Using deca for joint relief

I’m about 90 kg at 5'7". Trying to really push myself in the gym, I train about five times a week.
I've been pounding away off and on since I was about 15 years old. I'm now 33 years old. Over the past couple of years I really started to lift heavier and I'm definitely feeling the effects of strained joints. Would Deca be a solution for this, and would you run 400 mg a week of it?

it can help with some things. but overall i never saw a great benefit from using it for this purpose

Bros, any benefits you get will be gone when you come off. That's the problem. You could be in worse shape after

It doesn't work well for me at all. I thought it would help. It may have helped a little bit initially, but after a couple weeks, the pain came back worse.

I would say focus on changing the way you train and taking some time to give your joints a break. As you get older, this becomes very important.

Deca is one of the best options for the joints but at the end of the day you're better off using joint supplements.

My joints were getting fucked from how rapidly i was gaining strength added 200mg deca and it helped. I think BPC would be superior tho
