Approved Log 10 Week Gyno Growth Phase Cycle - Pre Surgery Log

6 Weeks Pre-Surgery (Surgery Date - 14th July 2026) - Friday - Sponsored by @Prymal

Since my last update, i've caught a pretty nasty cold. My kids have been going through a slight sleep regression, so i've spent a few nights alseep on my sons floor to get him to stay in bed.

Probably not the best thing for recovery. I took the last few sessions off to recover. I want to be in tip top shape so i can see out the last of the phase.

Im torn between the anadrol and dbol. I know the dbol will make the gyno bigger, but i've heard anadrol gives some people gyno.

I know i could be a wild man and run both, but my insides would hate me.

Here is a nice little update on the gyno progress.

Alot of people keep telling me "Just use Ralox, or Tamox or letro"

Boys please. I can afford the surgery. Not to be rude, but im not going to run SERMS and AI's my entire life "to keep gyno in check" when i can just get it cut out.

Once its gone, its never coming back.

If you DO have gyno, consider doing the same. Long term SERM and AI use is horrible for your help. You also aren't dealing with the issue, its just a bandaid fix.

If you can afford HGH, you can afford the surgery.

Its pretty unlikely to happen. It all comes down to the recovery. Most people stuff it up by trying to get back into the gym too fast.

And like any sugery, if there is an issue, you just get it fixed.
 
What compound caused the gyno?
Who knows bro?

I might have gotten it from puberty
It might have been finasteride
It might have been anti-depressants
It might have been weed
Might have been dbol
Might have been deca
Might have been anadrol

I don’t want to be someone who can’t use a certain medication or compound because it might flare up my gyno.

Once it’s removed, I won’t need to worry about it.

I checked in my weight and I’m down slightly to 90.5kg.

I’ve lowered calories another 100 and I’ll probably keep doing that each week until I find my performance really slips. This is the perfect time to deploy an oral steroid, so help me maintain strength. So I’ll be bringing in some anadrol pre workout.

Looking shredded! So have you pin pointed any other lingering fat deposit spots now that you are getting so lean? I’ve heard guys get those hard to burn spots while getting the gyno removed.
Nah not really. Maybe my lower back, but the lipo recovery is the most brutal part.

That’s why I’m trying to be lean as possible, so I don’t have to get much done.

I would like to get it done I’ve tried everything from raloxiphene to letro I’m lean and just have lumps not sure when I got them as I was fairly overweight for a very long time before I hopped on Reta. Just need to find a good surgeon in Melbourne

Im sorry you got led astray with that raloxiphene and letro advice bro. Surgery is the only way.

That whole "blast a bunch of SERMS at it and it'll shrink" is just a cope protocol, because the sugery is expensive.

Didn't notice the anadrol boost so much during legs but very much so on shoulders.

I definately think its contributing to a ltitle additional gyno acitivity. Its might be my favourite oral and post surgery, i can use it all i like and not worry about gyno again :LOL:

I would like to get it done I’ve tried everything from raloxiphene to letro I’m lean and just have lumps not sure when I got them as I was fairly overweight for a very long time before I hopped on Reta. Just need to find a good surgeon in Melbourne
have you considered a fat loss log before? :D

I am starting to notice a little change to my mood. I feel a little more "short" and impatient. Im generally pretty agreeable and lately i just feel a little less so.

Its most likely due to the unchecked estrogen. I will have to keep an eye on it so i dont let it get out of hand.
