Veteran Log US-Pharmacies.to Summer Cycle Log - Sustanon, EQ and Anavar

I should note I am starting to get the first signs of sensitive nipples - going to keep an eye on it, but I already know I am a heavy aromatizer. My E2 was elevated at 37 on 120/w TRT level dosing. just don't want to be in a situation where the solution to a problem is creating a new one.
If you're worried about e2 thats fair, do you have budget to retest in 2 weeks to be on safe side? before we add more ais or anti es @catdadironman

🤔 Thoughts/Reflections:

Got an opportunity for some overtime at work today that came with very short notice. There was no way I was going to make it to work on time if I hit the gym first, so shoulder day gets bumped to tomorrow. One of the things I really like about having back to back rest days built into my split is the flexibility it gives me. If life throws a curveball and I need to shift a workout around, it doesn't derail the entire week.

Other than that, it was a pretty chill day. All goals were met, everything stayed on track, and I'm feeling pretty damn good overall.

Big shoutout and thank you to @Leozin for putting together a killer personalized signature banner for me. It turned out awesome and captures my aura perfectly!

good rest day :D overtime pay is worth it, double pay right?

That is crazy, I would think you would be low aromatizer!? And your metabolism must be off the charts for you to clear the eq!? Definitely self check. The weight hasn't shot up so you don't think you are holding water. Are you finding emotions to be level? Biggest take is need to do bloods again 😫 is the truth. Mast will clear up that feeling in the chest. Hopefully that helps.

🤔 Thoughts/Reflections:

Had a solid back day today. Moved some respectable weight and got a chance to use more of the new equipment thats been showing up at the gym. The Mega Mass row machine is an absolute beast - smooth as butter and delivers a perfect squeeze on every rep. Definitely a welcome addition to the line up.

Also managed to get back out on the bike for some cardio and knocked out about 15 miles. Felt good to get some time in the saddle again.

The rest of the day was spent doing boring adult stuff like running errands and checking a few things off the to do list. @MarkNV and @Leozin will be pleased to see what I picked up - I'll be giving it a shot over the new few days!

Nice looking workout with good weights there on the pulldowns. Looks like your gym is pretty well stocked with good gear! Would love to have a pullover machine.

I have my 8 week bloods scheduled for next week already. I am doing full testing every 4 weeks during this cycle.

Yeah I am not sure what to make of it. All I know are specific times and results:

April 9th:
Pre-cycle blood work showed I was at 37 for E2 on 120/w Test C.

Start Cycle

May 13th:
First bloods of cycle I was at an E2 of 6

9 day delay in actually receiving results

May 23rd:
Stopped EQ

June 3rd:
E2 at 27

8 day delay in actually receiving results

June 12th:
Noticing first potential high E2 symptoms.

It's worth noting:

When I was at 37 pre-cycle, I had never experienced the tender/itchy nipples.

I jumped over 20 points within 11 days of stopping EQ.

Now I know we need test results to support this theory, but based on the trajectory of how fast I rebounded in 11 days, and with the EQ leaving my system and becoming less and less potent AI by the day, I don't think it's out of the question that my E2 is approaching, if not above 40 right now.

The more I read about EQ the more I love Primobolan. I was thinking about running EQ for my winter bulk so I could add more T… Honestly think I will be sticking to Test, Primo and GH.

i have been reading your log closely very, I'm thinking of something, have you tested prolactin and progesterone?

Also, @LevButlerov, I just want to make sure I am not coming across as argumentative - I genuinely appreciate your advice and perspective you share. My intent is to simply provide as much information as I can, both from the data I have collected and how I am currently feeling, so we can have the most complete picture possible. I truly value the input!

I really enjoyed the EQ - the issues only arose because I started off a little bit strong. I had a higher E2 with my pre-cycle baseline bloods, so I thought I could run a slightly higher ratio. I will 100% run EQ again at some point, but with a newfound respect to its power. I think its a great compound, just have to start low and slow.

EQ is great stuff. It is just easier to add than to take away. I was short of being two to one with test to EQ . 150EQ 400Test C, and it was great!! I dont know how some of these guys post that they run EQ up to 600 with Test being no higher than 400.
less is definitely more!!

