Hello my new found Family.
Well it was certainly a busy day on the EVO site for me.
Quite a number of members listend to my podcast and it was rather well recieved, something I never imagined but am very happy about.

Well a few things here:
- increased HCG to 750iu 2x weekly as mentioned yesterday. It has had a bit of an effect on my E@ it feels like as my oily skin is back with some associated pimples. I may need to split the 1500iu into 3 as I think the 750iu may be a little too much for the body to handle in one go.
- The increse in hgh is going well although the increase of the HCG has put a spanner in the works as there is a bit more than normal water retention. May hold off from increasing to 5IU for a few days just to see how things progress.
- Have continued to take Aromasin 12.5mg and will increase to 3x weekly.
- Have just worked out that I will not have enough Mast P at 700mg so will drop it to 600mg for the last 2 weeks at work and hopefully increase it when I get home.
- Might have to reintroduce Cargi and at an increased dose, the reason being as it helps with the insulin sensitivity and this will help Reta in this area also but from a different path. It boosts satiety, slows gastric emptying, and helps regulate post-meal glucose spikes. Reta improve insulin sensitivity, lower fasting insulin/C-peptide, reduce HOMA-IR , improve HbA1c, and support better glucose control overall but is better at around 8mg compared to the 5mg I am on, but can not afford to increase it. But with the intro of Cargi I hope to have better metabolic stability.
- Will be introducing ANAVAR 20mg tomorrow.
- The shoulder continues to get better with the stack I dose ED.
Diet and MACROS
Continue to follow the MACROS that has been laid out by @LevButlerov with the increase in carbs and trying to access Low GI carbs. Have to do some serious crawling to the ships cook. Managed to get a 600g of sweet potato and a heap of porridge, so today I seem to have managed to majority of carbs to be Low GI. No real adverse effect as yet but do not have access to a glucose monitor, may have to invest when I get home.
Currently have a bit of fatigue and low energy but this is more than likely from only getting 4 hrs sleep and training most days. There is no raging thirst or frequent urination or incessant hunger, no blurred vision or headaches.

Workouts
Not much of a workout today. A couple exercises on shoulders, calf raises and Wide stance Smith Machine squats. Will feel the squats as haven't done wide for a while. Still a worth while day.
Did 35min on treadmill Zone 2 and then the gym with max rest between all sets. Shoulder felt good 85% pain free and 70% ROM, getting better all the time. Am slowly pushing the rep numbers before I push the Vol.

Generally the day over all was good, continually adjusting the dosing as I go and find things which may help or may be a detriment.
Got my steps in, ate mostly Low GI carbs and kept the macros on point, maybe a little high.
One of the older crew, around my age, is getting into the gym more often these days and has recently hired a trainer and said it was all my fault.
I'll take that!

G'Day EVO family,
Its another day and it was a great one, but probably not for the reasons you are thinking.
There was no 10000 steps today, there was no Gym today, no core workout and no aerobic workout either.
But what there was, was Plenty of SLEEP. Yahoooo! Finally got more than 3-4 hr. Got a solid 8hrs with only one piss stop. Thats amazing for an old fart like me, the one piss stop I mean.

Well A few things got changed around again.
-Mast P was reduced initially to m600mg week as I worked out that I would not have enough to cover for the last two weeks onboard my vessel. But that will be getting reduced again next pin day as advised I should be on lower dose by @LevButlerov, am in such good hands, thanks for looking out for me @LevButlerov. Will be dropping down to 300mg week which will make my pins easier with not so much volume.
Pinned my Quad for the first time in a long time, the tech was good, did not feel it and it went in nicely and no bleeding afterwards.
But holly dooly the next day my quad felt like a mule kicked it, maybe 3.51ml a little too much for the quad? Anyway back to the Glutes I go.
- Have started ANAVAR 20mg ED as promotes lean muscle preservation/gains while supporting fat loss, leading to improved muscle definition, hardness, and a "dry" look with minimal water retention.
-HGH will be remaining on 4.5IU as the little water retention in the ankles is not completely gone, so will stick to this dose until the body says otherwise.
-Still have a fair bit of oiliness so will continue with Aromasin at 12.5mg 3x week until this symptom reduces.
-BP is good and resting Pulse remains around the 70 which is about right while on 5mg RETA for me.
Diet and MACROS
Found a few things that I can get into for more Carbs which are Low GI.
-Pears, absolutely Low GI around 35 on the index and each one is 220g of juicy goodness and only 125cal and 33g carbs so I smashed 3 and got 103g of low GI carbs.
-Raspberries Low GI (30) and Blue berries semi low gi (53) slowish anyway and still very blood-sugar friendly.
-Spaghetti Pasta white GI 45 better than the Blue Berries so and a bit of the old pasta.
I was pretty good on the MACROS but was poor in the amount of water I drank, only 2lt but if you add up the tea and all other things, then around 4.5lt of water for the day. I need to be drinking more to counter the ankle swelling due to the high HGH. I know it sounds counter intuitive but it works. So am thinking the reduced amount of water intake is the culprit of my slightly swollen ankles today. Only my theory.
Supplements:
Nothing has changed with supplements except that am running out of a few, so they will be disappearing from the list.
Main reason am mentioning supplements at the moment is cause I used my supplements plus a few other things to give me the good days sleep.
-Glycine 4000mg
-Super Magnesium 750mg
-L-Theanine 400mg
-Magnesium Glycinate 1310mg
-Ashwagandha Extract 1200mg
-Melantonin 30mg
-Doxylamine 25mg
-Paracetamol 1000mg
Yes that is just for me normal as have a hard time sleeping this shift on the vessel and only dose when am totally knackered, as I was yesterday.
But as I said only woke up once to go to the toilet and slept a solid 8.5hrs. So feeling much better today.

