I’m about 90 kg at 5'7". Trying to really push myself in the gym, I train about five times a week.
I've been pounding away off and on since I was about 15 years old. I'm now 33 years old. Over the past couple of years I really started to lift heavier and I'm definitely feeling the effects of strained joints. Would Deca be a solution for this, and would you run 400 mg a week of it?
