From what i heat is that side effefts on sema are worse as well. My advice is to run reta and make sure youve got some organic psyllium husk powder as well. Thatll help regardless of what GLP you decide on. Regular non organic psyllium brand names like metamucil are mostly sugars and fillers. Meta by weight is only 30% psyllium husk and although organic doesnt taste the greatest, its much better cost and health wise.

As for dosing you should start a log with you diet, supps and exercise and the brothers on here will help you dial in.

You're going to want to start the semaglutide at a very low dosage so you get used to the effects it has on the gut and food noise. Half a milligram only.

If you want to run semaglutide, I'd recommend starting with 0.5 to 1.0 mg a week and gradually increasing it. I wouldn't push it past 2.5 mg.

Semaglutide is a good option but Tirzepatide and Retatrutide are much better. They're triple and double agonists.