@Kopite67 Yes I think that there much more experienced people within our little EVO family that I am more than willing to listen to and adjust upon their advice aka @LevButlerov and then there is this old frame that tells me a thing or two every now and again and if i dont listen it breaks. Wow how easy is it to slip behind in your log!
Better update my Stack as have orals which I haven't included in it. Updated now.
Have updated dosing on Mast and included ANAVAR.
The day was much better after having rested and slept the day before.
Macros were good although a little over on the carbs. I still can not understand my CUT and being on 3200cal a day. Hydration was good for the day as well
BP was normal 125/77 and RHR was 71bpm which has been normal for a while now.
The workout was good on the Chest and Bi and Tris.

- Reintroduced Cargi more so for the insulin sensitivity assist than for the hunger.
- Reduced Mast to 300mg which will be implemented tomorrow.
- Maintaining the Aromasin 12.5mg x3 as skin still oily.
- Have not increased HGH as there is still residual swelling around my ankles and will give the body more time to titrate to new levels before raising to 5IU.
- Shoulder stack continues to provide relief and support for the Ostio Arthritus pain in RHS shoulder and seems to be continually improving.
- Over all am feeling good and am listening to my body and experienced members in relation to my stack, health and diet.
Diet and MACROS
Have found that 600g of pears, although good in Low GI Carbs, tends to go through me so may have to limit to 1 or 2 pears a day.
Another discovery on the Low GI side of things is Coconut water, very low GI and a source of Carbs but too much of this can cause K-Na imbalance so need to watch. Normally could increase intake of salts but with me titrating HGH to 6IU and swelling around the ankles occurring I don't want to be adding salts as this can add to the water retention issues.
Had a bit of a breakdown and had a huge craving for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich so had to have one which pushed me over by 300cal.
Water consumption for the day was good.
Supplements remain unchanged.

Workouts
Started of with just a strech then into Smith Incline bench. Every time I do these they feel better and better on the shoulder, not pain free as yet but not as painful. Am getting better and better ROM and have been slowing it down and because of the increase in constant tension feel that am actually getting a pump in my pecs.
Threw a super set in there with Bi's and Tri's as well as incline bench. #min rest after the full super and 30sec between excersises. Great pump on the arms and the bis seem to be getting more definition although the poppey muscle is looking worse and worse..
Threw in there some Kelso shrugs and close grip smith incline bench with reverse curl to finish off. Nice workout and managed to also squeeze out over 10000steps for the day. But am a little concerned as my consumption cal are almost the same as my Expenditure cals so not really in cut mode but feel like maintenance mode and the definition I had a few weeks ago seems to have disappeared.

Closing Comments:
A good day overall but concerns that I am not cutting due to high intake of nutrition.
Sleep is always an issue on this shift and hopefully next time I come back to work will be on the day shift so hopefully will be a little better.

Yeah, been trying to get to the likes of @Koba and @PrinceDaddy @Pigsy to see their logs and listen to their podcasts but struggling to find time while working on the ship. Is there a place to find others in prep mode?Great overall update brother. Slight manipulations of your diet can make huge differences. If you check some of the competing, and pro, bodybuilders in prep mode on Evo, you can gain some incredible insight into this.

The day was much better after having rested and slept the day before.
Macros were good although a little over on the carbs. I still can not understand my CUT and being on 3200cal a day. Hydration was good for the day as well
BP was normal 125/77 and RHR was 71bpm which has been normal for a while now.
The workout was good on the Chest and Bi and Tris.