Ok this is good for Prog/Prolactin.

I agree with @LevButlerov to hold off and not add any AAS to deal with it yet. If anything it would be an AI but you'll be fine for a couple weeks til you get next bloods then we adjust from there. If you think you're 40+ e2 now we'll need bloods (can you feel sides or sensitivity when you push your kevlar vest up against a wall or filing cabinet? real question :p). This is that learning process we all go through to dial in our own bodies on knowing our AI dosage in tandem with our AAS dosages over time. Keep track of all this like you're doing that's good stuff. It will come in handy in the years to come.

have you tested prolactin and progesterone?
Was thinking the same thing @LevButlerov, then saw his results :p

This was just a theory based off the large increase in numbers in a very short time, and constantly being a week behind on results. The only time frame I have hard conclusive data for is the 11 days between stopping EQ and the E2 draw, but this represents an average of a 1.9 bump per day.

Entirely possibly I could be wrong on this - just did some averaging math in conjunction with the chest sensitivity I didn't have at 37. It seems like it could be a reasonable conclusion. Next weeks bloods will tell a better story, but again, we will be a week behind on hard data for E2.

This is not a laughing matter 🤣 🤣 🤣 But seriously, yes, the nipple sensitivity is real. AI will be the choice if intervention is needed.

I am really not laughing, omg,

When I first started TRT I was at about 310 lbs, and I aromatized like a mad dog and it was winter. My nips would get so freaking hard and they would itch and they were sensitive. It was madness

Got a solid night sleep and headed to the gym for boulder shoulder day. Had a stronf session with no complaints - everything felt smooth and on point.

It was an absolute beautiful morning, and the garage doors were open, letting the fresh air roll through the gym. Theres just something different about training in that atmosphere. I could definitely get used to lifting like this.

Got out on the bike and knocked out a solid 20 miles today. One thing I've really started noticing is how much the work I've been putting in on leg days is carrying over to these rides. The extra strength is showing up on the bike, and its nice to see the hard work paying dividends outside of the gym as well!

Pretty relaxing rest of the day without much else to write on.

🤔 Thoughts/Reflections:

Pretty relaxing rest of the day without much else to write on.

beautiful gym :D love this! looks like the perfect place to train! @catdadironman planks and crunches big win, super core work.

This is not a laughing matter 🤣 🤣 🤣 But seriously, yes, the nipple sensitivity is real. AI will be the choice if intervention is needed.
this could be psychosomatic I've seen it with clients before :D where they dial in on the nipple so hard they think its sensitive :P sounds funny but real @catdadironman

Great day, gym looks empty too!? Big win! Little too bright for my liking. But we are all a bit cray.
You got me running Ash in the evening on my mountainbike. He pulls us for the first mile. Then trots a steady 15-18 mph for 2-3 miles. And thats kinda kicking my butt! 20 bruh!? We do have hills everywhere so.... Thats my excuse 😁🤙

I did this my first cycle. Then bloods came back and read.... I'm manifesting it. 🫥 I over prepared everything thing in my mind. 🤙
this happens to clients I have so I know it :D

Nice job on the bike on top of a killer workout bro. You're a machine!

I gotta make the most of the summer!

This is good, steady at 2 is good.

Dropping to 1 next week!

Love seeing the carbs up this will serve you well just wait for it.

I am digging this - I def feel an energy bump!

Great job on the shrugs, traps respond well to heavy work like this.

They are stubborn - I never have had really developed traps. I think I am going to start doing calfs and traps 3x a week

@catdadironman glad to see the leg strength is transitioning over the the bike riding. Functional fitness

No doubt the mountains are more brutal than my MN rides! Way to get after it!
We have one mountain close to the Creeper Castle about 1.5 miles at 8% grade. Holy shit going down you hit 50. Going up? You got a grinder. You get the guys with the really nice road bikes hitting it all the time. I plan on trying to build to that beast by fall. Thank you, you got me on the bike again!
I bet we could plan out stacking up the traps on you. Mid upper back is one of my favorites 😁

🤔 Thoughts/Reflections:

Planks are terrific. You can really work your core and you'll get great results in the process. @catdadironman

Have you seen Molecular’s video about EQ? That is what got me scared of it BUT I have also seen others people telling that his video is only theoretical and not actually true. I guess if you know the compound works well for you stick with it! Right? Lfg!!!

