Test eq is a good stack. I like the dosing that you're doing. @RawCutlery you're being aggressive but you're not being ridiculously aggressive if that makes sense.

Tuesday is chest day, lets hope we can find a bench, more kids are showing up as school is for summer tomorrow.

I'm getting stronger and feel good overall, I just happen to notice that the anavar has me sweating more as well as the little bit of tren that I take. That is the only side I'm dealing with, blood pressure is good, glucose is good, last time I got blood checked was 5 months ago and blood work was great.

Sitting at 218lbs, should be hitting the 225lbs train here soon. Very excited about it as the biggest I was last year was 213lbs.

I am motivated and very enthused to push and be better on a daily basis. My life for the most part is a boring Tuesday...

I go to the gym at 3:00 am, then come home shower and eat. Get my kid at 7:00 am come home feed her and eat again, from there do homework, trade on the stock market and upload info to the logs. I drop her off at 6:00 and then at the gym by 6:30. Home, posing, food, shower and bed by 9:45pm.

Nothing scintillating, or fascinating. I am strict and insanely focused at this point, as I don't want to get my ass handed to me at the Masters Olympia. Still waiting on the date and also the location as to where it will be held, wherever it will be, I will be ready, as this has been the best training year of my life. Thank you for everything @US-pharmacies

Thursday is the 2nd portion of chest day for me.

I had a bit of a odd moment this morning. Started having bad stomach pains for no apparent reason. I had chicken rice, veggies, and a rice cake, my 2nd meal as shown below. The pains eventually went away in about 2-3 hours but during that time it was bad. My mouth was watery as if I was going to vomit, I was literally over the toilet.

The persistent negative self talk and obsessive focus can trigger sever anxiety, depression and a surprisingly high rate of suicide ideation.

95% of this is me, I don't compare myself to others because I understand we all have different genetic makeups. I do however feel like I look like shit, and I need to improve in all areas, I feel like nothing I do is good enough and I can't seem to fully transform the way I want.

I do understand that it takes time, and this is what we call delayed gratification...

I just wanted to speak out and say for those who really do suffer from this disorder, Please don't be afraid to reach out and talk to someone if you feel you're going down a certain path that's a bit challenging to come back from.

They are thinking she could possibly have multiple sclerosis, she's getting transferred to a different hospital that has equipment dedicated to going over brain patters and functions to try and see where these seizures are coming from.
@RawCutlery I'm just now hearing about this. Best wishes. I think that when stuff like this happens, it really gives us perspective in life. It's great that you are taking your family so seriously.

It's really my outlet to have some alone time and get my mind off of the noise and ruckus of life. I can focus and be selfish, I can worry about me and what I'm trying to accomplish, which is having great health while trying my best to transform my physique overall. We've chosen to have a cremation rather than a ceremony and will dump the ashes near the grandparents burial site, so yes this is really happening. What matters is she is no longer in pain and in a much better place.

Upon waking they're somewhat numb, and I place them under hot water for a little and Im fine from that point.

I look full and feel very good, I'm having very good deep sleeps with no interruptions and glucose is averaging 82-83 in the morning and then between 84-87 after workouts.

This is the best HGH I've ever taken, I can't take more than 7iu's per day as If I take more my hands will literally not work... lol!! Upon waking they're somewhat numb, and I place them under hot water for a little and Im fine from that point.
