Okay, I started my transformation journey about a week ago. When I started, I was 245 pounds of lard. I'm already down 15 pounds in 1 week with my diet and training routine! I will continue to post updates daily, and progress pics monthly. I am about to start my 8 week cycle of sarms1 GW and S4. I will start the GW dosages at 10mg ed, split doses and S4 at 20mg ed. I will eventually be taking 20mg ed split doses of GW, and 50mg ed of S4. My diet plan is very simple, and extremely effective. On a day to day basis, I eat a maximum of 20 carbs, which is what comes from my protein shakes and milk. I eat as much fat as I want, because not having carbs in my system forces my body to go into a ketogenic state, in which my body can't use carbs for energy, so it must burn fat and protein for energy. Check out the Evolutionary diet .... Now THIS is where GW is going to shine. What it is:

Cardarine (GW-501516) (GW1516 or GSK-516) is a drug that acts as a PPARδ modulator. GW 501516 activates AMP-activated protein kinase and stimulates glucose uptake in skeletal muscle tissue, and GW 501516 has been demonstrated to reverse metabolic abnormalities in obese men with pre-diabetic metabolic syndrome, most likely by stimulating fatty acid oxidation...

In English, that means that GW will make my body only run on fat, not protein. Which is good because we all know protein is our muscle food, and that's what we want it used for. And since I will be intaking minimal carbs (another energy source for the body) my body will not be relying on carbs for energy.

This makes me, literally, a fat burning MACHINE!

My current diet, based on the evo diet formula (body weight x12-10%=calorie intake)
For me, that's 2400 calories a day. For 2 weeks I will be eating:
1560 calories of fat
720 calories of protein
120 calories of carbs
Per day

After that, the macros will change because I will have lost about 10 pounds hopefully.

Have been following over at elite fitness, bro. Keep up the good work just remember to pace yourself. 8 weeks will be plenty of time for the GW and S-4 to make a huge transformation. Staying consistent is the method to the madness ;)

travishibachi haha. Same username, bro. I told you on there that elite fitness (no pun intended at all) is a marathon not a sprint and I'd be following. And that I love me some tabata it's one of the most effective protocols you can follow imo and very time-friendly.

As much testosterone as there is on there I think there's an equal amount of estrogen especially during the winter time haha. You can please some people some of the time but not everyone all of the time.
 
Im on the sarms triple stack and I've managed to gain 10lb not lose lol.. probably due to glycogen/water storage being replenished
since I stopped doing ketosis. Im almost done with my second week.

S4 and gw are a potent fat burning combo I've used on several occasions. You'll have great success with them

You're doing low carbs. Drop the tomatoes and any other fruits.

Get ketostix at the pharmacy, you'll need to measure when you're in ketosis.

There's like 5 grams of carbs in a whole medium tomato, I have half a small tomato with my breakfast.. that's like 2 grams of carbs.. you really think that is that bad

Today's workout will be shoulders and traps. I haven't worked out either muscle group since I've started. After hitting my biceps so hard and not being able to straighten my and for 3 days, I think I'll take it easy today. I'm thinking 3 sets of isolation for each group, and 3 sets of a compound exercise to hit each group. Delts: 10x10x10 military press, increasing weight each time. Traps: 10x10x10 shrugs increasing weight each time. Compound: 6x8x10x12 front barbell raises (from waist to chin) at the same weight. Will do a 5 minute warm up on the bike while stretching upper body, after lifting I'll either do 30 or 45 minutes of the bike on interval setting.

1 scoop whey before, 1 scoop after. Nutrition facts per scoop: 170 calories, 2.5g fat, 7g carbs, 2g sugar, 30g protein. I'm using "body fortress super advanced whey" right now, but I have gold standard 0 carb coming in the mail as well as my bcaas

Still want to get: pre workout mix (although they all seem pretty high in sugar... May have to wait till I'm done cutting and I start bulking to use that) creatine, multi vit, fish oil, and some sort of casein protein

This will be the first time working out my shoulder since I tore my rotator cuff. We will see how it feels. Lol, honestly, I forgot which one I tore... the both feel great. It's acting kind of annoying, I don't remember which side to look out for more closely

Careful with that shoulder, bro. And as far as pre-workout supps I would probably skip them if you're taking GW. Just a bunch of caffeine that's going to compete with the GW for CNS attention. GW should be all the energy you need to blow through your training for now. Afterwards would be fine though. And that way you'll know how well the GW is working since it will be the only thing in your system stimulant-wise.

