Sleep has been suboptimal lately. That leg thing came back one night again. Last night I actually slept pretty good again and finally scored a good recovery for the first time in a couple weeks. Winny is coming out at the end of the week so it will be interesting to see if my sleep suddenly goes back to good again..
This training session should have happened on Tuesday night but my kitchen faucet attempted to flood my house. Luckily my wife caught it and I was home to shut the water down. Ended up spending my night mopping, drying, then going to Home Depot and replacing the kitchen faucet.
So Tuesdays session became Wednesdays. Felt like a strong session. Lifts are progressing up again. Tried a new rear delt cable fly movement this session and it felt pretty good. I have a hard time connecting with my rear delts so I'm always toying around with different movements trying to hit them better.
Feels like the Winny is really starting to finally make a difference in my strength. Only took 3 weeks on, and 2 weeks at 40mgs.

I hear you on the rear delts. I've finally got to the point where I really feel mine working and get a wicked pump in them now. What is the cable one you tried in this session?