EQ is great stuff. It is just easier to add than to take away. I was short of being two to one with test to EQ . 150EQ 400Test C, and it was great!! I dont know how some of these guys post that they run EQ up to 600 with Test being no higher than 400.
less is definitely more!!
That’s the beautiful of all of this. Every person will react differently to all compounds. I am a huge fan of starting as low as you can and titrate up if needed - slow and steady progress 🔥🔥

What is awesome is the Harleyguy, Steve, Mobster and myself have discussed this. And should be out soon! You will get our take on it here. There is good and questions that are raised. Think we cover most of it. 🤙 I can't use eq myself. But I also already have anxiety issues.

Pretty relaxed and chill rest day, so not much to report on other than my weekly health markers.

Everything looks to be pretty much where it usually is, weight went up a smidge but nothing particularly noteworthy and well within normal fluctuations.

Looking forward to the upcoming week of lifts, and getting my 8 week cycle bloodwork drawn. I am very curious to see where everything sits.

Hope everyone had a great weekend!

We have one mountain close to the Creeper Castle about 1.5 miles at 8% grade. Holy shit going down you hit 50. Going up? You got a grinder.

WhoooWeeee! That sounds intense! I think the fastest I have gotten up to is 39Mph downhill and that was fast enough for me

You get the guys with the really nice road bikes hitting it all the time.

You def wanna be riding carbon on that kind of grade - I love my carbon, almost feels like cheating!

I plan on trying to build to that beast by fall. Thank you, you got me on the bike again!

Creeper Takes on the Mountain!

I bet we could plan out stacking up the traps on you. Mid upper back is one of my favorites 😁

Working on it!

@catdadironman would like to see those vices down to zero, let's see it soon. Try and do it by the end of summer.

Soon!

I have been meaning to - but never got around too it. None of the things that worried me the most ever manifested. Zero issues with blood thickening, zero anxiety ect.

Those shurgs were heavy bro!! Do you do dumbbells or barbell and load them up?

I rotate both every other week.

What is awesome is the Harleyguy, Steve, Mobster and myself have discussed this. And should be out soon! You will get our take on it here. There is good and questions that are raised. Think we cover most of it. 🤙 I can't use eq myself. But I also already have anxiety issues.

Oooo! Looking forward to this one!

Yeah. I don’t have anxiety but when I ran deca I did got anxiety pretty bad and it did stick for a looong time after my last shot lol. I am excited to listening to what y’all discuss. Always down to learn more. Thanks Mr. Creeper

🤔 Thoughts/Reflections:

Woke up feeling a little groggy this morning, groggy enough that I was genuinely wondering how leg day was going to go. Fortunately, a little elixir from the java gods worked its magic and my legs absolutely came to life. It ended up being, without question, the best and strongest leg workout in recent memory. I destroyed the pendulum squats and crushed another PR, which felt incredibly rewarding. What made it even better was that I still had some left in the tank afterward and was able to put up an impressive showing on the leg press, which usually takes a hit after the heavy squats. The rest of the workout followed suit.

Outside of the gym, I've continued making steady progress with cutting back on nicotine pouches. The reduction has been consistent, and I'm setting a new goal moving forward of limiting myself to just one pouch per day. The finish line is in sight, and I'm hopeful to have this habit completely behind me by mid July. Small, consistent changes add up, and it feels good to be making progress on another front of my overall health journey.

Brother isnt it the funniest thing? Sometimes you wake up feeling millions buck and your day is fucking terrible energy is down.. Pump non existent.
Then.. You woke up feeling shit, walk around, eat your pre workout and then out of nowhere you are crashing the day like a maniac.

Btw… how’s the COR is going? Have you done any?