Have found that 600g of pears, although good in Low GI Carbs, tends to go through me so may have to limit to 1 or 2 pears a day.
Another discovery on the Low GI side of things is Coconut water, very low GI and a source of Carbs but too much of this can cause K-Na imbalance so need to watch. Normally could increase intake of salts but with me titrating HGH to 6IU and swelling around the ankles occurring I don't want to be adding salts as this can add to the water retention issues.
Had a bit of a breakdown and had a huge craving for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich so had to have one which pushed me over by 300cal.
Water consumption for the day was good.
Supplements remain unchanged.

Workouts
Started of with just a strech then into Smith Incline bench. Every time I do these they feel better and better on the shoulder, not pain free as yet but not as painful. Am getting better and better ROM and have been slowing it down and because of the increase in constant tension feel that am actually getting a pump in my pecs.
Threw a super set in there with Bi's and Tri's as well as incline bench. #min rest after the full super and 30sec between excersises. Great pump on the arms and the bis seem to be getting more definition although the poppey muscle is looking worse and worse..
Threw in there some Kelso shrugs and close grip smith incline bench with reverse curl to finish off. Nice workout and managed to also squeeze out over 10000steps for the day. But am a little concerned as my consumption cal are almost the same as my Expenditure cals so not really in cut mode but feel like maintenance mode and the definition I had a few weeks ago seems to have disappeared.

Hey there @Koba yeah am not big enough and shredded enough, but am always in a rush. I thought I was cutting but I see now what @LevButlerov has planned out for me and thats a recomp instead and that way will get bigger quicker for when its time for me to do my lean bulk after this recomp and bridge periods. I am still learning and @LevButlerov has been helping me out big time. Ultimately I want 100kg+ 10-12% BF. This is my first goal and this is my first time on AAS so its a huge learning curve for me and so happy that this community and @LevButlerov has my back.Is there an underlying issue that you aren't happy with in this present stage with your physique?

Am feeling good though, full. I haven't been able to weigh myself for a few days due to the movement of the vessel in the seas, look forward to tomorrow to weigh myself to see how things are going.

Workouts
Got up to the gym a little later than normal so no stretches and straight into some weight work. Started with Dumbbell one arm bent over rows as haven't done them for a while. A bit hard to get going but once I felt the blood pump into my back and seen the veins pop on my arms as I lifted the weight the motivation started to return. The vol went up on my headphones and the reps became slow fluid-controlled concentrating on the target muscle, grow those wings boy. Yeah baby feels good now. Motivation now controlling the tempo and determination takes a back seat ready to take over when the time and need comes. Love a good pump. Most sets had the full 3min rest between sets, not many exercises but felt good. Managed to get 10000 steps in also for the day and have averaged over 11000 daily for the week. Happy with that.

Ok am catching up.
Today another test of the desire and want. After only 3hrs sleep yesterday and only 2hrs today it was really hard to get my arse up to the gym.
I got there, managed a few streches and got into some shoulders. Decided to just do shoulders as quad still a little swollen from my pin a few daysa ago. Its getting better but thought better not aggrivate it and wait till no more swelling before I work it.
Macro managed to nhit my carbs but a little light on the Protiens and fats. Worried am not going hard enough to warrent the amount of cal I am intaking. Water intake down a little again, got to do better there. Cargi back in and will be 3x weekly at 500mcg. Changes to HCG and still with Aromasin.

G'Day good people, am still playing catchup, time, where does it go?
Motivation seems to be lacking today, am having to drag my sorry arse around.
Ok, no motivation, use determination.
Quad still swollen due to pin a few days ago.
Skin still oily on and around face mainly.
Ankles still slightly swollen.
Sleep minimal, energy down.

Week 7 (05–11 Jun) – Anavar 20 mg + TUDCA

Diet and MACROS
Consumed 3400cal today, this is no longer a cut but more of a recomp. Will need to work harder to keep the fat off but difficult out here and without proper rest. Am trying to find anything that is carbs with Low GI to lower the insulin spikes.
Am feeling good though, full. I haven't been able to weigh myself for a few days due to the movement of the vessel in the seas, look forward to tomorrow to weigh myself to see how things are going.

Workouts
Got up to the gym a little later than normal so no stretches and straight into some weight work. Started with Dumbbell one arm bent over rows as haven't done them for a while. A bit hard to get going but once I felt the blood pump into my back and seen the veins pop on my arms as I lifted the weight the motivation started to return. The vol went up on my headphones and the reps became slow fluid-controlled concentrating on the target muscle, grow those wings boy. Yeah baby feels good now. Motivation now controlling the tempo and determination takes a back seat ready to take over when the time and need comes. Love a good pump. Most sets had the full 3min rest between sets, not many exercises but felt good. Managed to get 10000 steps in also for the day and have averaged over 11000 daily for the week. Happy with that.

