Veteran Log 2026 Summer Cycle Log

Current Stack
Test E - 30mg ED
Winstrol - 40mg ED
Deca - 50mg per week (For joints)
GH - 2iu pre-bed
TB500 - 2mg EOD
BPC500 - 500mcg ED

AM Fasted Weight - 203lbs

Sleep has been suboptimal lately. That leg thing came back one night again. Last night I actually slept pretty good again and finally scored a good recovery for the first time in a couple weeks. Winny is coming out at the end of the week so it will be interesting to see if my sleep suddenly goes back to good again..

This training session should have happened on Tuesday night but my kitchen faucet attempted to flood my house. Luckily my wife caught it and I was home to shut the water down. Ended up spending my night mopping, drying, then going to Home Depot and replacing the kitchen faucet.

So Tuesdays session became Wednesdays. Felt like a strong session. Lifts are progressing up again. Tried a new rear delt cable fly movement this session and it felt pretty good. I have a hard time connecting with my rear delts so I'm always toying around with different movements trying to hit them better.

Feels like the Winny is really starting to finally make a difference in my strength. Only took 3 weeks on, and 2 weeks at 40mgs.

I hear you on the rear delts. I've finally got to the point where I really feel mine working and get a wicked pump in them now. What is the cable one you tried in this session?

Lol I know right. I think that's why this next generation is so keen on renting. Just call someone instead of having to waste your night fixing things yourself. I'd call someone too but by the time I get someone over I coulda already fixed it myself so what's the point.

Ya the Winny has taken a while to really get going. The endurance improvements were pretty immediate but I'm only see strength games for the first time now.

Ya I've considered adding more CBD but traditionally I've seen no benefit from increasing my dose from where it's at. I've been using CBD for like 7 or 8 years now and played with a lot of different doses before I found the perfect amount.

Yea that's the tap haha. Didn't realize you guys call them taps too. Americans say faucet and I thought if I spoke Canadian and said tap only like 3 guys would understand. Good to know it's Canadian and Aussie haha.

So the movement I did was kind of like a unilateral rear delt fly. I put a wrist cuff on and leaned over and braced my other hand against the rack upright. I figured I'd give it a go cuz it's really easy to mess around with the movement path to find what hits my rear delts the best.

First dose of EQ went in last night. Going to pin 100mg twice a week to start and I have bloodwork scheduled for July 11. Hoping a 2:1 Test to EQ ratio is a good one for me. I'll be keeping an eye out for low E2 symptoms

Training felt really strong again yesterday. Lifts all progressed over last week and a couple sets I added 2 it 3 reps. Feeling like I'm getting back in the groove again and my body is adapting back to the grind. First time back to backing sessions in a couple months and I'm feeling pretty good today all things considered.

Dinner was some teriyaki chicken thighs

Ah yeah so like a bent over lateral but one arm at a time and with a cable. I don't mind them hey. I also find the same but standing to be good (stand side on to the cable with it set around head height and pull across yourself very slightly from high to low).

I find the best cue is to really have the hands go out wide. Not just focusing on going back.

Oh my actual PP haha. I thought it was a young guy online acronym for something.

The PP has been getting some very heavy use. Libido has been sky high, but that probably has a lot to do with me jacking up my test to 400 per week. I'm lucky my wife is very understanding and accommodating lol

Yea very true. I've been lucky so far where I never really dealt with ED issues on any cycles. When I was running Tren at 375mg per week I did run into a couple situations where mid session I started losing it but it bounced back pretty quick. It was pretty weird timing too cuz that amount of Tren made me hornier than I've ever been in my life lol. Even weirder was I was taking 1/2 a Cialis EOD to help manage BP too. Think the Tren was rotting my brain or somethn haha

When you’re married you don’t notice it as much imo because youre going Raw. I used to notice it on Tren in my 20’s when I’d be wearing a condom. Just would get slightly deflated if you know what I mean and then you gotta get a fresh one lol

Be really interested how the Eq goes with you. It is such a different reaction for different people.

That's cuz u were choking him to death. Never could stand those things either way haha. If you aren't willing to die for it then you really didn't want it that bad in the first place
