vitamins, supplements,when and how to dose

Trying to get my food, vitamin, and supplement intake in order and keep track on it now. Need some advice on what take and when i should take it. . As of right now this is what Im takind
Multi Vitamin
Omega 3 - 1000mg
Whey Protein - 1 scoop 25g protein.
Vitamin D - 2000iu
Omega 3 - 1000mg
Creatine - 4200mg
Omega 3 -1000mg

how should I dose it and when in the day wouls be the best time to take what
any help would be helpful
 
Protein with breakfast and pre/pro-workouts. The rest, anytime, but I'd split them up equally throughout the day. That's a common-sense one, but one alot of people say doesn't matter. It does.
 
Protein at least post workout. Creatine I would do post workout with it and throw in some dextrose. The rest just take with a meal.

protein and creatine should be used around workout times.Rest use in the am

I take my multi with breakfast, creatine pwo, protein whenever I need it vid d/omega before bed. But don't over think it. That's just what I do.
 
the most important supplements in regard to actual timing are protein and bcaas... you want to make sure you are getting your whey isolate within that 30 minute window after your workout... (most say 45 minutes but i assure you , the key number is within 30 minutes) bcaa's. whether its pre, intra, post workout should be implemented in one of the three ways... i take mine intra workout to start the rebuilding process earlier and also to satiate any hunger i may be enduring from the increased output when i workout... another optimal bcaa dosing time is right before bed...

just a few other tips... creatine pre workout is an excellent way and post if you are doubling the dose... your whey protein can be used as supplementation or meal replacementtroughout the day as well...