Overview
Ok am catching up.
Today another test of the desire and want. After only 3hrs sleep yesterday and only 2hrs today it was really hard to get my arse up to the gym.
I got there, managed a few streches and got into some shoulders. Decided to just do shoulders as quad still a little swollen from my pin a few days ago. Its getting better but thought better not aggravate it and wait till no more swelling before I work it.
Macro managed to hit my carbs but a little light on the Proteins and fats. Worried am not going hard enough to warrant the amount of Cal I am intaking. Water intake down a little again, got to do better there. Cargi back in and will be 3x weekly at 500mcg. Changes to HCG and still with Aromasin.
PED Daily Dosing
Ok so HGH remains the same due to ankles telling me my body has not had time enough to titrate properly so remain here till ready to increase.
HCG increased to 750IU 2x weekly as the boys have serious shrinkage and am hoping this will stop it.
Aromasin continued due to oily skin still telling me that E2 slightly elevated. Also, there is a reduction in hardon after MT2 dosing which also indicates E2 elevated so continuing Aromasin at 12.5mg 3x weekly.
Cabergoline continued at 3x weekly to combat increase in prolactin levels and am considering increasing to 4x weekly at 0.25mg after the increase in Deca to 500mg. But have 1.5 weeks before am home and will be testing as soon as I get home so probably will wait before upping caber.
As previously stated Cargi reintroduced and now at 500mcg 3x weekly.
Have stopped taking Tadalafil as reflux is back and will reintroduce when am home and going to gym and getting good rest.

Diet and MACROS
Today I undershot Proteins and fats a little and carbs were on point. Probably should have undershot the carbs but not sure there.
Water intake was under again but better than the day before. Small improvement is still an improvement.
No real change to supplements so have not included in list below.

Workouts
Managed to strech a little before starting.
Smith machine military press felt great no weight increase but an increase in reps all controlled and slowed and all sets to 1RIR so real happy about that and as a bounus, little to no shoulder pain, just this was worthwhile going to the gym for.
Reverse fly to target the lagging rear delts and calf raises to target slow developing calves and Arnold press to close out the session. Not huge again but well worthwhile as shoulder felt better than it has for a long long time. No pain during and post lifting looks like my little stack maybe having an effect finally. Will definitely keep this going for months or at least until I complete my lean bulk. Managed to get a fair few steps in today as was busy at work doing maintenance on deck so totaled around 14000 steps for the day which is good going for me.

Managed a weigh in today and was surprised as was close to my starting weight still but with the TBF and Lean Muscle Mass both leveling out, to me shows the reduced intensity over the last week or so. But it was not as bad as I thouight it would be, so very happy there.

Yeah its part of getting old andcrealising you should have looked after the body a bit better when youngerKeep sticking it. If it hurts don't do it, or do a base weight slow or stick to a pin machine. I'm having shoulder issues myself. It was one side, now its both. You are always working around something. That's part of the game.
I know it is tough and the working life you have is not conducive to getting the optimal rest. Just my observation. I wish you good tidings brotherIts the shift I am on at work. Midnight to miday.
When I finish, go down to mess for a feed finish the back to cabin need to talk to the missus as she get lonely at home sometimes. By thst time its around 1400 go shower and hit the hay. The ship is rolling in the swell the engines and thrusters are running at full pelt trying to maintain position while the opposite shift try to delivere cargo and take backload. There are loud thuds as the cranes on the rig uses the side ofbthe vessele to slow the movement of cargo while they try to place it on deck. During thatvtime you might get 2 maybe 3hrs broken sleep the rest is tossing andcturning andctrying not to getbthrown out of bunk due to the vessel motion in the sea and swell. Before you know it the alarm goes of at 1900 to get up and go to gym. Drag my arse out of bunk, shower wake up pre workout drink dress jumper hoodie go outside is freezing cold wind, not quite arctic but cold enough. Climb a ladder and when at top almost get blown off with the force of the wind, fight your eay up and onto monkey island where our gym is. In I go. Ok here now set up music ear muffs loud so you font hear engine and wind noise. Right get into it 1.5 -2 hrs finish up down you go in thevfreezing cols wind again down ladder around the outside of vessel and now its raining get to the door go inside get to cabin. Shower warm up get dosing ready pin orals supplements cup of tea. Lets not forget shoulder stack with hgh andvhair treatment. Now its 2345 and time to go to work. Swap with opposite shift and in the seat for 12hrs and then do it all again.
Time for sleep is at a premium if I want to train.
Next swing will be on days and generally get a little more sleep then so will be better. When st home I get solid 7-8hrs sleep and great training sessions.

