@bigKO1 bros, don't slack on the cardio. It's very important. 30 minutes, three times a week is really good. Try and do some high intensity for 10 or 15 minutes if you don't got time.
@ceo , Yessir 3 x 30 is the plan.
You'll have to give us a rundown sometime of how you like those beef organ complex capsules. Do you really think that works or is it more of a gimmick @bigKO1
@ROIDDERS, Haha it's hard to say with supplements sometimes, it adds some flavour to my meals which I like. They are also nutrient dense so that's a plus. They make me feel healthy even if they do nothing haha.
Hey brother, great update. Looks like we are both slamming the Kangaroo mince. Cheap, lean asf, and i actually like the taste aye.

Keen to get a progress pic tho brother, do you feel you've recomped? Or put on any muscle? Im only on week 2, so don't feel/see anything yet.
Yeh I love the Kangaroo for sure.
Progress pics end of week will show us haha although strength has been steadily improving, I feel my muscles are fuller and the scale is progressing up. Definitely nothing huge in terms of size/strength as yet but the last 6 weeks will be better than the first 6 weeks I'm sure. Also, not expecting anything crazy on 250mg.
That is great. I used to have a lot of nightmares but I've gotten better as I've gotten older.

This was a great session, I don't enjoy training legs a whole lot tbh but enjoyed this. Forgot how brutal bulgarian split squats are, even just two sets had my legs feeling like jelly.
 
Bloods after week 5 are in! @R&Dpharma Test 250 doing it's thing. :love:

E2 is up from 79 to 191. I haven't had any real symptoms but will be adding in Aromasin at 12.5mg E4D to try and get this back to a healthy range (Gyno avoidance important to me). Question is every 4 days a good starting point or should I do more frequently?

Notes:
🏋️GYM
: Going great, no complaints. Steadily improving which is what we want.

🥩Food: Macros at 2,350. Eating the same foods day in day out (Kangaroo and rice x 2, pre workout carbs, big tea, Protein shake before bed).

⚖️Weight: Sitting at around 72kg. This is about a 4kg increase since the end of my cut.

😴Sleep/Recovery: Solid, bit inconsistent over the long weekend, also had a few drinks which lowered sleep quality + recovery. Time to dial the fk back in.

Other:
-Mid cycle bloods done happy with the results although need E2 management. Will retest in the next 3 weeks to ensure it's back at a better range.
-Feeling full and vascular.

PED's:
Test E 250mg per week split into 3 pins.
Supplements:
  • Tudca 500 mg
  • NAC 1200 mg
  • Probiotic
  • Digestive enzymes w/ every meal
  • Psyllium Husk 30 min before first meal of the day + Cinnamon
  • Greens
  • Electrolytes
  • Creatine 5g
  • Omega-3 (EPA + DHA 2.7 g combined)
  • Vit D 5000IU
  • Zinc 50mg
  • Mag Gly 315mg
  • Ashwagandha 1200mg
  • Coq10 300mg
  • Bone Broth 20mg a day
  • Beef organ complex capsules 6 x per day sprinkled onto meals

Good bloods :D very high levels test!

but 192 e2 is not high if you have not sides I would add aromasin 12.5mgs/week
