Same here. I used to maintain at 2300 calories and after watching tons of Jon Heck videos now I easily maintain at 3000 kcls.

I will check him out!! I had some days where I got up to 2700 cal and didn’t really suffer from it. It is weird when you have it in your head that you have to be so low on intake to cut fat and then you find out you don’t . Its like we have been lied to our whole lives

USP has elected to take me into a fat loss stage now that we added great tissue. This is going to be good.

Coming to the end of this amazing cycle that was designed by USP.
USP has elected to take me into a fat loss stage now that we added great tissue. This is going to be good.

Dang never thought I'd be a good influence!? Maybe I am broken? Great updates brother. Good to see you keep that shoulder moving. Another one I have done is towel tension. Keep it taught in had and move it slow overhead out and in. In front of you and as far back as possible. I have overdone this and aggravated it. So the forces don't need be extreme. Then I put klow in the shoulder and got better way faster. And dang it! I'm hungry again..... I do have some carb room, rice and almond milk w honey 🍯 😋 🤙🤙 thanks Food king

USP and I planned out the end of this cycle, going into a fat loss deficit situation.
Sunday after next will be it! From there, I will bring the test down to 250mg a week.
Will increase the tirz to 3mg
Keep GH at 2iu a night
Keep HCG at 250mcg EOD
Give the EQ 4 to 5 weeks to clear then do bloods!!
Heal up for about 5 months and then….do it again!!
This was great.
I am thinking that it will be good to increase cardio for the next 12 weeks. Will continue to pound that Iron!!

This has been a process for sure!! I fight genetics, I fight my body wanting to carry fat…I feel confident that with @US-pharmacies and our team of champions on my side, I will overcome all my challenges and win this game of excellence we play!!

My sleep is shit right now. I have supplemented with really good healthy vitamins and minerals with Melatonin,
It helps but I can’t stay asleep
I guess More concentration is required .

Today began a DELOAD!! Only for the first split of the week, 3 days deloading, 1 day just cardio then day off.

I over slept this morning. I will do cardio this afternoon in the heat!! SWEAT!!

Chest deload light with reps

Opened with the creeper stretch!! Performed several times through out the lift!!

Hammer Strength incline pin loaded
40lbs 3 x 20

Hammer strength Flat bench pin loaded
40lbs 4 x 15 to 20

Cable crossovers
12.5kg 3 x 17

Tri’s

Rope pushdowns
30kg 3 x 15
Cable crossover pushdowns….pic attached….NOT ME 😂😂😂😂
12.5 kg 3 x 15
Straight bar pushdowns
42kg 3 x 20

Box crunches 140 reps total

This deload lift felt good. It makes me wonder if I should rest more. I hate that thought but I know it’s so necessary.
Coming to the end of the cycle brings mixed emotions. I’m kind of happy to be done with it after 16 weeks, such a long time. But at the same time, I’m kind of sad that it’s over because I feel so damn good! And the changes in the last half of the cycle to my muscularity was incredible, for me anyways. But I am looking forward to the process of healing again, and I know after 16 weeks of compounds, your body needs to heal from just that alone. And the healing from the pounding I gave it, because everything was so responsive, and I just went so hard.
The next 12 weeks will be rebuilding, fat loss and getting my cardio dialed in.
I am excited for this. @US-pharmacies is the best possible partner for every aspect of bodybuilding or powerlifting, they will get you there!!
I was telling a couple of bros in the gym about USP, hopefully they will make the switch.

Okay guys, going to watch calories today. My carbs lacked yesterday. Will get more today!!

But at the same time, I’m kind of sad that it’s over because I feel so damn good! And the changes in the last half of the cycle to my muscularity was incredible, for me anyways. But I am looking forward to the process of healing again, and I know after 16 weeks of compounds, your body needs to heal from just that alone. And the healing from the pounding I gave it, because everything was so responsive, and I just went so hard.
The next 12 weeks will be rebuilding, fat loss and getting my cardio dialed in.

Sleep being wacky has a way of messing a lot up! Hopefully you will get if figured out quick and back to normal. Way to keep with it even having a shit night sleep.
Deload has a great effect of healing. It makes you feel lazy but you are not. You are intent on healing.
Mr. Ash sends his sniffs and tail wags as well as Mr and Mrs Creeper give you loves!
 
Sometimes I wait to long to do this. I tend to forget the stress we put on our nervous system when we push our muscles hard
we are playing long term here so deload and health phases a must :D