Today I undershot Proteins and fats a little and carbs were on point. Probably should have undershot the carbs but not sure there.
Water intake was under again but better than the day before. Small improvement is still an improvement.
No real change to supplements so have not included in list below.

Workouts
Managed to strech a little before starting.
Smith machine military press felt great no weight increase but an increase in reps all controlled and slowed and all sets to 1RIR so real happy about that and as a bounus, little to no shoulder pain, just this was worthwhile going to the gym for.
Reverse fly to target the lagging rear delts and calf raises to target slow developing calves and Arnold press to close out the session. Not huge again but well worthwhile as shoulder felt better than it has for a long long time. No pain during and post lifting looks like my little stack maybe having an effect finally. Will definitely keep this going for months or at least until I complete my lean bulk. Managed to get a fair few steps in today as was busy at work doing maintenance on deck so totaled around 14000 steps for the day which is good going for me.

Closing Comments:
Managed a weigh in today and was surprised as was close to my starting weight still but with the TBF and Lean Muscle Mass both leveling out, to me shows the reduced intensity over the last week or so. But it was not as bad as I thouight it would be, so very happy there.

Overview
Another day and I have actually caught up on my logs. Which is good as don't have to try and rush, although when I did rush point form was rather affective and it reduced my waffle. Will look into that more, I think.
Another short session, this time with some legs to keep the saplings growing and the rest were target towards lagging muscle groups.
Macro was close to on point and am sticking with the 300 carbs 250P and 80 F. My definition is disappearing but am feeling fuller and larger and I do like feeling big. Well big for me anyway.
Another day that was hard to get going and seem to be running out of puff early in the sessions, but that's pretty normal when onboard with just over a week to go before I go home.
My quad feeling much better and swelling has reduced considerably hence the reason to do a little leg work.
PED Daily Dosing
Ok lets point form this. Not much has changed.
-HGH remains the same as even though swelling gone down on ankles, if pressure applied to area an indentation remains which is telling me that water retention is still a slight issue.
-Still not using Tadalafil. Will stop taking reflux medication to see if stopping Tadalafil has resolved the reflux issue.
-Skin was not as oily today but will continue with Aromasin
-The coconuts looking smaller but will maintain the current level of HCG and see over the next few weeks

Some rear delt work and Biceps. Am loving the seated incline dumbbell for the sheer isolation and always for me a great pump. I think I have mentioned before that I have not worked biceps for a long time due to the tendon rupture and am trying to get them to catchup to the Tris. They seem to be rounding lout nicely, even if I do say so myself.
Finally did some squats on the Smith machine narrow stance this time and really felt it. Managed to increase weight a little and nice slow and steady reps without lockout to maintain tension. Nice little pump. I love the way I feel after getting a great pump on the legs but convincing myself to do legs in the first place is hard.
Managed 10000 steps again today and have averaged 9.5k average for the last 31 days. Pretty happy with that.

Morning Good People,
Had a good day today although the session was a bit short again but it was a good one.
Macros are being maintained.
Not much has changed on the PED's and dosing except have started taking 10mgAnavar and 10mgTadalafil sublingual pre workout.
Results and effects covered in the next section.
Got a good 4-5hrs sleep and felt good but it ate into the gym time.
PED Daily Dosing
-HGH remains the same. Indentation still remains when pressure applied.
-Did not stop taking reflux meds but did take Tadalafil 10mg subligual. Under the tounge for 10-15mins and felt it more pronounced compared to ingesting. Pump was great when in the gym.
-Also took 10mg Anavar sublingual and yep can feel it after 30-40 mins and it felt like strength was increased. Could be just that I got some sleep will continue to assess.
-Skin was not as oily today but will continue with Aromasin and no change from yesterday.
-Cargi at 500mcg dosed and absolutely nil on the food noise. But then again do not feel like eating but still manage to consume my required amounts.