The human shoulder is shitty to begin with honestly haha four tiny muscles keeping that entire joint in place. Just take it slow and build up that stabilization strength. Hopefully your GW arrives soon!

K, why exactly do I need that? And once I am in ketosis, is that when I refeed? Or what do I do? Is it just to know when I'm in ketosis?

You'll need to know when you're in ketosis. Once you time the delay of getting into a ketogenic state, a proper assessment of time in ketosis can be measured. Generally, 3-5 days, depending on the timing of the last refeed.

Bacon bits (25 cal, 1.5g fat, 3g protein)

2 coffees each with 1.5tbsp heavy cream (150 cal, 18g fat)
1 tbsp veg oil (120 cal, 14g fat)

Calories: 670-710
Fat: 64g (576 calories) 37%dv
Protein: 31g (124 calories) 17%dv

Get some Pam stray for your pans.

Then get some unsweetend vanilla almond milk and splenda for your coffee.
 
Agreed RFJ, he needs good fats. Yes the non-fat sprays are great. U can get non-fat olive oil sprays at walmart...I do.

It's true, we all get a lot for free just by hanging around here. Your diet is the key to your success bro, no drug or anything else will get you the improvements that you are looking for without a good diet.
 
Hey I need opinions on this; I haven't had dinner yet, but I'm not even very hungry. This is what my macros are supposed to look like:
2400 cal ed
1560 calories of fat
720 calories of protein
120 calories of carbs

And this is where I stand atm:
Totals:
Calories: 870
Fats: 67g (600 cal)
Carbs: 9g (36 cal)
Proteins: 61g (244 cal)

I've kept the macros proportions, but have only consumed any a third of total calories I was supposed to. This is mainly directed to alpha, cause he designed the diet, but I wanna hear all opinions. Is it bad for me to eat this few calories?

At least get some more protein and some fats (like some almonds or real cheese)...that low of cals for too long (like a few days 2-3) your body will go into a starvation mode and your hormones will be all screwed up. Plus your sleep might get screwed up, and u may wake hungry and binge eat.

Sounds good. When I went High protein/low fat I kept cans of tuna and salmon with me for snacks, along with almonds. Little packs of soy sauce, mixed with spicy mustard in the tuna or salmon was da bomb.

If you eat below your BMR (weight x 12) you're going to lose 'weight', but if you go under 10% below BMR you'll start slowing down your metabolic rate. One of the big issues with ketogenic diets (ironic) is that you lose your appetite, so you'll have to battle with it a bit. Essentially, weight x 12 - 10% = your CBMR (cutting basal metabolic rate).

While other diets make you starve and you are always hungry, with the evolutionary diet you have to force yourself to eat. Get some walnuts, some flaxseed oil and a protein shake. This is your first time in real ketosis, so it's something you'll have to get used to. The first 2 weeks of a ketogenic state are the hardest, after that - it's smooth sailing.

Correct, it's one of the signs, but keep in mind, a high-fat/medium-protein diet will make you feel full either way - especially when there are no insulin spikes. How many days are you doing a full evolutionary diet?

Today is day 3 on the full evo diet, it's been about 2 weeks of low carbs

First, congrats on the weight loss, 17lbs. is a lot. Second, you need variety in your diet. If you eat the same thing too much, you'll get bored and might want to jump ship. I suggest doing different meal plans at least 2-3x/week.

I know right? I think my body is used to dropping weight fast cause all throughout high school, I would have to drop anywhere from 10-20 lbs when football ended to prep for wrestling. It's like my body has, "fat memory" lmao.. once I get to 190 is when it well be hard to lose any more I haven't been less than that in more than a decade

For sure.. I'm on a college budget but I'll change what I can. I really wish I could be eating fish at least once a day but it's crazy expensive out here.

Research chems cannot contain coloring on their labels. A lot of places don't follow this rule.. but that is why they look different then on the site.
 
I Feel... weird after working out. But I killed it in the gym. 20 seconds max between sets. Now it feels like a crazy endorphin head rush and slightly sick... I may have taken sarms too close to the workout. For now I'll stick with 10/25 gw/s4 and see how I feel in a few days
