg test e per week only. My coach altered my dose soon after and even now we’re trialing how I feel vs bloodwork.

I’m getting bloods in 2 weeks times but I feel great. Will probably look to drop it to 325mg and milk all the gains possible!

Do you have estrogen results brother and were they completed with lcms tests?🙏

I've gone back and forth over the years. I used to experiment a lot with steroids back in the late 2000s.