Continue to look for Low GI carbs and take it when found. Over on the calories but the carb and protien macros were slightly high but still pretty well on point.
With my increase in HGH dosing and increase in Carb intake I have been on the lookout for signs and symptoms of blood/sugar imbalance in the form of insulin resistance which leads to hyperglycemia (elevated blood sugar). What I have been looking for is:
The only one that I have is the fatigue but that is mainly due to lack of sleep and rest all else is good and pretty happy with that. This will be checked thru my bloods when I get home. Fasting Blood Glucose (FBG) and HbA1c (Glycated Hemoglobin) main ones to watch.
- Increased thirst
- Frequent urination
- Increased hunger
- Blurred vision
- Headaches.
- Fatigue

Once again not many exercises and mainly focused on Chest Bi and Tri with forearm. Sets on the Incline Smith Machine bench press were awesome for me as managed to increase weight, control the weight and maintain tension throughout each rep. Managed 7 sets which included 1x warmup set. Managed to get a good position on bench and bury both shoulder blades into bench and bring the bar down only a few cm from chest. This is the lowest I have managed for a long time. Controlling the weight on the down as well as the up using a 2x2 count worked a charm as there was no jerking motion in any part of the lift which alleviated and shoulder pain.
Managed to get a good pump and the sublingual Tadalafil helped there. I was blown away with the extra strength I felt I had as previously only managed 1x 70kg set at 6 reps now all sets were 70kg and over 10 reps. Sublingual Anavar pre workout for me will now be standard. Combined with the Bis and Tris exercises this provided a really good upper body workout and pump for me and I actually enjoyed it. I also took some cheeky bicep measurements after the workout and got an extra 1cm on the girth of my bi's and tri's. They look goooood when pumped.

Morning Good People,
Had a good day today although the session was a bit short again but it was a good one.
Macros are being maintained.
Not much has changed on the PED's and dosing except have started taking 10mgAnavar and 10mgTadalafil sublingual pre workout.
Results and effects covered in the next section.
Got a good 4-5hrs sleep and felt good but it ate into the gym time.
PED Daily Dosing
-HGH remains the same. Indentation still remains when pressure applied.
-Did not stop taking reflux meds but did take Tadalafil 10mg subligual. Under the tounge for 10-15mins and felt it more pronounced compared to ingesting. Pump was great when in the gym.
-Also took 10mg Anavar sublingual and yep can feel it after 30-40 mins and it felt like strength was increased. Could be just that I got some sleep will continue to assess.
-Skin was not as oily today but will continue with Aromasin and no change from yesterday.
-Cargi at 500mcg dosed and absolutely nil on the food noise. But then again do not feel like eating but still manage to consume my required amounts.

With my increase in HGH dosing and increase in Carb intake I have been on the lookout for signs and symptoms of blood/sugar imbalance in the form of insulin resistance which leads to hyperglycemia (elevated blood sugar). What I have been looking for is:

Workouts
Once again not many exercises and mainly focused on Chest Bi and Tri with forearm. Sets on the Incline Smith Machine bench press were awesome for me as managed to increase weight, control the weight and maintain tension throughout each rep. Managed 7 sets which included 1x warmup set. Managed to get a good position on bench and bury both shoulder blades into bench and bring the bar down only a few cm from chest. This is the lowest I have managed for a long time. Controlling the weight on the down as well as the up using a 2x2 count worked a charm as there was no jerking motion in any part of the lift which alleviated and shoulder pain.
Managed to get a good pump and the sublingual Tadalafil helped there. I was blown away with the extra strength I felt I had as previously only managed 1x 70kg set at 6 reps now all sets were 70kg and over 10 reps. Sublingual Anavar pre workout for me will now be standard. Combined with the Bis and Tris exercises this provided a really good upper body workout and pump for me and I actually enjoyed it. I also took some cheeky bicep measurements after the workout and got an extra 1cm on the girth of my bi's and tri's. They look goooood when pumped.

@PrinceDaddy what do you do for chest with bad shoulders to grow it?Keep sticking it. If it hurts don't do it, or do a base weight slow or stick to a pin machine. I'm having shoulder issues myself. It was one side, now its both. You are always working around something. That's part of the game.
There is no way to answer that without a baseline, which is what I am setting up with this cut and lean bulk cycles. Will be increasing for bulk.Do you really need close to 2000mg?

good obersvations on tracking where you are physically. i think fatigue is pretty common. sometimes we might get 15 minutes less sleep, or maybe train a little too hard and take things too hard @zedtwitter63

@PrinceDaddy what do you do for chest with bad shoulders to grow it?
I would take a comfortable weight like 20lb dumbbells and get an adjustable bench. Start in the decline position and do slow volume dumb bell press and dumb bell chest flies
What I usually do, my bench lowest position will be decline. I will do one set dumb bell press, then one set of dumb bell fly. Move the bench up one position and repeat till you get the bench to almost shoulder press.
Give that a whirl. Should give you some inner chest striations.

You rock!If you have shoulder issues and with our age, not to failure. I would say to pump, you should feel a pump in the chest and you should feel a little strain where the pec inserts under the armpit. Try 10 to 20 reps. Chase the volume pump.

