I'm a 28yo 5'6 140lb 14%bf army war vet looking for guidance to help me reach my goals of becoming a little bigger, stronger, and faster.
Mostly looking to bulk and strength gains.
Lately I've been doing more MMA than actual lifting to increase technique but will soon be hitting the weights hard again. I want to still squeeze in a day or two a week of MMA or at the very least 1 day of jiujitsu with some drilling throughout the week.
Thoughts?
A proper breakdown of the cycle would be ideal since I've been blown up a few times and might have a difficult time understanding whats been posted
