Yea I do whole blood too, but I hope between American red cross and Kentucky blood center so I am able to get away doing this approx every 4-6 weeks closer to 6 I would say, so by the time next rotation come I am 10-12 weeks from last donation for each center. Provided I feel fine and no weakness or anything which has not been the case so far.

i do one blood. they are pretty good. usually its pretty empty there
i like how they tell you where your blood went, that atleast tells me they are using it and its helping someone else.. good karma!
 
You are da man, literally I have every compund and half a dozen to a dozen vials ofnall of them except sustanon amd dbol which I will stock up.as well. But yes test and primo it is. Now for my p.t as well they got me doing some cable hammer curls with 20lbs and rope rows on cable and rope push downs for triceps and lying down chest press and lying down punches. They said next week we will stsrt on lateral related exercises as well. So definitely getting closer to the end.

test and primo is a fine cycle, lets just go low dose when you start POST-PT please :D
 
Man I have been take 16mg slu-pp-332- and 60mg bam 15 split twice day and was impressed with the results, umbrella had 50mg a piece option so went with that, this will clean me up real good, as an help me meet the timeline I set for myself for a flat belly. Kind of nervous a little bit the rubber is not to meet the road tomorrow will let you know how it goes. @ceo

I am gonna run carbs a bit higher need to stsrt to put some weight back, fast loss of happening at quite accelerated pace due to the monster fat burning stack that I am running. My body needs to consume more have c run a decifit long enough man. @LevButlerov
sure if you want to recomp we can do that :D
 
Shoulder shrugs wa done last Saturday and chest press was done in Monday, that's smoke of rest in between. Trust me I would have not attempted it if I was not feeling good about it. @LevButlerov

Or however you suggest is the best way to go by it. That is z my thinking but you let me know what weight should I target ideally and there adjustments along with it. @LevButlerov
 
So far so good week one on it. Dose is 50mg SLU-PP-332/50mg BAM15 in the morning pre workout.
And another set at lunch.

So total intake is 100mg SLU-PP-332/ BAM15.

feel fine I think my hunger has gone up smugly but thst could just be my mind playing games coz I am trying hard to stick to my macros goals.
I usually take it with my remaining fat loss stack, which includes, 80mcg clen twice a day, 25mg t3 twice a day 30mg cardarine twice a day, Aod9604 subq pre workout in the morning.

It is literally transforming my belly fat situation on a daily basis.

It is a pretty heavy duty fat loss stack.

right now until we finish PT i wouldnt change much tbh
 
Do you think my body can even process more protein, I will do whatever you say to bump it up to, coz I am already doing 2 times my body weight as it is . How much should I bump it up to please advise?. @LevButlerov
I meant more like 20 grams :D not much

No pain, even today in physical therapy they had me doing bench press, and shoulder punches, hammer curls, and rope push down, feel just fine. @LevButlerov


Macros from yesterday is not an option to show, if I forget to capture it aft the end of the day, there is no way to see it, what yesterday macros were

Yea pt has no issues as long as it is light weights and said do not over exert it but if you feel rested and no pain, couple of sets of light weight is fine. @LevButlerov

Still staying away from any overhead press and lateral excersizes.

Baby vegtables starting to come now, tomatoes, green peppers , sweet peppers, eggplant, zucchini... waiting on beans and okra and few other kinds of peppers, and strawberries

I habe a full bloodwork.scheduled for tomorrow through, hopefully it will shed some more light on things if there are any issues. But I am think this stsrted about 2-3 weeks ago.right around the time my mounjaro.dose was upped and on tjat reta and cagrilintide is the culprit here stopped all of those except prescribed mounjaro amd see if things improve in a week.or two.
 
Yea man jist feel like either my bp and sugar is fluctuating, extreme fatigue and light headed, so taking a step back and monitoring both trying to find out what is it.

Have stopped reta, cagrilintide and all other peptides includ9ng hgh. Just fell back on prescription medication and dosage. Coz it cannot be normal tonfeel.this tired and exuasted whether I excersize or I do not. Or maybe I am struggling to stay motivated. Idk which one is it, but it should not he this much of a struggle to get out of the bed. @LevButlerov

I am on once a week mounjaro 10mg, my blood pressure meds and trt 120mg weekly. That's it. I have been monitoring my bp every couple of hours, that seems to be steady, not too much fluctuations hovering around 110-120 range. Sugar levels are stay as well. So it's neither, I am willing to bet it was 200mg of SLU-PP-332/Bam15 and 60mg of cardarine, which was making me tired and exuasted. If all stays stable for another week and every levels stays good, then I know it c was that and will cut the doage in half. @LevButlerov

Coz since I stopped every day has felt slightly better. Like today woke up quite refreshed and not feeling tired and less hungry.

I would just stay on TRT and GLP1 for 2 weeks before changing anything :D
 
No pain but I will cut down the number of days at the gym on days i have p.t. coz now they are.also.making me do pretty extensive excersizes, or stleast that is what I thinking to.avoid over exertion by doubling up on those days. @LevButlerov

So far they have been, do you think i need to provide them a trellis or something similar to climb taller, so it can go on all season long @stevesmi
Some of the extensions on them will grow but if you have them at a good height, they'll just grow over the bucket you have them in.
I think the key is to make sure that you don't overwater them and you don't underwater them. It's got to be just the right amount. If you give them too much water, they'll develop mold.