Overview
Another hard day to get going. Little to no energy. No changes to the dosing and PED's and Peptides.
Shoulder is doing rather well and I may increase BPC157 to 2mg on top of the Glow I am injecting, jury still out on that one.
Sweeling not totally reduced but the depressions not remaining as long so will look to increase tomorrow.
Quad almost back to normal and most of the swelling has gone.
Skin still oily but getting better so will continue with Aromasin.
This is the end of week 7 have one more week before I go home.
Will probably look to taking a day or 2 off to fully recover before I get into it.
Looking forward to using the Deca and TestE from @shadow labs as I feel what I am currently using is way beyond sub para and cannot wait to use quality products which they have kindly supplied. Am almost out of Mast P also and will see if I can get an early TYD from @shadow labs so that I can continue with my Recomp.

Workouts
Some streches to satrt.
Smith bent over rows for me PB and number of reps still high. Will try to push an extra 10kg next time. I know it is not much weight but thats all I can do.
The one arm row on the cable felt really good slow isolation and feel the strech and the pump in the lats. great .
Incline shrug followed by smith shrug provided the pump diuring the smith shrug at a good weight for me.
Nut and bolt reverse curl blew up my forearms and I like that look.
1140 steps today, but wow nothing like @PrinceDaddy he is pumping out over 20000 at times, what a legend.

Workouts
Some streches to satrt.
Smith bent over rows for me PB and number of reps still high. Will try to push an extra 10kg next time. I know it is not much weight but thats all I can do.
The one arm row on the cable felt really good slow isolation and feel the strech and the pump in the lats. great .
Incline shrug followed by smith shrug provided the pump diuring the smith shrug at a good weight for me.
Nut and bolt reverse curl blew up my forearms and I like that look.
1140 steps today, but wow nothing like @PrinceDaddy he is pumping out over 20000 at times, what a legend.

Everything seems to be going well. Am putting on weight but hard to tell if I am putting back on fat stores, I hope not. But the graphs below cleqrly show that there has bee a reversal to the previous trend.

Hey Folks, well another day with little to show for it.
Today the mind was willing but the body had the final say. All the intentions of doing chest today but slept thru alarm and woke up 20min before shift started.
Bugger, I hate saying I will do something and then not doing it!
But here in Australia we have a saying, SHIT HAPPENDS, then we move on. A little disappointed in myself but shouldn't be harsh on myself as it is such a minor thing and I have been doing well considering.
My lovely supply of HGH from @Gold Standard Labs has all been used up and now must revert back to the no name no cert Chinese stuff.
Was asked by @Mobster Do I really need close to 2000mg?
Had to have a think about this, as being new to the game I have jumped in boots and all and am lucky I found this site as there is so much info on here as well as the awesome EVO family which go out of their way to assist and help in any way they can, just as Mobster just did.
The answer I came up with is simply I don't know. How would I know if I NEED this amount of PED's or more or less?
I cannot answer that without first of all trying and seeing where my boundary's lay. I think I have been doing this methodically so far. Slowly increasing where I think will do me the most benefit but also listening to advice where others more experienced recommend otherwise. Prime examples of this is the Mast P and the Tren. I am glad I dropped the idea of Tren usage earlier and the recent drop from 700mg to 300 mg of Mast. Both were suggested in a manner to make me think, review and come to the correct conclusion and I thank you for that @LevButlerov @2Thick @ROIDDERS @Mobster

Diet on point still and am amazed at how much I have fouind onboard that is low GI. I did some stats for yesterday and found that my tatal Carb intake consisted of 68% Low GI carbs, 23% Med GI carb and only 9% Hi GI carbs. Just goes to show if you really want to you can.

I have increased HGH to 5IU, as the swelling is mostly gone and the depressions are returning to normal quickly, so almost on track to be at 6IU for the last 4 weeks. All else remains the same. Will continue to take Aromasin until I get my bloods back which should be mid weeks 9.

Awesome day, full of energy, full of go, full of desire, I am just full of it. But seriously its amazing what a good rest has done for me. The body spoke, I listened and now I reap the rewards.
Great morning at work, dosed up with some real coffee and man I was buzzing, full of beans looking forward to getting in the gym.
Only did a few exercises but a lot of sets. Got myself a new exercise, @PrinceDaddy Chest Pump, man that worked although need to build up to the flies as shoulders were not handling it too well, but definitely got a pump, thankyou @PrinceDaddy
Starting to run out of supplies, Primo has maybe one more jab, not bad estimation before leaving for work and organising everything to bring to work.
PED Daily Dosing
Am now only doing Anavar and Calai sublingual. Continuing Aromasin until blood results come in after I get home.
Shoulder getting better all the time. Can not increase BPC at the moment as did not bring extra so will look at increasing when am home, but shoulder in good place for the push during the last 4 weeks.
Ankle swelling increased a little and more so on the RHS ankle but will maintain this dose for the week and possibly for 2 weeks as it looks like at these higher levels I need to titrate longer if I intend on increasing dose.

Workouts
When my watch shows that I burn 200cal/hr I know am pushing and today was one of those days. As I said, not many exercises but plenty of sets and each set of @PrinceDaddy Chest Pump involved 20x press followed by 20 of fly at 28lb or 12.5kg with the bench starting as low as possible and raising by one step each set. The reduced rep numbers only reflected the reduced ability in fly reps all sets were at 20 for the press and even with a light weight it got heavy fast. It produced a great pump and in the areas where I am lacking mainly in the upper pec and outer upper pec near the shoulders. The flies were a bit of a problem but am sure with more of this it will get better. I really feel that using my shoulder stack with cartalax the more I use my shoulder the more it glides rather than grinds, but it could just be the Deca helping out here. Either way am loving it.
The smith incline bench was at higher weights and every set was to 0RIR and the dropdown sets only 30sec to 1 min between sets. Increased weight on the cable tri push downs and they felt really comfortable and controlled with just the last few with body motion assist. The super set of 3, wrist roller, close grip dumbbell incline and the dumbbell incline curls were the finisher. That took me just over 2 hrs, rest between smith incline press was at 3min all other rest periods were 2min with no rest between transitions of press to fly on Prince daddy's chest pump.
So, a lot of time resting but the increase in weight was worth it.
Overall, a great workout which felt good. Had trouble getting to sleep as shoulder, both of them, were aching. A dull ache rather than a searing pain and just put it down to muscles and joints not worked this hard for a while. They are fine as I write so a great outcome. Managed to hit 14000 steps for the day which was a bonus as well, so a really good day for training and overall mind set.

Overall the scales are trending still in the right direction even though I feel I am overeating, but I have to trust the process @LevButlerov has set out for me, feel like will need to discuss the bridging process soon as it will come quickly. Will put together something and add to one of my logs in the next few days or even when I get home and have a bit more time to work on it. Will look to do the same for my lean bulk and will put both on here for all to go over and see what suggestions arise on improvements on both.

Good Morning All
Well its getting close to that time, 4 more days and I fly home.Am looking forward to getting back to my local gym and getting back into it. As good as our little gym area is, you can not beat a stable floor and room to move with a good selection of equipment to use.

It was a good day with steps just shy of 10000 and a reasonable workout which saw just under 10hrs of gym time for the week overall with one rest day thrown in. My diet and macros saw a weekly average of 320c 290p and 75f which is a bit of an increase in Protein and an average of 3120cal daily. My stats continue to improve with fat reducing and lean mass increasing which is going to position me in a relatively perfect position post bridge cycle into my 16 week Lean Bulk for an end result of 100kg and 10-12% BF. The eye is on the prize and am sure that with the support of @shadow labs and their quality product the results are within reach.
PED Daily Dosing
Today I ran out of PRIMOwill hopefully be able to pick something up when I get home to get me thru my last 4 weeks of this cut/recomp. The increase to 5IU HGH is going well as the sweeling has gone down and the body is accepting the increase. I most definitely will be increasing aiming for the 6IU target as this is in the upper range of the 4-6 area which is frequently cited as effective for body composition changes — easier fat burning + lean muscle gains which is all that I am chasing. Will be getting blood test when I get home and have included:
The addition of insulin and hbA1C and HOMA index just for insulin sensitivity due to the high HGH dosing for a virgin like me and one of my age. The liver function and Lipid tests will give me an indication whether to increase Anavar to 40 mg or not. Will need to get more TUDCA and start taking 1000mg daily with NAC and Milk Thistle.

No changes here and fairly constant. Slight increase in protein intake over the week but body seems to be absorbing the uptake and hopefully converting to lean mass. The daily macros remain stable with a good portion of carb intake being low GI which are good for stable blood sugar, sustained energy, satiety, and better body composition overall.

Workouts
Todays workout was a mixture again.
I haven't done glutes for a while so they were first cab of the rank with smith machine RDL's, nothing too heavy to ensure lactic acid remained minimal.
Shoulder press was good very little pain and increasing weight which was really happy about.
Also noticed with the seaterd curls that my right arm is so much weaker that my left which is due to the ruptured Longhead Bicep tendon, need to work more on the RHS now to even things up.
The weekly steps remained above the 10000 average which was a good showing and my weekly workout time was close to 10hrs for the week.
